* One job is delivering a coin operated Buzz Lightyear ride to a boy who just lost his father. All bidders go low on this ride... then Roy offers to do it for free. Even Marc and Jarrett expressed nothing but respect for Roy's decision. That shows that even though he was a hardass, Roy had a gigantic heart of gold.
* In "Perfect Like Roy", the second job is a pair of hillbilly statues the late Roy delivered last season. During the bidding, Jarrett, Jennifer, and Marc reminiscence on their memories with Roy in utter respect.
** When Jennifer ultimately ends up winning the job, she takes the time to talk about how she learned some of her shipping skills from him and how much he meant to the cast. When she delivers the statues, she notes how Roy must be proud of her.
