* DevelopmentHell: The sequel seems to be stuck here. It's been over a decade since the announcement of ''Dog Soldiers: Fresh Meat'', and though a trailer for ''Dog Soldiers: Red'' was revealed in 2011, very little is known about the status of the production.
* HeyItsThatGuy:
** Tommy from ''Literature/{{Trainspotting}}'' and ''Series/{{Rome}}'''s Lucius Vorenus. The priest who has a Vietnam-styled nervous breakdown in a lingerie store in ''FatherTed''. Also from ''{{Journeyman}}'', and ''GreysAnatomy''.
** Sarge from ''Film/EventHorizon'', the first season of ''Series/{{Cadfael}}'', and as the son of the third Doctor in ''Series/DoctorWho''.
* HeyItsThatVoice:
** Fans of both this movie and ''ModernWarfare 2'' will recognize the voice of Soap [=MacTavish=]. [[spoiler:And, as might be expected from someone this badass, Cooper is the only one to survive till the end of the movie.]]
** ''{{Killzone}}'' fans will recognize Sarge to be Colonels Hakha and Radec, who are both strangely the two most popular characters in that series by far.
* ThrowItIn: During the scene where the delirious Sarge demands that Cooper knock him out, Kevin McKidd accidentally punched Sean Pertwee. The pause where [=McKidd=] checks on Pertwee after feeling the punch connect was left in the film.
* WhatCouldHaveBeen: Creator/JasonStatham was originally cast as Cooper, but dropped out of the production to do ''Film/TheTransporter'' instead. In addition, a sequel was planned, ''Fresh Meat'', seeing Cooper encountering the American team his section was to have exercises with, as more werewolves emerge.
