* Michelle Flammel from ''Webcomic/{{Monsterful}}'', She's in love with the fluffy Rag doll Jacob.
** Jacob is also one in the first chapter, he's seen stalking Sapphire.
* Damian from ''Webcomic/{{Zoophobia}}'' harbors an unhealthy infatuation with Kayla, who has a boyfriend, and is incredibly creeped out by Damian.
* ''Webcomic/ElGoonishShive'''s Justin has one -- [[http://www.egscomics.com/?date=2003-03-07 Melissa]], who has stalked him since their one date in High School... which was where he told her he was gay. Apparently, that has not dissuaded her. Since they actually grew up together, she counts as an UnluckyChildhoodFriend to boot...
** She's [[http://www.egscomics.com/?date=2011-02-16 downright delusional]] about it and ''[[http://www.egscomics.com/?date=2011-04-04 tries]] to DopeSlap herself to sense'' when she notices this. Justin, in turn, [[BerserkButton reacts]] to any mentions of the issue with hissy fits and/or loud rants.
* Dara, Troy's classmate from college in ''Webcomic/BigBreak2019''. She developed an obsession with Troy upon catching [[TeacherStudentRomance him and his professor Maxine in the act]]. She constantly follows him around wherever he goes and spies on him without his knowledge. She even bought herself an apartment unit in his building just to be close to him. At one point, she disguised herself a laundress and stole clothes from his apartment just so [[PervertedSniffing she could smell and jerk off to his underwear]].
* ''Webcomic/TheOrderOfTheStick'''s Therkla is an ''Assassin'' with a Crush on her target's bodyguard. Naturally, this has led to poor results in her assassination attempts.
** Pompey asked Roy's sister Julia out once...per week...for three semesters. Oddly, she still barely recognises him - either she just started tuning him out or she has a ''lot'' of admirers.
* ''Webcomic/SluggyFreelance''
** This is one of the many creepy, {{Yandere}} qualities that Oasis embodies.
** Bun-bun tries to train both Torg and [[DepravedDentist Nana Avarre]] in how to effectively stalk their unrequited loves. Nana takes to it ''much'' more naturally.
** The reason Gwynn is able to draw magic power from the ''[[TomeOfEldritchLore Book of E-Ville]]'' is because one of the spirits trapped inside it is crushing on her. This leads to the book becoming a ClingyMacGuffin she can't get rid of. And then it gets worse...
* In ''Webcomic/{{Misfile}}'' fandom opinion is divided whether Missi is a creepy StalkerWithACrush or simply an over-eager fangirl about Ash. It is strongly recommended not to mention the subject on the fan forum.
* The Gene Mage in ''Webcomic/{{Terinu}}'' fits this trope for Terinu's ''race'', given a tendency to refer to them as his "sweet limbed Ferin", with an extra helping of creepiness considering he deliberately created them to look cute and perpetually somewhere in their ''mid-teens''.
* Eastwood in ''Webcomic/ExterminatusNow'' was (or maybe still ''is'') one of these, as he had his ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend put to death by a squad of special forces that are normally used to combat the paranormal. The fact said new boyfriend was ''actually'' a heretic only came to light after he was shot to death in the lavatory. Eastwood also seems to be rather overprotective of what she still sends him, such as attacking his associates with an axe after they ate some of the biscuits she sent him.
* Autumn became a client of ''Webcomic/SuicideForHire'' because the victim of her stalking publicly humiliated her after she went too far. She tried to murder his new girlfriend.
* ''Webcomic/NamirDeiter'': Cedric Van Helgen towards Tipper Namir. His unwillingness to take "Go away" for an answer culminated in his getting punched out by Tipper's fiancee, Charles.
* Cassie from ''Webcomic/TheWotch'', with the classic symptoms of obsessively following Robin around, trying to slip him love potions, and other doings of questionable ethics. A recent run-in with her own StalkerWithACrush seems to have made her see her wrongdoings.
