* ''Webcomic/AkumasComics'': [[Franchise/SonicTheHedgehog Dr Eggman]] is the second in command for [[LegionOfDoom the Ministry]], with the leader being the Undertaker. When the Undertaker is away travelling the multiverse in order to increase his power, Eggman is put in charge until he comes back.
* ''Webcomic/AngelMoxie'': Vashi, for Yzin.
* Much like each season having its own BigBad, half of the seasons have its own Dragon in ''Webcomic/AnsemRetort'':
** Season 1: Ansem to the FOX president. He's later a DragonAscendant.
** Season 3: Vexen to Ansem.
** Season 4: a turncoat Larxene to Xemnas
** Season 6: a turncoat Red XIII to Xemnas, Sho to Belle.
* The Feline Emperor from ''Webcomic/BladeOfToshubi'' has his advisor, Toh, who himself has his own dragon in Lamika.
* ''[[http://dozerfleetprod.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=ciem1 Ciem: The Human Centipede]]'' features Musaran, TheDragon of Duke Arfaas' Hebbleskin Gang. Also, Chief of Police Merle Hourvitz. However, AiIsACrapshoot, so a damaged Musaran very nearly becomes TheStarscream. By ''Ciem 3'', An AI-{{brainwashed}} Botan the Plant-Man becomes a dragon for Candi's new archnemesis [[EvilCounterpart Kimiyato/Milp]].
* ''Webcomic/{{Cloudscratcher}}'': Narkethoness to Borzax and Agathoth to Emperor Vox, almost literally considering they're serpents.
* Karnak from ''Webcomic/DominicDeegan'' seems to have acquired a Dragon himself, in the form of [[spoiler:Siegfried]]. He doesn't seem to be particularly loyal to Karnak, though, as Karnak appears to have some kind of hold over him, and even then has to smack him around a bit to make him do his bidding.
** Also, Helixa seemed to be TheDragon to the leaders of The Chosen, first serving Raf [=MaLiksh=], then to Caylin Bren (though it might've been the other way around for the latter, considering Helixa was pretty much second-in-command to [=MaLiksh=] himself before his death). She could also be viewed as TheDragon to Celesto Morgan after he joined the organization as well.
* In ''Webcomic/ElGoonishShive'', General Shade Tail appears to be this for Lord Tedd.
* In ''Webcomic/{{Erfworld}}'', the [[ColorCodedForYourConvenience color-coded]] EvilOverlord's second-in-command is a powerful Croakamancer and far smarter than her boss. However, he has a [[MacGuffin divine artifact]], indulges her [[{{Dominatrix}} hobbies]] -- and she knows how to "arrange it so that he thinks it was his idea."
* In ''[[http://eou.comicgenesis.com Evil Overlords United]]'', the second in command is ''literally'' a dragon. He's also not overly bright and seems to have a thing for human females.
** Lets not forget that he is "TheDragon to an EvilOverlord", as mentioned on [[http://www.dragoneers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=14155#p14155 the forums over there]].
* ''Webcomic/{{Follower}}'':
** General Richart has Aaron Carvan as his right hand man.
** Dr. Tolio, the head geneticist of Project Cottontail, may also be one.
* ''Webcomic/{{Goblins}}'' has had two major Dragons so far -- one for each major plot arc. Saral Caine was [[spoiler:("was" being the operative word)]] Dragon for Dellyn Goblinslayer in the Brassmoon Arc. Grem [[spoiler:(until his HeelFaceTurn)]] and Riss were Dragons to Duv in Well of Darkness Arc. Not that Duv really needs a Dragon. She's more than badass enough on her own...
* Ysengrin counts as Coyote's dragon in ''Webcomic/GunnerkriggCourt'', though only so far as the comic's WhiteAndGreyMorality allows.
* [[http://www.drunkduck.com/Harkovast/index.php?p=643748 The Heretic]] in ''Webcomic/{{Harkovast}}'' serves as a Dragon for [[http://www.drunkduck.com/Harkovast/index.php?p=537111 The Speaker]]. Though The Speaker himself could be considered the Dragon for The King in the West.
* ''Webcomic/{{Heartcore}}'' has [[PsychoElectro Slade]], the second most powerful demon in the realm of Asgar and the right hand man of [[BigBad Royce Lashiec]]. He also counts as TheDreaded, due to being a complete nutjob who loves to torture his foes in combat, but he has also shown intention to wanting to kill his own allies out of boredom and curiosity.
* In ''Webcomic/{{Homestuck}}'', [[TheChessmaster Doc Scratch]] plays this to [[EldritchAbomination Lord English.]]
** Now that Scratch has died and become [[StealthPun a truly excellent host]] to English, the latter has acquired a new collection of Dragons, including [[GodSaveUsFromTheQueen Her Imperious Condescension,]] and [[MonsterClown Gamzee and Kurloz Makara.]]
** Jack Noir is ([[spoiler: [[TheStarscream was]]]]) the dragon to the Black Queen, and has his own sub-dragon in the form of the Draconian Dignitary.
* In ''Webcomic/MinionComics'' Mr. Magnum plays the role of Dragon to Von Gernsbach, recruiting his minions and overseeing operations.
* In ''Webcomic/TheOrderOfTheStick'':
** Redcloak is TheDragon and right-hand man (right-hand goblin?) to Xykon. The prequel book ''Start of Darkness'' shows that Xykon was, at one point, the dragon to Redcloak before becoming more powerful and carrying out a rather nasty gambit which involved [[spoiler:making Redcloak kill his brother and then ordering him to turn the corpse into a zombie. That didn't work out too well however, because in the end Xykon is still working towards Redcloak's goals, even if Xykon [[UnwittingPawn thinks he is in charge]].]]
** Therkla is Daimyo Kubota's Dragon.
** Crystal serves this role for Bozzok in the Greysky City Thieves' Guild.
** Tarquin [[TheManBehindTheMan pretends]] to be the dragon to the [[AdiposeRex Empress of Blood]] (ironically a dragon herself), and has his friend Malack as his own dragon. [[spoiler: So it appears, at first; as the arc goes on, it's hinted that Malack and the other members of Tarquin's scheme are only in it because it forwards their personal goals, and Tarquin's delusions make him believe he's the leader when he just as much a means of support as his son, Elan.]]
* In ''Webcomic/RPGWorld'', [[spoiler:Jeff]] is this to BigBad, Galgarion.
* In ''Webcomic/RustyAndCo'',
** Cleave-Hand, for Grinner.
** V'innie, for Don Polpo.
* In ''Webcomic/ScaledUp'', Crazy Diamond plays this role for the [[BigBad Dark Lord]].
* ''Webcomic/SluggyFreelance'' has had several Dragons in its long run. Most of them (Killum, Aylee, Kusari) have worked for the Hereti Corporation's [[TheOmniscientCouncilOfVagueness Omniscient Council of Vagueness]]. Other notables include Lord Grater (Dragon to Zorgon Gala in the Punyverse arc) and Nash Straw (Dragon to Dastard Dickly in the "Phoenix Rising" arc) and Lord Horribus (Dragon to the Demon King in the Dimension of Pain stories).
* In ''Webcomic/TrueVillains'', Sebastian acts as Xaneth's apprentice and Dragon. He's pretty new at it, though.
* In ''Webcomic/VoodooWalrus'' one gets the feeling that Shmeerm use to play this role to the former BigBad Cyradwee. Now he seems to be playing Dragon some someone else though.
