-->-- '''Music/{{Aviators}},''' ''[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9U0UUDy_5ik Friendship]]''

A type of episode that centers around a BreakUpMakeUpScenario: two characters suddenly start feuding with each other, either over a minor matter that gets blown out of proportion, or sometimes [[ConflictBall for seemingly no reason at all]]. Sometimes, another character will try to get the two feuding characters to make up by putting together some sort of crazy scheme (i.e. writing [[ForgedMessage fake apology letters]]), but there is actually a 90% chance that the scheme will fail, and the feud intensifies further FromBadToWorse. In the end, the two characters will invariably put behind their silly feud to help their friends in some kind of trouble (if not that, then expect them to stop fighting because of an EnemyMine instead). AnAesop about putting behind your troubles usually will soon follow afterward.

They might be feuding over [[CockFight a common love interest]], or perhaps due to [[SmallTownRivalry hometown prejudices]], but sometimes the two may feud so long that, in the end, they can't remember what it was about.

Alternatively, two longtime friends get mad and breakup over some random bad event (often, a GirlOfTheWeek can be the cause of such a conflict). Kids' shows seem to love this one, as ThePowerOfFriendship is the backbone of their group dynamics.

This often leads to their other friends getting into an argument and/or fight against each other, [[FriendshipFavoritism and taking sides]]. Much commonly, there's always a time where both sides have to reconcile and apologize to each other, which happens at the end of each episode in particular.

Sometimes, a [[IntrepidMerchant Merchant of Menace]] makes a few bucks by selling weapons to both sides, continuing and escalating the fight to fatten his own pockets.

If the conflict seems too reminiscent of a lovers' quarrel, HomoeroticSubtext may ensue.

Compare AchillesInHisTent. Sister trope to SplitAndReunion. Not to be confused with episodes of [[Series/FamilyFeud the Feud]].

