When a hermaphrodite, intersex, or otherwise androgynous character is so attractive that they inspire worship and desire in both males and females. Even those who are normally attracted to a single gender will make an exception for this individual.

The hermaphrodite equivalent to EvenTheGuysWantHim and EvenTheGirlsWantHer. There may be some overlap with EvenTheGuysWantHim or EvenTheGirlsWantHer if they appear to be a female/male with extra bits. Shapeshifters count as AttractiveBentGender instead unless one alternate form is a bona-fide Hermaphrodite.

Cousin of the Ladette, Bifauxnen, and DudeLooksLikeALady. May play up the sexy side of AmbiguousGender.

* BokuNoFutatsuNoTsubasas title character, who looked like a boy as a child, but grew up to become a very gorgeous and buxom "woman". .
* AfterSchoolNightmare was basically how a gender-confused intersex man (female on the bottom, male the top up) Mashiro was unfortunate enough to have unwanted romantic relationships between a BrokenBird, who due to a rape in her childhood, has a very strong DoesNotLikeMen personality before meeting the main character, and a male student who is intent on trying to protect him/her after discovering his/her gender, whose big on StalkerCrush and a small hint of rapist undertones. Oh, and did I mention he/she and all the other students must go to the world of dreams in their school to complete a game so they can ascend to some ambiguous fate in order to graduate while taking different forms representing their deepest part of their souls, with Mashiro's form taking the form of himself but wearing a female school uniform, unable to hide his gender identity to the other transformed students?
* AngelSanctuary: Adam Kadamon takes AngelicBeauty to its logical extreme, being regarded as the most beautiful entity in the entire universe. God created him/her before He chose to split all beings into male and female, and it is said that s/he "blinds both men and women alike". Literally.
** Belial, too. S/he's physically female, but attempted to reject his/her gender with chemical suppressants. S/he gained the slim hips and flat chest of a man to compliment his/her female genitalia, and has since had little trouble attracting a wide swath of partners.
* Perhaps not surprisingly, there are dozens upon dozens of Hentai mangas with hermaphrodite main characters.
** Hot Tails could be the TropeCodifier as the main character ends up in a threesome with the school nurse and a male student (with her in the middle) as soon as she reveals her equipment, more or less dates another futa and is so popular that she considers it an addiction that she tries to abstain from despite both genders trying to tempt her back until her dick tells her the joy/importance of sex and fucks her own pussy until she's back to normal.
** Maranosuke zigzags between this trope and AllOfTheOtherReindeer with wannabe geisha, Okoi who's initially treated like a pet circus freak by her couresan mistress, seduced by TheDragon who plans to turn her an upgraded sex slave by her teens, cured/saved by TheHero who declares her his (third) bride that he promises she'll bear his children then petted again by Mina having sex with her this time in the bath house.

* Shaalis, the Sacred Androgyne from Michael Manning's comics (The Spider Garden, Hydrophidian, In a Metal Web). Hir body is depicted with two sets of genitals, BTW.
* Desire from ComicBook/TheSandman, the embodiment of the idea of desire, is implied to be every sex at once, possibly based on whatever the viewer wants to see. Nobody ever calls Desire a hermaphrodite or intersex, presumably because even those labels would be too restrictive. People tend to talk about Desire with paired terms like "Sister-Brother" and careful avoidance of pronouns.

* Oh Crona. Poor, poor Crona. With Crona being a massive woobie with an AmbiguousGender, is it any wonder that s/he is a LauncherOfAThousandShips?
* The majority of Envy fans seems to think this.

* Hedwig of HedwigAndTheAngryInch has become something of a Memetic Sex Deity in and out of world.

* The chieri of MarionZimmerBradley's series. In addition to being SpaceElves, they are also able to physically change from male to female, or be somewhere in-between. Naturally, they are inhumanly beautiful and most people do not bother to check their current genitalia before finding them attractive.
* EarthsChildren: Hermaphrodites (not that they're called that) are drawn to being mamuti (medicine people) statistically moreso than average, since they're already marked as "special" by the Great Earth Mother; and they're considered quite attractive by both sexes.
* The classical Swedish novel The Queen's Tiara by Carl Jonas Love Almquist (also made into a 1970 movie with the title Tintomara) is about a beautiful hermaphrodite, Azouras Lazuli Tintomara, who becomes involved in a love pentagon. It ends in death or madness for all involved.
* TheCorneliusChronicles: Cornelius Brunner, the proclaimed Messiah of the Age of Science, is this in spades.
* Okoya in Literature/StarShardsChronicles. In the third book, s/he makes enough money selling hirself in the streets of Amsterdam for three days to buy first class plane tickets and rent a room at a luxury resort.
* Averted in LoisMcMasterBujold's VorkosiganSaga: Bel Thorne, the Betan hermaphrodite, spends most of the books flirting with Miles, who never takes it up because he can't help seeing Bel Thorne as a man.
** And yet brought into line again later when a somewhat older, more mature, and much more self-assured Miles briefly wonders if he shouldn't have taken Bel Thorne up on the offer at one point. Though by now the ship has quite definitely sailed, as both Miles and Bel are in committed monogamous relationships.
** The hermaphrodites are rather popular in general on Beta, where you're welcome to any label you wish to claim, and any practice you desire as long as it's consensual and minimally safe. But people from every other world consider the Betans kind of bizarre on that front, except for when they're Hypocrite visiting as a form of legitimate sex tourism.

