* The ending of "How Sagwa Got Her Colors". Doubles as TearJerker.
-->'''Mama Miao:''' Sleep tight, my little adventurer, you certainly know how to land yourself in a bit of trouble from time to time, but your heart is always in the right place.
* The flashback in "The Name Game". Mama and Baba Cat's first meeting is quite sweet. The fact that their kittens are named for the memories of their love is even more heartwarming.
-->'''Nai-Nai''': "Dongwa" is "Wintermelon" because that's where they [[HowDadMetMom met]]. "Sheegwa" is "watermelon" because that's where they had fun. And "Sagwa" is...
-->'''Sagwa:''': (With a warm smile) I know, "silly melon head", because they loved each other, even when it made them look silly.
* All of "By The Light Of The Moon".
* Baba and Dongwa having good father-son quality time in "The Favorite".
* Ba-Do giving her robe and New Year's money to a friendly older lady.
* The episode where Sagwa befriend an old turtle. It's so sweet seeing Sagwa learning more stuff from that turtle. Special mention goes to the scene where he removes the thorn from Sagwa's paw.
* All of "Sagwa's Lucky Bat". It shows the origin of how Sagwa came to befriend Fufu.
* In "Time For Everything", Sagwa risks punishment by doing Dongwa's work for him, and, despite telling him she isn't going to be so nice again, later agrees to do it a second time.
* Dongwa helping the stray Lee-Wan get adopted by the girl, Mei-Ling, and her family at the end of "Sagwa the Stray."
* The majority of "Sick Day".
* Mama and Baba Miao reconciling after a brief fight in "Alley Night Opera".
** The sweet [[AnAesop moral lesson]] that comes from it. Poor Sheegwa is afraid that her parents' fight means they don't love each other. But later, when the kids come forward that they overheard their parents' argument last night, Mama and Baba apologize that their kids had to witness their outburst. They then gently explain that even loved ones can have disagreements sometimes, but still care about each other.
* "Harvest Festival Race" has the Magistrate want to play the Festival games alongside Reader, despite the latter lacking self-confidence and losing the games one way or another. When the Reader apologizes for not being good at these games, the Magistrate tells him to perish the thought: as long as they are having fun, that's all that counts. Say what you will about the Magistrate, but he can be a BenevolentBoss when he wants to be.
* Sagwa giving her dinner to Fam and his family in "Sagwa's Good Deed", and later teaching him how to fish so they'll never go hungry again.
* Almost all of "Fufu's Full Moon Flight".
* The end of "Firefly Nights". Dongwa spends the entire episode trying to act grown-up, and while Baba says he's not ready to be an adult yet, he rewards him for his hard work by taking him to see a night-time performance put on by some local fireflies. He wants Dongwa to keep the memory of their sharing the father-son moment. "You may not be grown up yet, but you worked so very hard." [...] "Tomorrow, have fun with your sisters." As Dongwa falls asleep, Baba whispers into his ear "But don't forget the fireflies." Dongwa ends up dreaming about playing among them.
* The end of "Precious Gift". Sheegwa finds Tai-Tai's jade pendant and breaks it. Sagwa makes her give it back, and, while the Alley Cats feel remorse for taking the necklace from her, Sheegwa is terrified, Tai-Tai will yell at her and do who-knows-what else. With a meow, Sheegwa nervously presents both pieces of the pendant to Tai-Tai... [[PetTheDog who doesn't yell at her]]. She just calmly and happily thanks her, saying that while the pendant isn't whole, even a piece of it still brings happy memories of her father back to her. Sagwa looks on with an approving nod.
* "Cha Sui Bow Wow" is a major one when if you consider the scope of it. When Cha Sui was a baby, he became orphaned. The Miao Siblings' aunt and uncle decided to adopt him out of the goodness of their hearts. The sweet part is, this is despite that [[InterspeciesAdoption he was a puppy and they were cats]].
** Throughout the episode, Dongwa objected to the idea of ever having a dog for a cousin. But after the Sleeve Dogs said some nasty things to poor Cha Sui, Dongwa comforts him and fully embraces him as his cousin. Better still, he decides to teach him how to climb a tree, something the Sleeve Dogs teased him about.
* In "The Competition", Sagwa makes friends with Magistrate Wong's daughter, Liu Chang, despite the two participating in the titular competition.
** In the climax, when both Magistrates are remorseful for Liu Chang and Sagwa being wrongly blamed and disqualified for cheating thanks to their pranks, they come clean and ask to reinstate them. While the judge admits that reinstating wrongly disqualified contestants has never been done before, he also says that it's not against the rules and reinstates Liu Chang and Sagwa.
