George talks to a friend, Gary Fogel (Creator/JonLovitz), who's also a mutual friend of Jerry's, who's supposedly has been sick with cancer and learns the truth about him. Kramer helps a cop try to find the mysterious scofflaw who has evaded him for 16 years. Elaine wants to get back at her ex-boyfriend, Jake Jarmel, who's wearing a unique pair of glasses and prefers to keep it unique to him

* FakeHairDrama: Gary lives his lie so he can use a certificate Jerry gave him to get unlimited toupees. George ends up getting one himself.
* NoPokerFace: George isn't that good with keeping secrets, which is why Jerry and Gary never told him about the "illness". Jerry would use this to his advantage later on to prod the truth out of George.
* PlayingSick: With George being upset about Gary not telling him about his fight with cancer, Gary makes it up to him by offering him a parking space and revealed he never had cancer.
* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: Relating to the last trope below, Kramer does this when the cop is offended and the scofflaw escapes.
* SitcomArchNemesis: The cop and the scofflaw, who happens to be Newman.
* TearsOfRemorse: Newman is brought to tears after Kramer confronts him about being the scofflaw.
* ThatCameOutWrong: When a driver litters on the street, Kramer calls him a "pig". Unfortunately, there was a cop nearby and thought he was being called a pig. Kramer would later apologize to him for the misunderstanding.
