'''As a Moments subpage, all spoilers are unmarked [[Administrivia/SpoilersOff as per policy.]] Administrivia/YouHaveBeenWarned.'''
----

* At the end of "Time is Money", Jimmy goes back in time to make sure Hugh doesn't invest his fifty dollars with [=McSpanky=]. After he comes back, Jimmy asks Hugh what he did end up spending the money on. Hugh's response?
-->'''Hugh:''' Well, son... I spent it on your mother's wedding ring.
-->'''Judy:''' ''(shows off the ring)'' And it was all the money your father had in his name!
* Sheen assures his dad in "El Magnifico" that, for as much as he loves Ultra Lord, Sheen's dad means ''way'' more to him than anything. Considering [[OOCIsSeriousBusiness how rare it is to see Sheen being emotional]], that's quite an achievement, especially since he just found out his father had lied to him.
** An understated moment. In the episode "The Phantom of Retroland", Sheen brings his autograph book where he mentions he got the signatures of his dad and Santa Claus. Besides the joke about "Santa" and his dad sharing the type of writing, nonetheless this moment demonstrates Sheen does love and admires his dad enough to ask him for an autograph.
** Another rare Sheen moment is seen in "The League of Villains", where Sheen manages to befriend Tee, one of three alien thieves they previously fought against, after seeing how Tee was neglected and mocked by the other villains. This leads to Tee pulling a HeelFaceTurn before convincing Zix and Travoltron to pull a HeelFaceTurn as well, practically being the reason Jimmy was able to win in the end.
* "Make Room for Daddy-O" is essentially about 20 minutes of Jimmy learning that he really does care about his dad [[BumblingDad even if he is a nitwit]]. Highlights include Jimmy looking at photos of himself and his dad bonding, Hugh struggling to fight his new cool personality to save his son, and Hugh and Jimmy doing the duck dance at Father's Day Follies even though Jimmy was embarrassed by it in the episode's beginning.
* In "Stranded", Cindy admitting that in all honesty she actually considers Jimmy to be a cool person is pretty touching, reinforced by the fact that it's practically the only episode in which she lowers her personal guard and opens up to another person (and the dialogue between the two becomes noticeably more serious and less comical). Later it turns downright heartbreaking when she almost bursts into tears while begging Jimmy to stay on the island with her forever; you can't help but feel sorry for the girl.
** The montage of Jimmy and Cindy bonding on the island is incredibly adorable. They have lunch together, spend time in their newly built treehouses, and explore the island without a care in the world. And of course, we have the shot of Jimmy catching Cindy on a vine, Tarzan-style (pictured above). It's one of the most genuinely romantic scenes in the show, and it firmly sets the stage for the pair's eventual relationship.
** When the pair are reunited with heir friends, the way Carl hugs Jimmy is just so wholesome! You can tell Carl was worried about his dear friend.
* "Sheen's Brain"
** Carl starts calling Jimmy, Sheen, and himself "The Three Amigops" (due to him misspelling "amigos"). While it comes off as a joke at first, it's brought up again during a surprisingly touching moment between the trio.
--->'''Sheen:''' ''(As Jimmy is about to enhance his brain)'' Stipulate away, Jimmy! I trust you completely.\\
'''Jimmy:''' You do?\\
'''Carl:''' Three Amigops, Jimmy.\\
'''Jimmy:''' ''(Smiles)'' Three Amigops.
** Even though Sheen tried to kill Jimmy and Carl by crushing them with a giant bowling ball, Carl's still worried for Sheen, since his head is still going to explode unless they revert him to his original intelligence.
** Carl and Jimmy disguise themselves as Ultra Lord, knowing how Sheen's still a big fan of the show despite his massive intelligence. When they try to convince him to revert to his original intelligence, he blasts the suit, breaking it apart. When he sees that it was just a costume worn by Carl and Jimmy and believes them to be dead, he realizes [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone his intelligence-based ego has killed his best friends]]. Realizing what a monster he's become, he voluntarily decides to go back to his normal self. [[DisneyDeath Carl and Jimmy are just fine, though.]] After they wake up, Sheen gives Jimmy a bone-crushing hug!
* When Cindy admits she loves Jimmy just before she fades to a near-death point in ''[[SuperheroEpisode The N-Men]]'', or tries to as all she says is "[[CannotSpitItOut luh... luh... luh...]]" and then collapses with Jimmy picking her up and asking, "Cindy what? Like? Loathe? Love?" and then setting her down on the ground as he begins to calm down. A [[TearJerker tear-jerking moment...]]
** There's also the moment where Jimmy is calmed down by seeing his parents in his hulked-out state. Really the parents all wanting to get the town to save their kids is a touching moment here, and they aren't going to turn on them even if they became super-mutants.
* In the Valentine's Day episode "Love Potion 976/J", Cindy's reaction to Jimmy asking her to be his Valentine is a happy "I thought you'd never ask!", and they {{almost kiss}} (the moment is ruined when Jimmy discovers that the love potion has caused his infatuation with Cindy and throws her out of his lab).
** Her happy expression when Jimmy says that she's very beautiful also counts.
** Sheen and Libby full stop.
* In "Safety First", Cindy and Libby, despite usually being rather mean to Jimmy, show genuine concern for him when he's being bullied and try to give him advice on how to solve it.
-->'''Libby:''' Jimmy, you shouldn't put up with that! You have to tell a teacher!
-->'''Cindy:''' Or at least tell your parents. Even you shouldn't have to deal with a vicious bully on a daily basis.
* At the end of "Clash of the Cousins", Jimmy manages to out Baby Eddie as a villain. Prompting this [[EarnYourHappyEnding well-earned declaration]] after Jimmy was belittled by the rest of his family throughout the episode.
