* When Shinpachi arrived at Gintoki's apartment with good news, Gintoki wonders if the new chapter of ''Manga/DGrayMan'' came out.
* Shinpachi tells everyone that he saved a bunch of money on his car insurance by switching to Geico.
* Kagura fist-pumps ''Series/JerseyShore''-styled. It's HilariousInHindsight since Oxenstierna D. Yuki-Rin (the authoress of the fic) has stated somewhere before that she hates Jersey Shore.
