Sure, there's some mystery as to what they mean (the full phrase is "Save the cheerleader, save the world" with no indication yet of how they're connected), but the phrase is neither especially prevalent or prone to cropping up inexplicably. The symbol, though, is arguably an arc word despite not being a word at all.
Main/{{Seth}}: Thats what i thought, only one person has said Save The Cheerleader, Save the world and they only said it once so it really doesn't count. The double helix symbol however has its own wikipedia article... just like Badwolf and Torchwood did before their meanings were established.
Main/{{Tabby}}: Also, I removed the symbol examples just because I could think of half a dozen more off the top of my head and I suspect that leaving them would encourage other people to add to the list and this entry would eventually collapse under its own weight. I can probably get a couple screenshots, though; it deserves an illustratin at least.

Since only 2 characters know about "The list" it could only have happened between them and doesn't make an arc word (Though it was a great line, spectacular timing from Jack Coleman).
Main/{{Tabby}}: Considering how much the line's been hyped in the promo campaign, I suspect it's going to continue to come up.
Seth: An Ad gimmick isn't an arc word. You might be able to speculate from them but chances are they are just trying to sell the series. Wait until its actually been said on air enough times (Not in adverts, in the actual show or tie in graphic novels) then put it back (Like we did above with the cheerleader line, we waited for enough people to say it for it to become an arc word). At least that's what i think, the producers of heroes are very ad savvy it just seems like a gimmick to me. The line itself can't become an arc word, who would ask? Mohinder has the list so he knows, and anyone who hasn't shown powers wouldn't possibly know about the list so there is no point in bennet asking. I think that it is a one off line.

I'd list it in the article, but I'm not sure if it's really an example, or if I've just spent too much time on this wiki and am just seeing troupes where there aren't any.
Main/{{Tabby}}: I think that's an excellent observation and I think it merits inclusion. Almost all the characters have been sliding up or down the scale throughout the season, with the really major players all starting to meet somewhere in the middle around the end.