[[folder:Anime and Manga]]
* Episode 258 of ''Manga/{{Bleach}}'' has two of [[spoiler: Renji]]'s zanpakuto, [[spoiler: Monkey]] and [[spoiler: Snake]] arguing with each other after the former chastises the latter for his foolishness whenever the former allows the latter to run free. This leads to an argument between the two before they split up, angry at each other. After some time, however, as [[spoiler: Snake]] spends time with [[spoiler: Ichigo]]'s younger sister, [[spoiler: Karin]], his interactions with her changed him so much that by the end of the episode, he eventually reunites with [[spoiler: Renji]] and [[spoiler: Monkey]], vowing to never be separated from them ever again.
* There was episode of ''Manga/CardCaptorSakura'' called "Sakura and Kero's Big Fight" where Sakura gets mad at Kero for destroying her desk drawer. They get into an argument that Kero runs away. Only when Sakura rescues Kero from a Clow Card, she makes the drawer his own bedroom and ends up with him destroying the bed and [[HereWeGoAgain they start another fight as the episode ends]].
* ''Anime/DigimonAdventure'': In episode 33, Patamon is InnocentlyInsensitive about Matt and TK having to go their separate ways (due to their parents' divorce). This makes TK mad at Patamon and the two fight, resulting in Patamon running off by himself. While looking for him, TK, Matt and Gabumon make friends with Pumpkinmon and Gotsumon, who are killed by Myotismon, making TK believe that wouldn't have happened if he hadn't fought with Patamon. His regret is so powerful that it causes Patamon to evolve for the first time since being reborn, which drives off Myotismon. In the end, TK and Patamon patch things up.
* ''Anime/DigimonAdventure02'': In episode 5, Armadillomon gets upset at Cody for being late in joining the team to go to the Digital World, thinking that Cody doesn't care much about him. He sulks for a while, but once Cody gets in danger, Armadillomon evolves into Digmon and uses his own body to protect him.
* An episode of ''Anime/DigimonDataSquad'' had Marcus and Agumon get into a fight which results in Agumon hiding inside Marcus' digivice for most of the episode. When Marcus is unable to defeat a [=BlackGarurumon=] that's rampaging through the city, [[spoiler: Agumon finally comes to the rescue and everything is sorted out once again]].
* ''Anime/DigimonGhostGame'': In episode 40, Hiro finds that Gammamon has been chewing his tablet, lightly scolds him for it and asks for an apology. Gammamon refuses and sulks for most of the episode, ditching Hiro to hang out with a little girl who tells Gammamon that it's no fun to feud with your friends. That inspires Gammamon to tearfully apologize to Hiro in time to face the MonsterOfTheWeek.
* In ''Anime/GirlsUndPanzer'', this happens twice during the prequel manga, Little Army, between Miho's childhood friends. The first time, Emi insults Hitomi, angering Hitomi's long time friend Chihiro, and causing the newly-formed tankery team to break apart until Miho talks to each of them. The second time, Emi's saying that she hates Maho angers Miho to the point at which she says that she hates Emi, a gesture Miho immediately regrets, but which results in Emi giving her the cold shoulder for a while.
* FridgeLogic reveals that this is practically all that happens in [[spoiler: [[HalfHumanHybrid Conrad and Yozak]]'s]] friendship after Yuri turns up in ''Literature/KyoKaraMaoh''.
** The first time, it's basically Yozak being cynical and [[HomoeroticSubtext jealous]] and Conrad being his [[PsychoSupporter psychotically loyal]] self, but after that we get a mind-controlling mountain of hate and the... [=DaiShimaron thing=]. These two have some of the best fights in the series, all swords with no magic, but it's kind of sad. Before Yuri came they don't seem to have fought at all. If FightingYourFriend wasn't reserved for a certain video-game situation, it'd be made for them.
** The reason it's FridgeLogic is because, the first time Conrad threatens to kill Yozak in the anime (if he ever puts Yuri in danger again), we don't ''know'' they're lifelong best friends. Jeepers. Puts a little more depth into the face Yozak makes there.
* There was an episode of the ''Anime/LittleLulu'' anime where Tubby and Willy were feuding against each other every time they met up with each other. [[spoiler: The reason they were feuding was because the indian chief suits that they bought at the store looked exactly alike]], which was what ignited their feud in the first place. Even more insightful that the episode itself was based on a ''Little Lulu'' comic that had nearly the same plot.
* In ''Manga/{{Kodocha}}'', two of Sana's teachers, who themselves are an engaged couple, both get into an argument about the classroom resposiblities between the girls and boys of the classroom, which manages to escalate into strong disagreements about their lives after marriage. With the students already prone to feuding as past episodes have shown, [[GirlsVsBoysPlot the two teachers take sides between the boys and the girls and start a gender-divided war]].
* In ''Manga/MoriartyThePatriot'', John Watson and Sherlock Holmes spend ''The Two Detectives'' fighting and Sherlock works alongside Professor Moriarty to solve a murder instead.
* ''Manga/NegimaMagisterNegiMagi'': Asuna and Negi do this, except Negi immediately feels really badly and keeps trying to apologize, whereas Asuna got over it quickly enough but [[{{Tsundere}} didn't want to admit it]]. Not that they've been friends for ''long'' but she's probably only his second friend and the one he trusts most.
* In Chapter 21 of ''Manga/NewGame'', Aoba and Nene have a fight after Nene expresses her concerns over Aoba working too hard at her job, something that Aoba brushes off while saying that Nene is easygoing. They spend the chapter fuming and avoiding each other. They make up by the end.
* ''Anime/OnegaiMyMelody'': One episode has Uta and Miki getting into a falling out after the former grows jealous of the latter possibly getting close to Hiiragi.
* In ''Anime/OsomatsuSan'', "Accident?" has this between Osomatsu and Choromatsu after the former [[CaughtWithYourPantsDown accidentally walks in on the latter jerking off]]; this animosity eventually spreads to the rest of the brothers.
* ''Manga/OuranHighSchoolHostClub''- ''The Twins Fight'': Hikaru and Kaoru [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin get into an epic argument]] over how they're tired of always looking alike and they drag the rest of the club with them. In this case, there is no ZanyScheme the others try to plan to get them to make up. Also, [[spoiler:it's futher subverted, as ''the twins were just acting all along because they were bored!'']]
* ''Anime/PantyAndStockingWithGarterbelt'': "Catfight Club", between Panty and Stocking after Panty steals Stocking's pudding.
* ''Anime/PokemonTheSeries'':
** In one episode called "The Bicker, The Better", Ash and May get into an argument and argue for almost all of the episode. Not only that, but Jessie and James ALSO get into a fight! But being beaten by [[SickeninglySweethearts a couple who're obsessed with love]] and their Nidoqueen/Nidoking combo did NOT help. In the end, though, Ash and May eventually make up (because [[NiceJobFixingItVillain Meowth]] told Jessie and James that it's their chance to steal Pikachu, Jessie and James make up and try another try of stealing but were stopped by the gang (again!)).
** The episode, "The Ol' Berate and Switch". has Team Rocket arguing and getting mad at each other for a failure of capturing Pikachu that they decide to breakup. In the end, they realize that no matter how they argue, they should stay a team. The trio again argues and breaks up again at the end JN145.
** This also happens to Ash and Iris in "The Path That Leads To Good-bye", when they blame each other for simple things like failing to catch a Dunsparce or berries being too sour. They eventually break off their friendship and head off in opposite directions, but they soon realize that they completely overreacted for a petty reason and started missing one another. So at the end, after they drove off Team Rocket, they apologize to each other, and they stay as friends.
** Dawn and Chloe have an argument in "Nightfall? Nightmares!" when Chloe gets tired of Dawn's dawdling. They make up by letting their Pokémon battle a Rhydon.

