* Once he finds out Pluto's missing, Mickey immediately goes to rescue him from the evil Doctor XXX.
* Each time Mickey hears Pluto, he becomes more determined to save him.
* After Mickey [[spoiler:wakes up]] at the end of the short, [[spoiler:he calls Pluto's name, and Pluto comes running and jumps through the window...dragging his entire doghouse after him.
