!!Tropes:
* ArtisticLicenseLaw: George's companions at his lunch interview could have charged the chef with assault for poisoning their cake, especially since it made them "violently ill", as he describes, but this is never mentioned.
* BittersweetEnding: Jerry and George's plots end like this.
** Jerry basically undos any romance he and Audrey had by notifying the health inspector of her father's poor health regulation at his restaurant but is satisfied that he got even with Audrey.
** George doesn't get the job since he refuses to eat food that he (correctly) guess was tainted (courtesy of the chef who was the one who wanted the suit that George managed to sneak from under him) and therefore was not a team player, but he manages to avoid getting sick.
* FrivolousLawsuit: Elaine threatens to sue the clothing store if the mannequin isn't relinquished from public view. Since the manager isn't breaking any law, it makes this plan fail.
* JerkassHasAPoint:
** He may have been incredibly petty about the whole ordeal, but Jerry actually does have grounds to refuse to eat at Poppy's restaurant due to him not washing his hands and also had every right to notify the health inspector about this ordeal.
** The clothing store manager was acting pretty condescending, but she is well within her rights to put whatever mannequin she wants as well as position however she wants since she manages the store.
* PyrrhicVictory: Elaine manages to steal the mannequin of her, but since it became popular nationwide and countless more are in many stores, it's sort of a meaningless victory on her part.
* TheReveal: We soon find out who the designer of the Elaine mannequin was, Ricky the sad-sack subway passenger from "The Cigar Store Indian".
* RiddleForTheAges: We never do find out why Audrey refused to taste the pie at Monk's.
* TheStoolPigeon: Jerry informs the health inspector of Poppy's restaurant's poor health conditions.
* RunningGag: Someone shaking their head 'no' when someone else pressures them to eat something.
