* PlayingAgainstType: Creator/KandyseMcClure has usually played heroic or at least neutral characters, who are generally quite mild-mannered. Her role as {{ax crazy}} {{psycho lesbian}} {{tattooed crook}} Erika on the show was thus very different from her roles before or since.
* ViralMarketing: Done rather lazily. Every episode gave an ad about a blog run by a rather unimportant character. The blog was only updated about three times, and most of it short two or three sentence posts in Italian.
