* After Woody was kidnapped by Al, Buzz without hesitation is ready to pull together a rescue mission for him.
--> "Woody once risked his life to save mine, and I couldn't call myself his friend if I wasn't willing to do the same. Now who's with me?"
** Buzz himself is a tiny plastic SugarWiki/{{Heartwarming Moment|s}}, through all three films.
* And also this scene, when the rescue team is exhausted:
--> '''Buzz''': Come on, fellas. Did Woody give up when Sid had me strapped to a rocket?\\
'''Rex, Hamm, Mr. Potato Head, Slinky Dog''': No.\\
'''Buzz''': No. And did he give up when you threw him out of the back of that moving van?\\
'''Mr. Potato Head''': [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone Oh, you had to bring]] ''[[MyGodWhatHaveIDone that]]'' [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone up!]]\\
'''Buzz''': [[RousingSpeech No, he did not! We have a friend in need, and we're not going to rest until he's safe in Andy's room! Now, let's move out!]]
* Woody and Buzz talk to each other about the fear of eventually being forgotten by Andy someday.
--> '''Buzz''': You still worried?\\
'''Woody''': About Andy? Nah, it will be fun while it lasts.\\
'''Buzz''': I'm proud of you, cowboy.\\
'''Woody''': Besides, when it all ends, [[ThePowerOfFriendship I'll have ol' Buzz Lightyear to keep me company.]] [[BorrowedCatchphrase For infinity and beyond.]]
* Say what you will about "You've Got a Friend in Me", but "[[AwardBaitSong When She Loved Me]]" deserves to be on this page. That is the strong bond that Emily and Jessie had,brief as it was.
** It helps that the montage that went with it was almost identical in style to the "Strange Things" montage from the first one -- watching Jessie's toys and merchandise fading into other things. And even though it ended in a sad way, Woody began to understand Jessie better,which is also quite heartwarming.
* More cute than Heartwarming, seeing Woody, Jessie, and Bull's Eye reenacting scenes from ''Woody's Roundup'', then switch to having Jessie and Bull's Eye [[FriendlyTickleTorture gang up and tickle]] Woody is pretty sweet.
* Some may call this a slightly skewed version, but there's the scene with Zurg and the other Buzz playing catch as father and son.
* One of the things that made Woody decide to go to Tokyo was learning that if he left Jessie and Bulls-Eye would go back to storage. He ultimately decides to take them both with him.
* Mr. Potatohead saves the LGMs from falling out of a moving vehicle. They immediately tell him that he has saved their lives and that they are eternally grateful. Near the end of the film, Mrs. Potatohead decides to adopt them.
** And when he does save them and they thank him, all three pick up his fallen ear at once and hand it right back to him. That's just too cute.
* The scene where Woody rescues Jessie from the flight; she's by this point the only one of the four toys remaining in the box to still be trapped in there, and by the time he comes across her she's curled up in the fetal position in the middle of a panic attack:
--> '''Woody''': Excuse me, ma'am, I do believe you're on the wrong flight.\\
'''Jessie''': Woody! ''[she hugs him]''\\
'''Woody''': Come on, Jessie. It's time to get you ''home''.\\
'''Jessie''': But... what if Andy doesn't like me?\\
'''Woody''': Nonsense, Andy'll ''love'' you! Besides -- he's got a little sister...\\
'''Jessie''': He ''does''?! ''Why didn't you say so? Let's go!''
* Andy fixing Woody's arm at the end, especially after Woody was worried that he'd be abandoned because of the broken arm.
-->'''Woody:''' Well, whaddya know...
* Buster's EstablishingCharacterMoment. At first it sounds as though he is TheDreaded, causing everyone to hide. When Buster does show up he does trash the room a bit and grabs Woody. Just when we think that he is gonna pull a [[WesternAnimation/ToyStory Scud]] on him, he instead licks Woody affectionately, causing Woody to unfreeze and laugh. He even timed how long it took Buster to find him, implying this wasn't the first time they played hide and seek. This shows that much like Andy is to Sid, Buster is the good counterpart to Scud.
* The scene where Woody decides to join the Roundup Gang in their trip to Japan. Although Woody decided not to return with Andy, one heartwarming moment is where Woody looks at Jessie, who then looks at Woody. There was no words between the two, just only Jessie turning from bitter to happy as she realizes that Woody has decided to stay with them and not with Andy, thus signifying the two reconciling their short falling out eariler.
