* Brian and Irving's review of ''Film/TwelveYearsASlave''. Seeing two goofy {{deadpan snarker}}s (one of whom is known for his CrossesTheLineTwice humor and the other has been labeled "Slaver Brian" by the fanbase) visibly disturbed by the film they just saw is pretty disconcerting.
* For a brief moment in the ''Film/DeliveryMan'' review, a silhouette of a man holding a cellphone can be seen in the background. But due to the way he's holding it, it looks like he's holding ''a gun''. It goes by quickly, but Brad also made the image the video's thumbnail, as well as featuring the still shot in the Midnight Review compilation.
** In another bit of AccidentalNightmareFuel, there's a vlog where someone walks past the car, turns around, and looks in for a moment. Sure, it's just a curious person, but all you can see is a dark silhouette, which gives them a rather creepy appearance.
* Before Brad and Brian talk about ''Film/DeliverUsFromEvil'', in the review of said movie, they talk about the horror-themed AMC ads that are shown before the movie.
* The face that Sarah makes when she does her fake laugh in response to Paul's mother getting hit by a milk truck in the ''Film/PaulBlartMallCop2'' review. The lighting almost makes her look possessed.
* In the review for ''Dancin': It's On'', Brad's talks about the theater where he saw said movie. He says that the theater is "oddly beautiful," but it's feels like a theater that's in purgatory. There was only one guy in there when he walked in and the hallways were "super dark" because they were lit with dark blue and dark purple lights and they never seemed to end. A ''VideoGame/GuitarHero'' game that was playing "[[Music/PatBenatar Hit Me with Your Best Shot]]" could be heard. To top it off, Brad saw a door open, but nobody came out of it, and then it closed itself.
* In the review of ''The Bye Bye Man'', there's...''someone'', sitting next to Allison. The person never talks, never laughs, never does anything but just sit there. While it's likely a friend of the gang's, it's still disturbing seeing them, being complete silent.
