Finley and her friends must travel to America to rescue Jasper, who has been captured by a dangerous criminal who is after a device Jasper once stole from him. As leverage, Jasper's girlfriend Mei has been fitted with the titular collar, which can tighten around her neck whenever she misbehaves.

The third installment is ''The Girl with the Iron Touch''. WrenchWench Emily is kidnapped by their old enemy, the Machinist. Hoping to be resurrected, he forces her to transfer his consciousness into an automaton.
