Jerry reconnects with an old acquaintance, Frankie Merman, but gets mixed feelings regarding him getting a van they dreamed about when they were kids. George notices that his parents are being distant. Elaine dates a man with a charming smile who once starred in a weird TV commercial. Kramer is annoyed when he keeps getting catalogs in the mail and his attempt to make the post office leave him alone puts him at odds with Newman.
----
!!Tropes:
* BrickJoke: A pedestrian (Betty) asks Kramer why a dummy he has is wearing a bucket during Kramer's anti-mail stance. Kramer explains that it symbolizes how people like Kramer are turning themselves blind to mail and Betty asks if he should be wearing the bucket. George asks similar questions later on.
* EveryoneHasStandards: Even Puddy finds it embarrassing that Elaine is dating a TV pitchman.
* GovernmentConspiracy: PlayedForLaughs when Kramer tries to stop receiving mail. He goes to the post office and his postman friend Newman tells him that nobody really needs mail anymore, but then gets questioned by his boss while sweating bullets. When Kramer starts protesting the postal service and handing out leaflets, he's kidnapped by government agents and intimidated into stopping by the United States Postmaster General. On his way out, he passes Newman, who's handcuffed [[ItMakesSenseInContext with a bucket on his head]].
* KissingCousins: George resorts to this (dating one of his cousins) to make his parents start paying attention to him.
* PrimalScene: George, Jerry, Frankie and George's cousin see Frank and Estelle making love in Jerry and Frankie's van and are all disgusted beyond belief.
* SpecialGuest: Creator/TobyHuss as Jack, Elaine's new boyfriend.
* TheTalk: Frank and Estelle do this to George at the end, but their attempts only make him feel more uncomfortable, especially when Frank announces his intent on banging Estelle.