** Yet another one that seems to have finally gotten somewhere.
** Jason was this to Anne at the very beginning of the series, with Robin [[http://www.thewotch.com/?date=2002-11-25 even noting that]] "In some cultures, this is considered stalking). [[spoiler:Jason drops his crush - and stalking - pretty quickly when he sees Anne levitate a pencil though.]]
* ''Webcomic/{{Sinfest}}'' neatly encapsulates the trope [[http://www.sinfest.net/view.php?date=2009-03-15 here]], with Fuchsia the succubus's crush on Criminy the shy little nerd. The devil finds this vastly irritating, as it makes her act less evil than she's supposed to be.
* TheRival from the ''VideoGame/PokemonRedAndBlue'' games is portrayed in this way in [[http://www.vgcats.com/super/?strip_id=17 this]] ''[[Webcomic/VGCats Super Effective]]'' strip.
* ''Webcomic/GunnerkriggCourt'' has Diego. Good lord, Diego. It got to the point where he programmed all the robots he built to worship Jeanne as a [[CargoCult sort of Christ figure.]] [[spoiler: And when he gets rejected, he recommends her for a HumanSacrifice. Hell hath no fury like a lonely, big-nosed inventor.]]
** At least he didn't tell the robots about that last part, so they still see Jeanne in a positive light. Better than nothing.
* ''[[Webcomic/TheAdventuresOfWiglafAndMordred Wiglaf & Mordred]]'' - Brat. As soon as she lays eyes on Mordred marrying him becomes her goal in life.
* ''Webcomic/GirlsNextDoor'' has [[Film/{{Labyrinth}} Jareth]] and [[Theatre/ThePhantomOfTheOpera Erik]] in a two-for one deal. Maybe for a lesser extent but parent series ''Webcomic/{{Roommates}}'' and its other SpinOff ''Webcomic/DownTheStreet'' also feature this trope.
* ''Webcomic/{{xkcd}}'': [[http://xkcd.com/513/ Strip 513]] [[DeconstructedTrope reveals]] the DoggedNiceGuy to be this.
* Enzo from ''Webcomic/{{Snowflakes}}'' takes this to truly frightening levels, as is to be expected for a five-year-old who's so evil he doesn't even get a [[GoodAngelBadAngel shoulder angel]] (he gets two devils instead).
* In ''Webcomic/{{Homestuck}}'', the troll Equius takes this [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=004126 way overboard]] in terms of creepiness.
** Stalking is, however, the ''least'' creepy part of that scenario, which also involves [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oa7O8juc44k sadomasochism, pedophilia, robophilia, necrophilia, and bestiality]].
*** Note: He's one of the good guys. Sort of.
** Vriska is this to Tavros, although in her case, it's less "spontaneous, unashamed affection" than "I am attracted to him, and that makes me feel uncomfortable...so I have to hurt him for [[InsaneTrollLogic making me]] feel this way." Evidenced on [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=004250 this page]], where she both relentlessly bullies him and tries to make him say that she's pretty.
* ''Webcomic/Persona3FTW'' turns [[RobotGirl Aigis]] into one of these for the main character. She ''was'' canonically into him in ''VideoGame/{{Persona 3}}'' itself, but here it gets taken to "has a habit of humping his leg" levels.
* In [[http://the-qlc.com/loserz/go/254 this strip]] of ''Webcomic/{{Loserz}}''. "I spend all of my time with them, I swear I'll be with them forever *sob*, I hide in their bushes..."
* ''Webcomic/{{Blip}}'': Hester and her [[http://blip.rampagenetwork.com/86/ Emo Stalker]]. He is later seen [[http://blip.rampagenetwork.com/131/ hanging outside her house]], [[http://blip.rampagenetwork.com/230/ sitting in the bushes behind her]], and [[http://blip.rampagenetwork.com/645/ just generally being very stalker-ish.]]
