A seiyuu well known for her powerful voice, which she often converts a song so mindblowingly powerful it's an instant CrowningMusicOfAwesome. She didn't do much at the beginning, until people started noticing her as Hinata Hyuuga, one of {{Naruto}}'s EnsembleDarkhorse characters. Things really go up for her when she voiced [[MagicalGirlLyricalNanoha Fate Testarossa]] and thus was her ultimate start of great infamy. Her music sells like hotcakes and there have been many a times where she has gotten #2 on Oricon (Japan's Equivalent of the Billboard Charts) and she may be the first seiyuu to break into the mainstream Japanese music industry. In 2007, she became the first Seiyuu Award winner for the Musical Performance category with "[[WildArms5 Justice to Believe]]". On the week of June 15, 2009, she achieved the distinction of being the first seiyuu to [[http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2009-06-08/nana-mizuki-is-1st-seiyu-with-no.1-album-in-weekly-charts nab the #1 position in the Oricon Weekly Album chart]] with her album, Ultimate Diamond.
At one point, she was also a subject of a small internet news where an Akiba-copycater threatened to kill her at one of her concerts. The guy was quickly carted off to jail and Nana was left to cry about the FanDumb during the MC part of her concert.
Seems to be OneOfUs, with a markedly geeky interest in Buddhist theology.
Recently she was being a Windows 7 mascot.
