* In the 1951 film, the March Hare and the Mad Hatter's joyous reactions when Alice tells them that she liked their singing. The Mad Hatter even reveals that she's the first person to compliment them (although she quickly finds out ''why'' they never get compliments, with the two of them being stark [[{{Pun}} raven]] mad and all).
* The Doorknob, despite being an original creation for the movie and about as kooky as the rest, is one of the nicer characters that Alice comes across in Wonderland. When Alice cries over her sudden growth, the Doorknob tries to console her before her large tears start flooding the room. He even helps her realize that it's [[AllJustADream All Just A Dream.]]
--> '''The Doorknob''': (after Alice grabs his knob) Doh! Still locked, you know!
--> '''Alice''': But the Queen! I simply MUST get out!
--> '''The Doorknob''': Oh, but you ''ARE'' outside!
--> '''Alice''': What?
--> '''The Doorknob''': See for yourself! (opens his mouth to reveal Alice sleeping underneath a tree)
--> '''Alice''': Why... Why, it's me! I'm asleep!
* Alice's love for her pet cat, Dinah.
* This involves an Alice performer at Disneyland, read the first two stories on this page. [[http://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/9ygcy/im_a_former_disneyland_cast_member_i_was_alice_in/]] (WARNING: the first one contains a TearJerker)
* The cards who are painting the roses red are also quite decent to Alice. In fact, despite her growing frustration with Wonderland, the second she hears they'll get in trouble for planting white roses by mistake she grabs a brush and offers to help, which they gladly appreciate. When the Queen finds out, the cards pin the blame on each other but leave Alice completely out of the equation. And when they're carried off to be executed, she tries to appeal to the Queen.
* The relationship between the Queen of Hearts and her King is surprisingly cute. Even though she's very quick to execute anyone at a moment's notice she never turns on the King and doesn't even yell at him. She even gives Alice a trial because he asks her.
** This is especially sweet as everyone else barely notices the king and doesn't seem to care about him.
* Alice's interactions with the rose. She's nicer to her than the other flowers.
** Another one with the rose. When she sees (and hears) that Alice's voice can't go as high as the others, she simply continues where Alice left off.
** Additionally, when the other flowers, thinking Alice is a weed, shoo her out of the garden, only the rose (unsuccessfully) tries to stop them.
---> '''Rose''': Please, girls!
** Unfortunately, the subtitles for certain home video releases have the line mis-interpreted as "Please go!"
*** This error can still be [[AlternativeCharacterInterpretation interpreted]] as a heartwarming moment to a certain extent though if one sees it as the rose simply looking out for Alice's safety, telling her that it's probably for the best that she leaves since it's become clear that convincing the other flowers she's not their enemy was a lost cause by that point.
** While the flowers debate over what Alice is, a rose bud says, "I think she's pretty." before being shushed by the rose.
* The gentle tolerance Alice's sister shows her at the end, after she sleeps through her whole history lesson and wakes up babbling about crocodiles and caterpillars. She doesn't scold her, she simply sighs indulgently and takes her off to have tea.
