* The relationship between the jack-in-the-box father and son in "Out of the Box" and "Chip Off the Ol' Box", especially in the latter when the father gets injured. The son is very worried about him, but the father assures him that it'll be alright and tells him that he knows he can be brave.
* In "The Right Stuff", Stuffy ends up losing stuffing from his tail as he's playing with Doc, Lambie, and Chilly. While Stuffy tries to continue on playing, he quickly loses interest after noticing more of his stuffing getting lost. Stuffy quickly quits playing and hides from Doc and Lambie since he believes "Brave dragons don't ask for help". Lambie follows to where he's hiding where she discovers Stuffy's torn tail. After giving him a cuddle, she sings to Stuffy telling him "Everyone gets hurt sometimes" which he later joins in. This results in Stuffy getting motivated to finally tell Doc why he stopped playing.
* The lovable friendship between [[HeterosexualLifePartners dump truck Buddy and bulldozer Riggo]] in "Stuck Up". It's enough to make Doc gush over how sweet it is and Lambie give both toys a cuddle.
* Sir Kirby's relationship with Lambie is genuinely sweet to witness where he affectionately calls her "Princess Lambie". In the episode "The Dark Knight" where Doc invited Sir Kirby to a sleepover with her stuffed animals. Sir Kirby reveals that like doesn't like sleeping with the lights out since he's scared of monsters. When Doc first turns off the light, he is seen sitting between Lambie's arms. To help with his fear, Lambie insists on holding his hand when the light is turned off to help calm him down. Mainly this exchange between Lambie and Sir Kirby before turning off the lights with the inclusion of a nightlight.
--->'''Sir Kirby:''' Ha! I think I'm ready to give it the old royal try!\\
'''Lambie:''' You can always hold my hand again. If you get scared, just squeeze it.\\
'''Sir Kirby:''' M'lady, you are the kindest and bravest princess I know!\\
'''Lambie:''' (giggles in response)
* The "Hey, What's Going On?" song can be very touching, especially in those cases where Doc sings it really softly to comfort.
* Donnie never seems to mind if Doc plays with his toys, or even in his room. Of course, Doc likely fixes his toys whenever he needs it, but it's still pretty nice how laid-back he is about letting her play with his stuff.
* Doc singing "I'll Never Stop Loving A Toy" in "Welcome to [=McStuffinsville=]".
* Doc apologizing to Lambie for neglecting her for Val and telling her she'll always love her in "My Huggy Valentine".
* Creator/PeterCullen getting to reprise his role as Eeyore for the first time in six years for the ''Pooh'' crossover.
* The entire ''Franchise/WinnieThePooh'' crossover episode "Hundred Acre Wood" is filled with touching and charming interactions between Doc (along with her stuffed animal friends) with Pooh and his friends. Notably when Doc first noticing Winnie the Pooh flying and [[TheKnightsWhoSaySquee actually getting excited to see him]] before she and her stuffed animals prepare to rescue him. In the episode, Pooh is spotted flying in his balloon outside of Doc's Toy Hospital to get some honey for "The Honey Festival". But it's so windy that it reroutes Pooh and Doc has to rescue him. Eventually, Pooh gets rescued in the Hundred Acre Wood but injures his stomach as a result. After Doc takes care of his injury, Pooh is disappointed that he missed "The Honey Festival" until Doc and friends bring "The Honey Festival" to him outside of her hospital.
** One of the sweetest and cutest character interactions would have to be [[https://pbs.twimg.com/media/C2fLnzIUcAA5Muv.jpg Lambie and Piglet's]] relationship throughout the episode. Piglet is very worried about his best friend Pooh, and first meets Lambie by [[MeetCute searching inside a tree stump]]. Eventually they bump into each other and [[BirdsOfAFeather get along so well that Lambie says "Pink toys have to stick together" while giving him a hug.]] Later, when Pooh is taken to the hospital, he is seen anxiously running behind Pooh, but [[SweetSheep Lambie]] quickly grabs him to let Doc handle the situation. She then tells Piglet to not be scared and lets him know that even she is worried and hopes he gets better, followed by her giving him a hug with Piglet responding by saying "Me too, me too". During Pooh's operation, Lambie and Piglet have a conversation about what to do until they think of a plan. The plan in question is bringing "The Honey Festival" to Doc's Hospital.
* The ''Toy Hospital'' episode "Lambie Stuffy Switcheroo" and "Lambie and the [=McStuffins Babies=]" both show Lambie taking care of toy babies in a nursery and [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cnNCRBmtY8A singing them a lullaby as they go to sleep.]]
** "Lambie's Lullaby" in general is beautifully sung by Creator/LaraJillMiller who puts her heart and soul into her performance.
--->''Cuddle up, cuddle up''\\
''Hush little one''\\
''Close your eyes for my lullaby''\\
''Quite time has come''\\
''Hush little babies, stay peaceful and calm''\\
''Cuddle up, cuddle up''\\

* In the episode "A Giant Save", after Gillian the Giant gives a heartbreaking speech to Lambie voicing her frustration of her size. Lambie immediately [[CooldownHug gives her a hug to calm her down.]]
* One episode involved Pickles losing stuffing and feeling depressed. While Doc's toys agreed to give their stuffing to be put inside Pickles, Chilly is afraid of getting his stuffing removed from him. Once Doc and the other toys learn that there isn't enough stuffing from the other toys to fully make Pickles playable again. She gets very sad, which motives Chilly to finally give away his stuffing to her. After the process is complete, Pickles decides to give Chilly a big hug as a thank you to him.
* The reunions of the various residents of Lost And Found Land with their kids. Special mention goes to Ol' Doc Hopper and Tilly, who both have kids who have long-since grown up; Ol' Doc Hopper's boy, clearly at least high school aged and quite possibly a college student, nevertheless cradles him to his chest and strokes his ears with a soft smile and Tilly is delighted to discover that the reason that [[YouRemindMeOfX she trusted Doc so much is that the young doctor is the granddaughter of her own precious, if now fully grown up, owner]].
