LooneyToons: Sorry, Osh, but I really don't think the variations belong here. If anything, they should get their own page(s). Plus, I've been watching anime for 15 years -- 40 if you want to count ''8 Man'', ''Gigantor'' and ''Speed Racer'' when I was a kid -- and I can think of only one dog-boy (a one-off minion in a ''Ranma 1/2'' movie) and no examples of any of the others.