* In ''Webcomic/{{Strays}}'', [[http://www.straysonline.com/comic/161.htm here]]. After he murdered her husband.
* ''Webcomic/MenageA3'' has a number of obsessive characters, albeit that their stalking is mostly PlayedForLaughs:
** CampGay Dillon is prone to sneaking secret photos of attractive, unsuspecting straight men -- including Gary, towards whom his behaviour becomes highly manipulative and infatuated for some time. Even when he's in a seemingly stable relationship with Jerzy (in [[Webcomic/StickyDillyBuns his own comic]]), he ends up following Jerzy around in disguise.
** Zii sneaked away from the possessive and sometimes psychotic Yuki in the middle of the night, but Yuki doesn't take that as a hint. Zii keeps saying that she wants Yuki to leave her alone, but eventually gives up, at least for a while, and has sex with her. While Gary is on a pseudo-date with Yuki. Loudly, all night. While Gary can hear.
** Later, Yuki realizes that she's attracted to Gary, and leaves Zii alone. However, once Sonya realizes that she's in love with Zii, she takes over the function. Unfortunately, by then, Zii is trying to maintain a monogamous relationship with Erik. This doesn't stop Sonya, who deduces from Zii's treatment of herself when they first met that Zii didn't take boyfriends seriously (despite Zii's insistence that this case is somehow different), and her actions become increasingly [[LoveMakesYouEvil morally dubious]] as she not only exploits Zii's hot buttons, but also tries unsuccessfully to seduce Erik. She does realise that she had neglected to tell Zii that she loved her as well as wanting her for sex, until it was too late, leading to an odd little PetTheDog moment (February 19, 2013, strip 710, NSFW). But she tends to bounce back from setbacks; this doesn't stop her, and nor does the prospect of competition from [=DiDi=] for Zii's affections. She does begin to wonder how she could get past Zii's "playing hard to get", but then Peggy [[OperationJealousy comes to her assistance]].
** It's a plotline that again belongs more in spin-off comic ''Webcomic/StickyDillyBuns'', but anyway, [[http://www.ma3comic.com/strips-ma3/no_need_to_cry_for_me as seen here,]] Angel is worryingly obsessed with Jerzy, to at least borderline-stalking levels.
** And then [=DiDi=] becomes infatuated with Kiley (despite thinking that she was straight, and Kiley definitely ''being'' straight), and starts [[http://www.ma3comic.com/strips-ma3/eagerly_awaiting_me showing up unexpectedly at her place of work.]]
** And ''then'' -- new minor character Isabelle initially shows up with just a {{fangirl}}[=/=]groupie attitude towards Zii, but her interest rapidly becomes quite extreme, probably coming closest to actual, insane, real-world stalking. (The broken lock on the apartment door seems like a ''real'' bad sign.)
--->'''Isabelle:''' I need to add her address in my contacts. Do you know her full name? Including middle name, and her mom's maiden name?\\
'''Gary:''' S-somehow it's never come up.\\
'''Isabelle:''' And do you know her cell number? That would be really useful. Any siblings? Cousins? Pets? What's her favorite food?
* Oh Young Gon from ''Webcomic/CheeseInTheTrap'' is like this to [[CasanovaWannabe every girl he fancies]]. It mostly involves giving them unwanted attention and secretly taking photos of them at school. These girls tend to get him to back off by publicly humiliating him, as only an over-the-top rejection can convince him he's been rejected at all. However, Hong Sul happened to show him an ounce of kindness when his latest rejection turned him into a social pariah. He has since been convinced that she secretly loves him, and taken his [[NoGoodDeedGoesUnpunished stalking tendencies to a new level]]: following her home, sending her unwanted gifts and texts, and trying to behave as though he actually were her boyfriend. Not even Sul threatening to call the police on him can convince Young Gon that she's [[PlayingHardToGet anything more than shy]]. [[spoiler:All of his recent actions have apparently been part of a plan to get Sul and Jung to break up, and to convince her that he's not a creepy stalker and is actually good boyfriend material. The fact that he has such a plan does not help his case. Nor does following her around the library surreptitiously trying to take her picture. And he ''still'' won't take no for answer.]] Some of this might sound tame compared to other examples, but the fact that everything is played out realistically makes his actions genuinely frightening.
