[[caption-width-right:350:''"This [[TheDitz 7/11 Championship]] is ruining my life!"'']]

Ever since his FaceHeelTurn in 2011, R-Truth has been a [[FountainOfMemes source of many memes]] and a periodic belly laugh.[[note]]The combination of his sudden fan following and a rather unfortunately timed Wellness Vacation caused him to turn him face again while keeping most of his loony character traits.[[/note]]

[[folder:24/7 Championship]]
* R-Truth is the new 24/7 Champion! Except, he called it something different: [[https://twitter.com/RonKillings/status/1130669182511669248 the new European Champion.]] He also referred to it as the 48/7 Television European Title on the June 10, 2019 episode of Raw.
* Carmella finds Truth hiding out backstage in a bad wig. He claims that [[InsaneTrollLogic all he needs to do is hide out for seven days and he's the champion for good.]] Carmella has to set him straight while Truth reveals he paid $1200 for the horrible wig.
* R-Truth losing then regaining the 24/7 Title against Wrestling/JinderMahal...[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXofrxqksFk on a golf course!]] (Jinder being naturally [[CrazyPrepared already in his wrestling gear]]). At the end of the video, Carmella drives the golf cart with R-Truth hanging onto it. So hilarious, that even when Jinder tried to yell, [[{{Corpsing}} he couldn't resist the temptation to laugh]].
* Cesaro has just lost to Ricochet and is going under the ring to pull out a table...[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0aZC67NT-BM and Truth is lying on it, hiding under the ring all night.]]
* When he lost the title for the second time to Wrestling/{{Elias}}, how did Truth regain it back? [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-jJBQ8ryvN8 By pinning him under the ring.]]
* A few days before ''Super [=ShowDown=]'', Truth was pinned by Mahal again at the airport before their flight to Jeddah. Six hours later, when the plane is 39,000 feet above the Red Sea, Truth regains it back while Mahal is sleeping. His victory celebration ended up waking the other superstars on the plane who proceed to chase him all the way to the lavatory.
* On the June 17 episode of RAW, after a SquashMatch courtesy of The Viking Raiders, the camera suddenly cut to two people in the front row, who turned out to be Truth and Carmella in [[PaperThinDisguise hilariously bad disguises]] (Truth wearing a powdered wig and holding an obviously plastic baby, Carmella having a Chaplin-esque moustache for example). As expected, several of the people who had been chasing him for weeks rushed down the ramp with a ref in tow while Fabulous Truth hightailed it.
** At one point R-Truth hid under the ring as several superstars grabbed a pair of legs from underneath the ring...only for them to pull out Wrestling/TitusONeil in a hilarious CallBack to his infamous Greatest Royal Rumble gaffe.
* Truth comes out to the parking lot where it looks like Carmella is waiting...only for it to be a disguised Wrestling/DrakeMaverick who pins Truth for the belt. He then takes off in a limo screaming "I'm getting married."
-->'''Truth''': Carmella didn't tell me she was getting married! And why wasn't I invited?!
* Speaking of Drake, his wedding was his happiest day of his life...[[https://twitter.com/WWE/status/1142071271741513733 until Truth crashed it to once again become champion.]] Needless to say, Maverick's new wife was [[https://twitter.com/1ReneeMichelle/status/1142082181583556608 less than pleased]] with what occurred.
* This wouldn't be the last time the championship affected Drake's marriage. After regaining it, Drake took his title with him for his honeymoon. After Truth bribed the front desk, he managed to sneak in with a disguised referee as room service while R-Truth pins Drake before Drake and his wife have sex.
** If you look closely, [[ComicallySmallBribe Truth bribed the front desk with a one dollar bill.]] The best part, he gave Truth the room Drake was in anyway.
* At Summerslam 2019, Truth and Carmella pop up as the "Canadian announce team" with Carmella (bearing a Cockney accent) as "Music/ShaniaTwain" and Truth as "D-Wayne Gretzky".
* The duo just waiting at a doctor's office to ambush Mike Kanelis for the title with Truth "distracting" him by popping out a baby doll.
* While in Tennessee, Truth and Carmella run into Mayor Glenn Jacobs (aka ''Wrestling/{{Kane}}'') while on a tour. R-Truth just look at this man he's met about a hundred times in the ring and says "Don't I know you? Oh, of course, Magic Johnson! Wait, wait, my bad...Larry Bird!"