* Vince of Series/TheMightyBoosh claims that people find him attractive because he's androgynous:
-->"I'm the great confuser! 'Is it a man? Is it a woman? Oh, I don't think I mind..."

* The Ancient Greeks believed in Hermaphroditus; a being with an ideal combination of male and female traits, child of the beautiful gods Hermes and Aphrodite. Yep, everyone wants hir!

* In TabletopGame/DungeonsAndDragons, invoked by Malcanthet, queen of Succubi, using a combination of shapeshifting, spells, and pheromones. Some people are aware that she is a hermaphrodite and seek her out because of it.
* This is one of the "gifts" that Slaanesh can apply to its followers in TabletopGame/Warhammer 40000.
** Heck, Slaanesh qualifies as well; alternately called "The Prince of Excess" and "She Who Thirsts", Slaanesh is either portrayed as half male/half female (split down the middle, his/her left side is female) or androgynous but stunningly beautiful. Kind of helps being the Chaos God of decadence, his... her... its very PRESENCE puts out a psychic/pheremone blanket of utter bliss, and you will very happily be chanting its name as it invokes all the horrors that a living embodiment of Squick, FetishFuel and Sense Freakness can give.
** Unfortunately Matt Ward has Jossed this more recently, making her male from the waist down, female from the waist up, and having a horrible crab-thing for a head.
*** The chaos gods aren't locked into one form. Slaanesh looks like whatever will work best on the observer.
**** What does that say about Matt Ward?
* Arshea in TabletopGame/Pathfinder is the androgynous Empyreal Lord of freedom, beauty, and sexuality, and is described as very beautiful in hir flavor text.

* In Morrowind, according to himself, the hermaphroditic god Vivec.
* In Franchise/MassEffect, asari biology has evolved to a point where they no longer reproduce sexually but by giving birth to clones whose DNA is slightly randomized for genetic diversity through telepathic contact of the parent with another sentient being. There hasn't been any information on the reproductory organs of asari, but their telepathic abilities make them attractive to any such sentient creatures that would be viable for the psychic mating. That said, they still enjoy physical sex like everyone else and they all identify as female.
* Played with by in ShinMegamiTenseiDigitalDevilSaga. People don't explicitly want hir but ze is .
** Subverted, however, by . While she is a very attractive and fully-functional hermaphrodite, she's disliked by the heroes on account of [[spoiler:being the BigBad and a Grade-A chessmaster. The sequel, however, reveals that she's not quite as bad as they thought she was. It also double subverts things by revealing that she did indeed have a lover - David Gale.]]

* In FurryFandom, there are many fanservice characters that are hermaphrodites.
* Doug Winger is famous for his "Girls", Pup and Pandora, as well as his Minevera Mink look-alike. He seldom is asked to draw single-sex characters because people like his hermaphrodites so much.
* Very, very common with Chakats and their mono-gendered lovers. At most they tend to be momentarily surprised. Possibly because of their mild empathic abilities.
* Phase of the WhateleyUniverse. He looks like a hot girl with male privates. Not only is one of the hottest girls at SuperheroSchool Whateley Academy his girlfriend (which he likes), but some of the hottest guys on campus have hit on him (which he hates).
** Circuit Breaker has both sets of genitals, breasts, and looks like a girl. At one point, she manages to impress an entire tribe of werewolves by getting pantsed. Apparently, everyone liked what they saw.

* The Futurama movie Beast With a Billion Backs involves a massive extradimensional being named Yivo. "Shkle" has no gender and winds up in a relationship with Polyamory every organic being in our universe at once.

* Hindus have the Hijras, a priest class. Having sex with them is considered normal or even an honor.
* OlderThanDirt: The priestesses of Ishtar: intersex and/or transgender individuals who dressed as the goddess. Having sex with this "avatar of Ishtar" was considered the sacred duty of both men and women.
