* ChartDisplacement:
** Played staight on the Hot 100. Her only #1 was her ''Series/AmericanIdol'' coronation single "Inside Your Heaven". And her second-highest ranking of #6 was... a cover of The Pretenders' "I'll Stand by You", done for a 2006 ''Idol'' charity special.
** Many of her big country airplay hits have only gotten to #2 or #3 on the airplay charts, due to the label focusing entirely on the ''Mediabase'' charts. As a result, "[[Music/RandyTravis I Told You So]]" and "Two Black Cadillacs" only got to #2, but the far more obscure "Heartbeat" was a #1 on ''Billboard''. Averted overall, as "Jesus, Take the Wheel" is still her longest-reigning #1 airplay hit at six weeks.
* DawsonCasting: Since the girl in "Blown Away" can't seem to escape her abusive father, it implies that she's still in high school and under his care. Carrie was 29 when she made the video, and while she's gorgeous and very youthful looking, it's a stretch to believe her as a teenager.
* ExecutiveMeddling: Many fans lament the fact that Underwood's label seems to concern itself exclusively with the ''Mediabase'' charts while ignoring the ''Billboard'' charts, resulting in much of the aforementioned ChartDisplacement.
* KeepCirculatingTheTapes: In 2007, her cover of "I'll Stand by You" was done for an ''Series/AmericanIdol'' charity show. The cover was briefly made available on iTunes, causing it to reach #6 on the Hot 100 and gather unsolicited radio airplay. It was withdrawn not long after the show ended, and has not legally been available since.
* {{Promoted Fan|boy}}girl: She's a fan of ''Series/CobraKai'', so naturally she jumped at the chance to appear in season 4.
