* Anything and everything involving Arthur, who rightfully earns his place as the heart of the film. The fact that he's on good terms with almost everyone else in the cast, even Bletch, adds to that.
** Even though Arthur accidentally kills Sidney's pets with a runaway barrel and ruins his act, Sidney doesn't hold it against him and even invites him to his dressing room for a drink and a smoke.
** After [[spoiler:Heidi's rampage,]] Arthur regretfully tells Heidi that he [[spoiler: has to turn her in to the police.]] Heidi completely understands, and her last request is for Arthur to play "Garden of Love" one last time. Arthur complies without a second thought.
* Robert and Lucille's romance is almost comically out-of-place for how saccharine it is, but it earns this status when Robert [[spoiler:[[BigDamnHeroes swings straight into the massacre, unarmed, to save Lucille, and then again to defend her honor from Trevor]]]]. Moreso in that [[spoiler:this scene clears up the ThirdActMisunderstanding, and the two are together for good as per the epilogue]].
* Almost entirely too late, Sidney the Elephant finally [[spoiler:accepts Seymour as his kid, rushing in to protect him from Heidi's wrath at the cost of his own well-being.]]
-->[[spoiler:I'M COMING, SEYMOU-'''''AAGH! AUGH!''''' ...Daddy's here, Seymour...]]
