* HeAlsoDid: Yes. Fantasy artist Eiji Kaneda, who is involved with this show's production, is the same guy who is best known for doing the artwork for ''VideoGame/FireEmblemTheBindingBlade''.
* WhatCouldHaveBeen: WordOfGod says they did plan [[spoiler:the twist of Apollo being the reincarnation of Apollonius' dog]] in ''Anime/AquarionEvol'' for the original series but the idea got scrapped halfway and they went with a straight ReincarnationRomance both in the original series and the later [=OVAs=]. So while the first half of the original series has some hints they stop halfway along and the matter is never mentioned again.