** In Episode 8 of ''Anime/FutariWaPrettyCure'', Nagisa and Honoka feud with each other, and can't work together as Pretty Cure.
** In Episode 25 of ''Anime/SmilePrecure'', Akane and Nao engage in a competition war on the beach.
** Two episodes of ''Anime/HappinessChargePrettyCure'' involve Hime being in a feud with someone; in Episode 6, it's Ribbon, over Hime's immaturity and inability to cook for herself, and in Episode 19, it's Iona, over their soccer game.
** In Episode 15 of ''Anime/HealinGoodPrettyCure'', Nodoka and Rabirin have a feud over a toy that Rabirin likes, but gets made fun of over. This prevents Nodoka from being able to transform, since she needs Rabirin by her side to do so.
* In an episode of the [[Anime/SailorMoon 1990s Sailor Moon anime]], "Usagi Abandoned: The Falling-Out of the Sailor Guardians", features the Sailor Guardians getting mad at each other that one of the villains took a picture of it and it gets shown to public. Rei and Usagi especially get mad at each other. The team had a plan that they pretend that Sailor Moon quits the team because of the argument.
* ''Anime/{{Tamagotchi}}'': Episode 118 is about Moriritchi and Anemoriritchi getting into a fight, causing the former to move to Lovelitchi's house. Lovelitchi and a few others try to help the two to stop fighting.
* Most of Chapter 31 of ''Manga/AsteroidInLove'', animated in the ninth episode is about a minor argument between Mira and Ao on Ao's first day [[spoiler: living in the Konohata household]].

* In episode 45 of ''Animation/BanzisSecretDiary'', Banzi's friends Eungsim and Namnam have minor disagreements that Banzi thinks might escalate into an actual fight if they're not careful. She's able to put a stop to it... until Eungsim spoils a plot twist in a mystery book series they were reading, leading to her and Namnam declaring themselves as no longer being friends and leaving it up to Banzi to get them back together.
* ''Animation/HappyHeroes'': Episode 10 of Season 7 is a variation on the trope. Nearly ''everyone in the city'' is fighting with each other for no apparent reason... because Big M. has set up a machine that causes rival ambassadors Wang and Miao to have their negative feelings projected onto others whenever they're quarreling, so the problem lies in the Supermen getting them to stop arguing so that everyone else will stop too.
* There was an arc of ''Animation/HelloKittysStumpedVillage'' where Batz-Maru, Pompompurin, and My Melody play tricks on Cinnoman Roll and Hello Kitty that their friends get mad at them. In the end, they forgive each other and are so happy that [[EverybodyCries everyone cries]] TearsOfJoy.
* The ''Animation/{{Lamput}}'' episode "The Split" is about unintentional injuries sustained while chasing after Lamput causing the docs to get into a fight and separate. Lamput goes to get them to reunite, but not without difficulty since the docs just ignore each other. In the end, the annoyances caused by Lamput is enough to get Specs Doc and Skinny Doc to get back together and go to catch him once more.
* In ''Animation/PleasantGoatAndBigBigWolf: Joys of Seasons'' episode 30, Tibbie and Jonie get into an argument over who should pretend to be the mother of Tibbie's toy doll. The argument ends with the toy doll breaking, which makes Tibbie sad and causes her to tell Jonie she doesn't want to play with her anymore. Weslie, Paddi, and Sparky decide to come up with a plan to bring them back together.

