TheBadWolf: who ever put this in: (not really. ThatOtherWiki shows that [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bodyline bowling to hit the batsman is against the rules.]])
should have read the actual article: "It should be noted, however, that short pitched balls aimed at the batsman are not and have never been illegal and are in widespread use today as a tactic"

{{Randallw}} Wales plays cricket? I have no interest myself but being Australian I think I would notice if Wales was in the World Series. Then again I think Ireland was in it recently.

{{Kinitawowi}}: They don't, at least certainly not independently - they're part of the England And Wales Cricket Board. Scotland try occasionally, which might be a better comparator.

BigT: @TBW: Unfortunately, that particular sentence is up for review. I put in a passionate plea for someone source it, since the article ''is'' a featured articled. As far as I know, the sentence is true, but that's not enough for TheOtherWiki. You've got to have a secondary source that has stated such.

{{Deuce}}: As a cricket fan this article makes me cry. I suspect, though, that it was meant to?

{{Adam850}}: Oh yeah. As one who has never even seen cricket,on TV, it's a lot more entertaining than a dry "The Rules Of Cricket (Part 1)". Remember that these UsefulNotes are for outsiders to that place.