** During the same segment, Truth repeatedly thinks that Kane is the President.
** Kane tricks Truth into coming to a football stadium and meeting a "newly sworn in cop". By now [[GenreSavvy sensing something is up]], Truth tries to back off but ends up running into a goalpost, allowing Jacobs to pin him for the title.
-->'''Jacobs''': ''(cheerfully)'' I still got it!
** Truth wins the belt back by pinning Jacobs outside his limo. When Jacobs slaps on a good old-fashioned choke, Truth is able to get him to back down by pointing out how [[NotSoDifferentRemark "we both have major 24/7 jobs"]] and [[DumbassHasAPoint that trying to defend the belt would be too distracting for the mayor.]] Jacobs agrees as they head off to the arena.
-->'''Truth''': You kinda got me there.
-->'''Jacobs''': Instinct, you know?
* R-Truth and Carmella have run into the ring ahead of the usual mob when Carmella gets on the mic to rant on how she can't take this anymore as the constant chases are driving her nuts. She tells Truth she's done and gives him a hug...then cradles him up into a pin to win the title. At first confused, Truth smiles and helps her celebrate.
** At which point, all the ''female'' wrestlers come charging out of the locker room to chase ''Carmella''. Truth actually tries to hop onto her back and she shoves him off to hop on his as they race out ahead of the female wrestlers while all the men are in the ring with baffled looks of "what just happened?"
* When R-Truth went to looking for someone with the 24/7 title to watch a city event tree light up happening. The note he received was in Japanese, and out came Akira Tozawa, rolling Truth up to win the title. What makes this event funnier is that if we go by the fact that the note was Japanese, it indicate that not only can Truth read Japanese perfectly, but that Tozawa assumed this as well.
* Charlotte comes looking for Carmella for a tag match with Truth trying to protect the "48-stamps 7-11 European champion."
* On the 01/13/2020 episode of Raw, Wrestling/BrockLesnar and Wrestling/PaulHeyman cut their usual promo, until Truth comes out to join them as the 24/7 Champion. He claims he's entering the Wrestling/RoyalRumble and throw Paul Heyman over the top rope, thinking it's Heyman who is entering the Rumble. Heyman has this [[YouHaveGotToBeKiddingMe look]] of sheer bewilderment and Brock is [[ActuallyPrettyFunny laughing his ass off of this whole scene]].
-->'''R-Truth''': I don't want to go to Sioux Falls City!
** The best part is that don't normally see Brock [[PerpetualFrowner laugh]], you always see him in his usual beast mode, Truth managed to break that mold, sure he took a beaten for his troubles, but still.
** It turns out Brock really had no idea Truth was going to interrupt so all his laughing reactions are genuine.
** And a few months later, R-Truth revealed in an interview that the whole thing was a prank on Lesnar to see if R-Truth could make him [[Main/{{Corpsing}} corpse.]] [[SpringtimeForHitler And he succeeded]]. And Lesnar actually wanted to do another segment with Truth in the future!
** And, despite eating an F5 for his troubles, Truth still escaped that segment as 24/7 Champion. One got to wonder if Lesnar cared less for the 24/7 title, or considered a PetTheDog moment towards Truth for actually making him laugh.
* Wrestling/RoyalRumble 2021. R-Truth mistook the women's Wrestling/RoyalRumble match for a 24/7 Championship Scramble Match. When Truth got in the ring, he was pinned by Wrestling/AliciaFox. Yes, really. For the first time ever, we got an actual pinfall in the Royal Rumble match and a new champion crowned in the middle of the match. Sure, Truth got the title back, but still, that was a history in the making.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:The Judgment Day/Return of Awesome Truth]]
* Following his return in Survivor Series 2023, EVERY interaction with Wrestling/TheJudgmentDay is comedy gold. Whether it's bribing them with sweets or a TV, or trying to fight JD [=McDonaugh=] in a "Miracle on 34th Street Match" by [[LiteralMinded asking Siri to give him instructions to get to 34th Street]].
** On the 1/1/24 RAW, R-Truth ends up having an interview on Miz TV as the PR agent for the Judgment Day, to which Miz has to question if he's seeing imaginary people again. R-Truth even asks if Little Jimmy is here. Later, he gets utterly confused over tagging with Miz against JD and Dominik to the point that he momentarily freezes in the ring when he's about to attack his Judgment Day brothers. And after he and Miz pick up the victory, he's seen visibly winking behind the Miz.