* ''ComicBook/{{Asterix}} and the Roman Agent'': Caesar sends an agent, Tortuous Convolvulus, to the Gaulish village. He is a natural troublemaker who can cause dissension and [[AppleOfDiscord stir up fights between anyone]], and soon nearly the entire village is feuding. Even [[HeterosexualLifePartners Asterix and Obelix]] get angry at each other... for about four panels.
* This was a major plot point in ''ComicBook/SonicTheHedgehogArchieComics'' between Sonic and Tails: Sonic had started going out with Fiona Fox, unaware the young hero had a major crush on her since falling in love with her robotic double way back when. Sonic's constant talk about her just made things worse even after she pulled a FaceHeelTurn and partnered up with Scourge the Hedgehog. It finally boiled over when Tails decided to help his recently-returned parents in trying to change the government while Sonic sided with the royalty.

* In ''Fanfic/OneYear'', this happens between two of [[VideoGame/Persona4 Yu Narukami]]'s [[OriginalCharacter old friends]], the athletic Kaoru and the studious Kenji, who have very different skillsets and ideas on whether their success is due to talent or hard work. Tensions between them come to a head after Kaoru is removed from the team, resulting in a heated argument and their not speaking to each other for a week.
* ''[[Fanfic/PokemonHarmonyAndChaos Pokémon: Equestrian Adventures]]'': The Camp Everfree arc can count as a "Feud Arc" between Flash and Twilight. They spend most of the arc constantly arguing and trading insults with each other, to the point where they almost decide to stop traveling together. Though before the end of the arc, they both [[JerkassRealization realize that they have both been acting like jerks to each other]] and reconcile, reaffirming their friendship together.

[[folder:Literature]]
* ''Literature/TheBerenstainBears'' ''Get In A Fight'' deals with Brother and Sister getting into a bitter argument with each other when they wake up one day angry. Papa Bear then tells them that fights happen all the time and they come and go like the weather. He uses the stormclouds clearing outside to illustrate. Since Brother and Sister can't even remember why they started fighting in the first place, they agree to make up.
* Entire sections of ''Literature/HarryPotter'' novels consist of Harry, Ron and Hermione getting mad at each other. Notable examples include:
** ''[[Literature/HarryPotterAndThePhilosophersStone Philosopher's Stone]]'': Granted, this is before Harry and Ron regard Hermione as their friend, but nevertheless, what relationship they do have deteriorates massively after the Fluffy incident. Blaming Harry and Ron for what happened, Hermione spends days giving them the SilentTreatment, which [[{{Unishment}} they consider to be an improvement]]. Things don't improve until they rescue her from the mountain troll, at which point they become FireForgedFriends.
** ''[[Literature/HarryPotterAndThePrisonerOfAzkaban Prisoner of Azkaban]]'': After it appears that Croakshanks ate Scabbers, Ron gets mad at Hermione for not keeping her cat under control. Meanwhile, Harry is also mad at Hermione because she thought his mysterious new Firebolt was dangerous and had it confiscated.
** ''[[Literature/HarryPotterAndTheGobletOfFire Goblet of Fire]]'': Harry and Ron fall out when Ron is jealous that Harry was selected for the Triwizard Tournament. They reconcile after the First Task.
** ''[[Literature/HarryPotterAndTheHalfBloodPrince Half-Blood Prince]]'': Ron and Hermione's BelligerentSexualTension escalates into a full-blown feud. [[OperationJealousy Ron dates Lavender to make Hermione jealous, and Hermione retaliates by dating Cormac McLaggen to make Ron jealous.]]
** ''[[Literature/HarryPotterAndTheDeathlyHallows Deathly Hallows]]'': [[spoiler:Ron leaves entirely for a number of chapters]]. Played with on that occasion because it was partly due to external factors, namely [[spoiler:a booby trap in one of Voldemort's [[SoulJar horcruxes]] acting as an AppleOfDiscord by playing on Ron's insecurities.]]
* The conflict between Herald Dirk and Herald Kris is a major plot point in the first ''Literature/HeraldsOfValdemar'' trilogy. Plays out interestingly, first, because it was [[ManipulativeBastard deliberately provoked]] by a scheming EvilChancellor, and secondly, because the two friends were [[HeterosexualLifePartners much more closely bonded]] [[EvilCannotComprehendGood than he had anticipated]] and were able to overcome their differences.
* In the ''Literature/RainbowMagic'' series, Juliet the Valentine Fairy's book is like this; Rachel and Kirsty are compelled to argue for almost all of it, only patching things up with the return of the magic candy box.
* ''Literature/RoysBedoys'': In "Forgive People, Roys Bedoys!", Roys refuses to play with Maker after the latter dirties the former's toy truck.
* In ''That Makes Me Angry!'', a book based on ''Series/SesameStreet'', Ernie and Bert decide to go to the park for a picnic so the former can fly a kite and the latter can watch while enoying his picnic lunch. Things get out of control when Ernie tells Bert to meet him at the big statue in the park. Ernie goes to a statue of two children riding a horse, while Bert goes to a statue of Mother Goose. Both Ernie and Bert wait a long time for each other, with the former accusing the latter of staying home and reading his ''Famous Pigeons'' book, and the latter accusing the former of finding something else to do and forgetting all about their plans. The two become angry when they next see each other, but make up when they realize that neither of them forgot their plans and that there were two different statues in the park.