-->'''Aunt Amanda:''' That baby's a bad seed! It's ''Jimmy'' who's the good nephew!\\
''(Everyone cheers)''
** Just the fact that despite how many times Jimmy's inventions have gone wrong, Sheen and Carl don't doubt Jimmy's innocence even once and help him find who sabotaged his gifts. TrueCompanions indeed.
* A couple of from Sheen and Carl in "Win, Lose, and Kaboom".
** After multiple losses from Jimmy's stubborn refusal to work as a team instead of trying to handle everything in the tasks result in them needing to vote a team member off, Cindy and Libby both vote for him while Jimmy and Goddard vote off Cindy. We don't see Carl and Sheen's votes, but the girls had tried to convince them to vote off Jimmy. When the votes are tallied, there are two misspelled votes for Bolbi, and Bolbi's vote for himself. Carl and Sheen decided to TakeAThirdOption and vote off Bolbi instead of losing a valuable player in Cindy or betraying Jimmy's trust.
** On a more minor note, Carl's internal monologue. "Once you get over the betrayal..." implies that he invites [[FunnyForeigner Bolbi]] to hang out sometimes.
* "The Eggpire Strikes Back":
** Despite how tempting it would be to just let the town take their lumps after they refused to trust him, Jimmy doesn't give up on trying to prove that he's right and even helps come up with a plan to save everyone. Despite all the crap everyone puts him through, he really does care about them all.
** After having her HeelRealization about getting King Goobot into Jimmy's Lab, Cindy gets on stage during Jimmy's latest attempt to claim the Yolkians are still evil and rallies everyone into believing him, basically saying that the town owed him for how many times he saved them all. It works.
-->'''Cindy:''' OK, I know, all of those things were Jimmy's fault in the first place, but he still risked his life to save us! The least we owe him is our trust!
** The entire town humbly admitting that Jimmy was right and they were wrong about the Yolkians. Jimmy, [[SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome after having some fun]] [[SugarWiki/FunnyMoments with them over it]], quickly forgives them and the episode ends with them all celebrating.
* At the end of "Carl Wheezer Boy Genius", Elkie (Carl's Swedish pen pal) reveals that she was never the successful celebrity she claimed to be in her letters, instead being a farmgirl with extremely nerdy interests. Carl promptly drops his own lie and confirms to Elkie that he's also a nerd by showing her his "Llama Love Society" membership card (something she also has). The two promptly decide to go on their first ''actual'' date.
* Perhaps a minor one, but in "The Science Fair Affair" Hugh basically goes around the science fair and straight to the Nobel prize commission--this is without knowing if the blueprints are correct, or possibly without even knowing what the end result will be, because he sees Jimmy feeling down. It would also be an example of the faith that he had in Jimmy's invention, which was actually successful, barring the machine attempting to eat Willoughby, the Nobel prize representative and Hugh once they were covered in mud from [[FunnyForeigner Bolbi's]] invention exploding.
* In "Billion Dollar Boy", Hugh becomes good friends with Mr. Strych and by the end of the episode, he managed to teach Mr. Strych how to be a good father by disciplining his snob of a son, Eustace. Which doubles as an [[SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome awesome moment]] for Hugh.
* This one is in general, but when you compare them to the Turner parents from WesternAnimation/FairlyOddParents, seeing how much the parents in this show love their kids unconditionally is really underappreciated. Especially in moments like Judy saving her son and husband from her robot double and Hugh and Mr. Wheezer saving their sons from mutant Crabgrass.
** Just compare this episode to a similar instance from "Beach Blanket Bozo". That episode wanted you to believe Timmy's parents care about him even though they shipped him on vacation in a dog crate and used the extra seat for their surfboards and the mere fact he was brought along was surprising alone due to how many times they forgot about him or intentionally left him behind. Timmy came off as GenreSavvy for bribing them with material items to get them to drop the surfing obsession since he believes they only care about themselves. While their lawn obsession was a BackstoryOfTheWeek, Jimmy and Carl more come off as GenreSavvy in the sense they knew better than to put their own lives in danger when they had other options available.
* “My Big Fat Spy Wedding” Jet ask Jimmy to be his best man when he is going to marry Beautiful Gorgeous. When The Villainess is planning to have Jet kill Jimmy and sent Jet to jail, Carl and Sheen doesn’t hesitate and ran fast to save thier friend. Carl apologize to Colonel McSwain after Super Monkey Squad help them escape the cage Beautiful Gorgeous locked them up and not believing Sheen that there is Super Monkey Squad.

* At the end of "Lady Sings the News", Jimmy and Cindy finally kiss.
* "Who's Your Mommy": While it was the product of a FaceFullOfAlienWingWong and Jimmy is understandably concerned, Carl's excitement over having an alien baby is genuinely sweet, along with his parents and their friends being very supportive. And by the end, when Jimmy is prepared to take down the mother alien, Carl intervenes and lets the baby- named Shmango- go back with her. Later on, the group returns to the planet for Shmango's birthday, and Shmango clearly recognizes them.
* Although it's used for a gag, the fact that Sheen and Carl were willing to fill out the absurdly long list of paperwork that the titular invention-of-the-week provided them in "[=MaternoTron=] Knows Best" ''just'' so they could hang out with Jimmy is genuinely sweet when one thinks about it, [[UndyingLoyalty as they both like Jimmy so much]] [[TrueCompanions that the two of them are willing to do such an absurd task just so they could be by his side]].
* In "Attack of the Clones" one of Jimmy's clones sing a love song to Cindy and she blacks out from shock. When she comes to, she admits she was ''legitimately moved'' by it, not that that stops her from backtracking when she admits it.
