* Let's be truthful, almost any time [[TheDragAlong Frizz and Nug]] got a HappyEnding was rather heartwarming (at least ones that weren't an outright KarmaHoudini). They couldn't care less if the heroes won or not, they were just thankful if they weren't suffering by the end of it.
* In "The Moon Of Doom", Rufus and Amberley disable Blob, Frizz and Nug through a surprisingly benevolent method, catching them in a dream bubble, compared to the usually rather overblown and undeserved punishments they dish out. This is pretty heartwarming as it is, given the trio's nature as TheChewToy, but the Noops then go to the extent of filling the bubble with as many positive elements as they can, creating a little paradise where all three Urpneys are shown having the time of their lives. They then gently send the bubble back to Viltheed; when they get out, the three Urpneys are all still happy as can be. The show wisely cuts off as they have to answer to Zordrak however....
** A similar incident occurs in "Hod". After Frizz is reduced to InelegantBlubbering after being captured in a bubble, the Noops relent, [[GoodIsNotDumb albeit firmly]]. They'll let them float off to Viltheed if they back off, [[TheEasyWayOrTheHardWay but if they don't they'll pop the bubble and let them fall from the sky]] (the Noops' gestures amongst themselves makes clear they were only bluffing about the latter).
* Similarly most of [[FriendlyEnemy Spildit's interactions with the Urpneys]]. While they are {{Villain Ball Magnet}}s to pretty much the entire universe, a naive child Wut sees them for how harmless they really are, and will even ThrowTheDogABone if they have suffered enough. Subverted in some cases Blob takes advantage of her, but even then, Spildit's revenge is usually much more adorably playful than from the other heroes'.
** In "Spildit" (her first appearance), she offers Blob and his men a picnic. Even before they notice she has the stone, they nonchalantly comply.
** In "The Return", she offers the three a trip back to Viltheed. Interestingly no one, not even ''Zordrak'', [[PragmaticVillainy seems that off put by her playing around in enemy quarters]], with Nug even engaging in sympathetic conversation after being hassled by Urpgor:
-->'''Spildit:''' I think it was very mean of that ugly one to take my leaf!
-->'''Nug:''' He's often like that.
** Before that, she concernedly asks them if they're alright after they fall from the sky and land right in front of her.
* Some of the Noop's interactions with Spildit are also this. "The Jolly Bird" is a obvious case, where they try anything to get a smile out of her.
* In the pilot episode, Amberley at first appears unsympathetic towards Rufus, chastising him over his incompetence. When he is fired however, it is made clear she is a close friend, comforting him over his loss and encouraging him to seek employment from the Dream Maker. Much like the above example, all she wants is a smile.
* HeartwarmingInHindsight case, but by the end of the first season, Amberley had also switched jobs to work for the Dream Maker, implying she changed employment just to be with Rufus again.
* Rufus carrying an exhausted Amberley to a chair to rest in "The Knitted Balloon".
* Blob's interactions with the Mech-Beav in "Bottle Harvest". There's just something adorable about [[PetTheDog the way he treats it]], and the way it loves him to the point of attacking its master Urpgor when he insults Blob. Frizz and Nug are unimpressed at first, but change their mind when it breaks off Urpgor from another chewing out, leading to one of the above mentioned {{Happy Ending}}s (as an amused Frizz lampshades).
* Pretty much anytime Blob breaks from his DrillSergeantNasty behaviour and [[PetTheDog shows earnest camaraderie towards his men.]] Most commonly happens when [[HypocriticalHeartwarming Urpgor mistreats them.]]
** In "Too Hot To Handle", the Urpneys start a retreat out of the Land of Dreams, when they realise Frizz isn't there. Blob succinctly makes the order to go back for him and charges back in. It's subtle and PlayedForLaughs given the buffoonishness of it all, but still, NoOneGetsLeftBehind.
** Frizz and Nug actually trying to rescue Blob after he's attacked by a sea monster in "The Statue Collection" constructing a catapult device to attack and distract it. Unfortunately Rufus and Amberley aren't in the mood for an EnemyMine and [[MomentKiller put an end to it.]]
** Upon hearing Frizz having his meltdown in "Mr. Blossom's Present", Blob immediately gives the order to move the vehicle nearer to the tower, and actually looks worried for a moment when he hears Frizz sobbing about never seeing Viltheed again.
** In "Urpjaws", Blob is absolutely horrified, when the shark appeared during the swimming exercise and Urpneys seems to be disappearing underwater. When Frizz and Nug disappeared, he is basically pleading to tell him that it's only a joke (which it actually is, albeit played by Urpgor).
* A minor one, but in "The Moon Of Doom", Amberley jumps into Rufus' arms terrified as the Dream Maker explains the repercussions of the title entity. Brief but adorable.
* The ending of "Megattack". When the three Urpneys are left alone in Viltheed after the heroes dealt with Zordrak and the rest of his squad, they are actually happy to have Urpgor as company when he crash lands back.
* Even ''Zordrak'' gets a moment in "The Knitted Balloon" - after leaving his body, he takes the time to give his Argorribles a gentle pet, and they actually purr happily as he does so. One of them can even be seen waving goodbye.
** Later in "Megattack", when Urpney troops are marching toward their vehicles, Zordrak, with a moment of hesitance, raises his hand and actually salutes them. Quite touching, considering his usual attitude toward Urpneys...
** In "Spidermobile", when Blob presented him a Dreamstone, Zordrak is actually shown smiling gratefully and sincerely congratulate Blob for the work well done.