* ''Series/LazyTown:''
** In "Dear Diary" thanks to Robbie Rotten's antics, he is able to turn almost everyone in [=LazyTown=] against Stephanie with the latter eventually deciding to return the favor. It took Sportacus to set things straight when he asks everyone if Stephanie even wrote those entries.
** "Birthday Surprise" has the kids figuring out where they should have Sportacus's birthday party. Stephanie thinks to have it at the Mayor's house while Stingy wants to have it at his house. This leads Stingy to argue with Stephanie and Trixie which wakes up a sleepy Robbie Rotten and watches Stingy argue because he likes arguments. When Stingy [[ThisIsMySide suggests to build a wall]], this gives Robbie an idea to build one. He works all night and when everyone wakes up and sees the wall, he lies that the people on the other side wanted the wall to never see them so they think they still are in a disagreement. The people on each side eventually start a cake fight when Robbie accidentally flings Bessie Busybody’s cake on Mayor Meanswell. The plan escalated when [[NiceJobFixingItVillain Robbie gives Sportacus a sugar apple]] [[WhatHaveIDone that everyone stops fighting]] and make up. When Sportacus asks who put the wall [[HereWeGoAgain the people blame each other that they wanted the wall]] only to realize that Robbie told them what had happened. The feud is finally over once they apologize.
** “Secret Friend Day” has children preparing gifts for their friends. Robbie Rotten was chosen to get a gift for Trixie but decides to just quit and this makes Trixie blame Stephanie for it and runaway. They eventually make up when [[NiceJobFixingItVillain Robbie makes them stranded]] that Sportacus rescues them.
* Happens several times in ''Series/SesameStreet''.
** In one episode, Telly calls Baby Bear a "show-off" because Baby Bear's parrot Ralphie is TheAce, whereas his own hamster Chuckie Sue either can't or won't do a selection of things. This leads to a brief feud.
** In one episode, this happens between Joey and Davy the monkeys because Joey ate one of Davy's bananas.
** Any episode featuring [[CompanionCube Rocco]] will have an argument between Zoe and Elmo on whether a rock can be a pet.

'''Leo:''' You think vengeance is gonna make Stela happy?! You think this is what she wants?! You know it's not, Jack!\\
'''Jack:''' What gives you the right to tell me what to do?! What even gives you the right to say her name?! Maybe you forgot, but you're the ones who killed her!

