* The mere existence of the "Shoot Juanito" edict in Absolute Power. Even if you don't mind him that much, the fact that you can so casually off someone that's such a part of the game is oh-so-fitting with the BlackComedy of the game. And for those who do mind Juanito, sticking it to him is a big bonus.
-->Juanito: We are TNT! We are dynamite! *fuse hissing* And we are about to explo-- *KABOOM*\\
* period of static*\\
Deep, ominous voice: We are sorry to inform you that an accident has occurred in the TNT radio station. The program will be suspended indefinitely. We apologise for the inconvenience.
* Betty Boom can be pretty hilarious to those who don't mind her. There's just something hilarious about someone who is so utterly committed to hating you that she's criticizing wind turbines just because Presidente built them, and wants to build one that spins against the wind in retaliation.

* It's fair to say that most of the descriptions for the Presidente's traits you select qualify. Here's just a taste:
** Compulsive Liar: Somehow, every time you open your mouth, the lies start pouring out of you like a waterfall - you can't control it and don't even try. You're the perfect politician.
** Gasshole Flatulence: You were always a chunky kid. On top of that, your mother used to cook nothing but bean beans ... lots of them. Beans for breakfast, beans for lunch and ... surprise ...beans for dinner. You never understood why people avoided you and why you never got a girlfriend.
** Ugly: You're so ugly, they call you Moses - because every time you step in the lake, the water parts. You don't have any mirrors at home - they all committed suicide. When they introduced you to your future wife, who was blind as a bat, she ran away screaming and swam the whole ocean just to make sure she'd never encounter you again. Despite all this, your likeness to a camel wins you some unexpected affection.
** Kleptomaniac: When you see something small and shiny, you can't help yourself - you must possess it ... Recently, you started calling your little treasures "precioussss". People are concerned that every time you snatch something, you develop some kind of split personality and your big glassy eyes shine with a psychotic glare.
** Tourette Syndrome: Of course we could have presented you with a lengthy, juicy description of your character’s handicap, but we decided against it. This way, we spared diligent censors the pleasure of shortening all those glorious cuss words. And beside, we couldn't deal with the constant beeping sound either.
*** Even funnier: in gameplay terms, you get a small payment each year from the Pay-Per-View broadcasts of El Presidente's "greatest hits".
* Many of the radio conversations between faction members, or even just Sunny and Penultimo's banter on various happenstances and Presidente's actions.
** Have low funds and this might happen:
--->Sunny: Tropico's budget is at an all-time low point. What's your viewpoint, Penultimo?\\
Penultimo: I blame global warming.\\
Sunny: I KNEW IT.
** Having built a Church:
--->Sunny: Violence broke out today in Tropico as the military tried to drag Esteban from the pub to start the first service in the new church. Several soldiers are missing, presumed drunk. Father Esteban had the following to say.\\
Esteban: (Heavily inebriated) Get me another one. And make it a big one.
** Upon building a Rollercoaster, Someone does something... rather interesting. Sunny is audibly unable to keep a straight face as she relays the story:
--->Sunny: A man was rescued from the new Tropican rollercoaster after panicking, (Corpsing bursting into slight giggles) climbing to the top of the rollercoaster and demanding that he be taken by the Presidente's guard to a "very important official event" (outright laughing).\\
Penultimo: I DID NOT PANIC!
** Upon building a Customs Office, Sunny talks about how a US ambassador's wife (presumably that of Ambassador Crane) was stopped at the office as he had declared her "useless baggage", only being released when duties were paid for her.
** Issuing the "Lure the Rebels" edict may result in this utterly-audacious radio ad from Antonio Lopez:
--->Lopez: Are YOU a rebel? Are you tired of El Presidente's army beating you left, right and center? You need bigger guns and WE are selling! If you call in the next 5 minutes, you will also receive a patriotic flag and a FREE detonator.
** In Modern Times they even comment on scheduled events in the timeline.
*** Comrade Vasquez, the Communist representative, discusses what Glasnost is with Sunny. He sums it up as Communist leaders admitting mistakes for once. Sunny asks him what mistakes he's made and he says that as a good communist, he hasn't made any. Business as usual!
* Building a TV station will give the citizens the chance to enjoy All El Presidente's Children, As Tropico Turns, and The Bold and the Presidente.
* The description for legalizing gay marriage. Penultimo mistakenly uses the old definition of gay, which prompts him to question why this is such a controversial matter in the first place.
** And when you approve it, he and Sunny explain on TNT that the army has repealed its "Don't ask, don't tell" policy, replacing it with a "Don't ask, just don't ask" policy.
* The description for the default operating mode of the Aqua Park describes "Splashing water, screaming children and Cthulhu lurking somewhere in the depths".

* Tropico's constitution recognizes the "habeas cojones."
* When you research "Foremen", Penultimo gives you this delightfully-awful gem:
-->Penultimo: I sat with three other members of the research team. Suddenly it dawned on us. Pun We're four men. Get it? Foremen? Incidentally, we also discovered bad puns.

* Tropico 6 has some of the best humor for building descriptions. Such as:
-->"Guards were increasingly frustrated by Protagonists climbing their towers to unlock the next map section, so sometimes they hide their piles of straw."
* General Rodrigo Rodriguez may apologize for his lack of offensiveness, saying that he is only moderately offensive, but he will reassure the player that, given time and training, he may become even more offensive. Possibly even more offensive than was once considered possible.
-->General Rodriguez: This has nothing to do with your leadership - or mine, for that matter! Our army is simply not offensive enough to go on the defensive - no offense intended.
* Winning a convincing victory in an election will have Penultimo celebrating the election being a landslide. That is, the metaphorical kind, not the kind that accidentally reduces the size of the workforce.
* During one misson that requires you to build an "Old Boy's Club", Penultimo gushes over the building, and says that it even had a Smoking Room - although the wiring has now been fixed.
