DaibhidC: How are the Endless even vaguely an example? They're the most Homogonous Council ever, or they would be if they ever actually met as a Council. (I think they do it ''once'', and it lasts three minutes before Dream goes off in a huff at something Desire said... which was the only reason Destiny called them together in the first place.)