* ''VideoGame/DensetsuNoStafy3'': Starfy and Starly have a fight within the Kachiwari Iceberg stage, causing Starly to run away. This separates her from Starfy and Moe, eventually trapping herself in a room with strong currents. Starfy is able to relearn the Mighty Star Spin to find her again, and the two apologize and reconcile with some pushing from Moe.
* The first ''VideoGame/KingdomHeartsI'' had two of these:
** Sora and Donald get into a fight when they approach the Deep Jungle world as Donald lies to Sora about finding Riku there when in reality, Donald was manipulating Sora into finding King Mickey. Sora gets hurt by this and causes the Gummi ship to crash in Deep Jungle where they get separated. They eventually meet up but vow to not speak to each other and end their friendship. However, they get distracted from further feuding through their decision to help Tarzan and Jane stop Clayton from hunting and killing gorillas. Sora and Donald reconcile later on just before Sora seals the Deep Jungle keyhole.
** Sora and Riku's friendship is severely jeopardized after Riku starts falling into darkness. It starts to get worse in the Monstro world and then in Neverland when Riku starts siding with Maleficent's council of villains. Their friendship bitterly ends when Sora reaches Hollow Bastion after Riku confiscates Sora's Keyblade. It is revealed that Riku was manipulated and eventually possessed by Ansem, Seeker of Darkness and after Ansem's defeat, Riku reverts back to normal. Sora and Riku fully reconcile in the sequel.
* In ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyXV'', Chapter 10 is this. Noctis falls into a deep depression after [[spoiler:the death of his fiancée, Lunafreya]], in the previous chapter, and Gladio, who'd always had little tolerance for complaining, loses his temper with Noct, calling him out for sulking when Ignis, [[spoiler:having been blinded]], is worse off than Noct is. As the group explores a dungeon together in search of the tomb within, tensions are running high- the group's banter is gone and they sit together in awkward silence if they camp out. Finally, Ignis calls the others out on their bickering, and the group mends fences.
* ''VideoGame/Persona3 [[UpdatedReRelease FES]]'' chapter "The Answer" has the ex-SEES team have a falling out over [[spoiler: the Key of Time, specifically whether they should use it to continue living in the present or to go back to the past so they can see the Main Character again. The group splits into four factions- those who want to go back to the past (Yukari and Mitsuru), those who want to return to the present (Akihiko and Ken), those who don't want any solution that isn't agreed upon by the group (Junpei and Koromaru), and an undecided group (Aigis, Metis and Fuuka).]] They finally get back together [[spoiler: after [[ThereCanBeOnlyOne fighting one another for each others Key fragments]], then discovering that they still have one more enemy to defeat]].
* ''Franchise/RatchetAndClank'':
** The first ''[[VideoGame/RatchetAndClank2002 Ratchet & Clank]]'' game has a similar feud to the one [[VideoGame/KingdomHeartsI Sora and Donald]] experienced. In this case, after Captain Qwark betrays them on Umbris, Ratchet spends a good portion of the game taking his anger out on Clank for being too naïve, ending their friendship. Clank is forced to manipulate Ratchet into stopping Drek, while Ratchet is threatening to kill Clank for trying to keep him from going after Qwark. After Qwark's defeat, Ratchet and Clank reconcile when the consequences of their feud catch up in the form of a destroyed city.
** ''VideoGame/RatchetAndClankFutureToolsOfDestruction'' has a brief one when Ratchet refuses to believe that Clank has been aided by the Zoni. They almost have a fight while flying to Zordoom Prison before [[spoiler:Qwark]] interrupts them. Ratchet eventually realizes he's been a fool to his friend during their brief separation on Reapor, and the next time Clank brings up information that the Zoni told him, Ratchet believes him.
* In ''VideoGame/TomodachiLife'', it's very common to once in a while see a couple Miis fight if they are friends, dating, or married. Cheer one up with a toy or the right food, and they'll try and patch things up. If they fail, they'll hit a HeroicBSOD and throw a bunch of pity parties at the cafe until you clear up their sadness meter.
** Sometimes, in extreme cases, they will have a heated feud to the point which they will be engulfed in roaring flames, their response will be delayed when you tap their thought bubble, and they'll deny the fight was their fault and refuse to apologize. A third Mii can step in and attempt to reconcile the two if you scan the building for the right one. Not as likely to resolve a heated feud as a normal one, but it all depends on the quality of the friendship/relationship.

[[folder:Web Animation]]
* In episode 24 of the ''[[WebAnimation/AnimatorVsAnimation Animation vs. Minecraft]]'' shorts, Red breaks down crying after finding out that he's starving. The Second Coming [[QuitYourWhining tells him to man up]], and Red argues that they'll starve to death if nothing is done. They argue over who was at fault for ending up in the desert, separated from their friends, and they engage in an all out brawl. They ''do'' make it up when they enter the caves and admire its beauty, though.
* In episode 9 of season 4 ''WebAnimation/{{Carl}}'' Dry Bones crashes Carl's car and Carl is banned from driving for 2 weeks, and this causes the two of them get into a argument and fight each other and both of them cut ties with each other. Fortunately, this doesn't last long after episode 10.
* The ''WebAnimation/HappyTreeFriends'' episode "Camp Pokeneyeout" is this for best friends Cuddles and Toothy, when Cuddles mistakenly believes that Toothy slingshot a rock at him and then laughed about it. They eventually make up just in time to both be crushed by a giant boulder.
* A longer variant than normal occurs in Season 12 of ''WebAnimation/RedVsBlue''. After Church comes back, Tucker is still pissed at him for leaving at the end of Season 10; this, along with the fact both of them have severe issues with their tempers and holding grudges, means the two spend the season at each other's throats until they finally talk it out.