* Canta from ''{{Webcomic/Sire}}'' has been displayed as this towards Leif. [[http://sire.thewebcomic.com/comics/1958049/chapter-5-page-19/ She has a creepy stalker face.]]
* In ''Webcomic/{{Inverloch}}'', ArcVillain Berard is an interesting example of this. He used to be a thief-catcher and Lei'ella's boss and once asked her to marry him, which she accepted after an initial rejection; then he rejects ''her'' when she reveals she's an elf. When he finds that she's befriended and left with a da'kor (Acheron, TheProtagonist) he stalks them and abducts Acheron for a gladiator match, where it becomes clear that he still feels very ''possessive'' of her despite having dumped her out of FantasticRacism, is jealous of Acheron's friendship with her, and becomes outraged when he sees her hug Varden.
* The dragon from the prologue of ''Webcomic/FarToTheNorth'' seems to have taken an interest in Kelu after she punched him in the face and stabbed him in the gums with one of his own scales. He (or his [[SuperSoldier goblin minions]]) are apparently now scattering scales around her home disguised as tiny snowmen.
** The tiny snowmen turn out to have been left by [[spoiler: one of the younger [[WasOnceAMan goblins]] who has become infatuated with Kelu and the dragon had nothing to do with it, he even told the goblin that she would never answer him before Kelu unintentionally proved him wrong]].
* In ''Webcomic/GirlGenius'', Xerxsephnia von Blitzengaard has evidently been acting this way towards Gil since they were children.
* Several characters in ''Webcomic/CharbyTheVampirate'':
** Mye starts stalking Victor, taking photos of him for her StalkerShrine, following him while he's at work, brewing LovePotion to slip him, and using magic to change her own appearance in an attempt to make herself more appealing to him.
** Her bunny form, which was the result of one of her attempts to get Victor's attention gets the attention of Zerlocke instead and he proves to be a much more delusional talker for her than she ever was for Victor, though at least he [[DamnedByFaintPraise hasn't resorted to love potions]]. His StalkerShrine has developed into an entire RoomFullOfCrazy with a propped-up ''corpse'' dressed up to look like her and written about his love for her [[CouldntFindAPen all over the walls in blood]]. He refuses to believe her child zombie form is her true form despite all evidence to the contrary and sees no problem transforming himself to look like her boyfriend and pretending to be him to make out with and be with his "true love" since he thinks they're meant to be with each other.
* In ''Webcomic/ILoveYoo'', Kousuke is constantly fending off Meg, a woman who keeps following him around insisting they're a couple even when he's all but threatening her with a restraining order. Doesn't help that his father seems to be trying to facilitate a relationship.
* ''WebComic/MageAndDemonQueen'': Malori is a fire mage trying to secure a relationship with Demon Queen Velverosa by any means necessary. Her friend Cerik tries to call her out on it but she doesn't care.
* ''WebComic/{{Stalker x Stalker}}'' focuses on ''two'' {{Yandere}} stalkers with crushes on each other.
* In ''Webcomic/YokokasQuest'', Copycat takes a liking to Mao, and often [[{{Invisibility}} invisibly]] follows him around [[ShadowWalker in his shadow]] and [[DreamWalker in his dreams]].
* ''Webcomic/IDontWantThisKindOfHero'': Morae Baek has been stalking Raptor for years, randomly confessing his love for her and [[MurderTheHypotenuse trying to kill the people she cares about.]] He's been doing this since she escaped from him as a teenager.
* ''Webcomic/MyDeepestSecret'': Elios regularly stalks his girlfriend Emma when she's at school and off work.