** On the 1/8/24 RAW, he created [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_MYRHHFtQNI a Judgment Day PSA]] that ''clearly'' [[StylisticSuck has him photoshopped in numerous photos/video clips of the group]], swapping places with JD, along with a slogan that reads "Live. Laugh. Love". Damien Priest and Domimik even admits that [[ActuallyPrettyFunny it's hilarious.]]. Other hilarious parts include the baby photos and R-Truth calling Dominik "Tom and Nick" Mysterio. In a FreezeFrameBonus, the Judgment Day are watching the promo on the "almost flat screen" TV Truth gifted them! Even better is that WWE [[https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/offbeat/tom-and-nick-mysterio-now-have-their-own-t-shirt-at-wwe-shop/ar-AA1n4w4F would later create a shirt with R-Truth with his arms wrapped around two copies of Dominik]], and name them "Tom and Nick Mysterio"!
** On the 1/15/24 RAW, Truth gives Priest his cut of the sales from the Judgment Truth shirts he's selling, even stating that he's still looking for what happened to Nick Mysterio. The money is enough for the other men in the Judgment Day to see that Truth is basically their cash cow. And during the entrance of the Judgment Day -- when Finn and Priest are fighting Truth and Miz -- the entrance has ''R-Truth's face'' plastered on one of the hooded figures alongside his "Life. Laugh. Love." motto, which makes you wonder if R-Truth bribed someone to manipulate the entrance or someone decided to put his face in as a joke. To say nothing of Truth ''tip-toeing'' behind the Judgment Day males as they enter the ring or Truth shoving money towards Finn and Dominik[[note]]Reportedly, the rubber band that kept the money together for Finn broke so Truth just improvised by gathering the bills. Meanwhile Dom's money was kept intact[[/note]].while Miz is looking like Truth is crazy...okay, crazier than usual.
* On the 2/5/24 RAW, R-Truth is happily entering the Judgment Day's locker room despite the fact that he had been assaulted just one week prior. His reasoning? He just went through the ''real'' initiation and he's part of the group. Finn Balor is done with Truth's antics and Priest relents in having Truth stay in the hideout. Truth decides to "interfere" with JD's match against the Miz, selling out many of his Judgment Day shirts and distracting JD and Dominik at various points (whether it be giving JD money or putting Dominik in one of the shirts and immobilizing him). Michael Cole is just flabbergasted all throughout commentary as he can't tell just ''who'' Truth was helping out.
* He gets a backstage promo with #DIY on 2/12/24 -- DIY having been called by the Miz (who was out on real life business at the time) to save Truth from the Judgment Day -- where he mistakes the two for Shawn Michaels and Triple H, even asking how Road Dogg is doing[[note]]A reference to how R-Truth, back as K-Kwik, was in a tag team with Road Dogg[[/note]]. When DIY asks if Truth wants to team up with them, Truth has "Two words for them"..."No, thank you". The two take it in stride though, glad that he didn't say "Suck It". This gets referenced a week later when Truth states he got new friends in DX while the captions quickly flash "Not Shawn Michaels" and "Not Triple H". And when Truth, DIY and Miz enter the ring for their match against The Judgment Day, they do the signature crotch chops!
* On the 2/26/24 RAW - #DIY and Miz sit down with Truth at Judgment Day's clubhouse and play around with the DX references, to which Truth says that Tommaso is acting like "Re"generation X. Miz is about to correct him, but stops and [[SureLetsGoWithThat decides that it'll be their new name]]. As they leave, Truth makes sure to take the TV he gave Judgment Day months back. Also, just the hilarity of someone like ''Tommaso'' joking and playing along with Truth's antics.
* 3/4/24 RAW has the four officially named Regeneration X and [[OnlySaneMan Miz]] questions how they're getting "revenge" on The Judgment Day with plans involving [[PokeThePoodle dropping slime on them and feeding them bread.]] After the four cross arms and shout "Regeneration X", Xavier Woods sums up the formation as this:
-->'''Woods:''' I...wanna hate this...but I LOVE IT!
* 3/11/24 RAW: After Nick Aldis and Adam Pierce reveal that the idea of the six tag-team ladder match at ''[=WrestleMania=]'' 40 was the brain child of Miz and R-Truth, but neither are on RAW cause they're off doing media, Truth immediately arrives. When asked why, he said that he has time since the media is on Monday...completely unaware that today ''is'' Monday.
-->'''Truth:''' Oh, my bad.
* 3/25/24: Truth is on commentary during #DIY vs The New Day, even as The Judgment Day starts fighting off the combatants. They finally notice Truth on commentary, and Truth immediately starts asking to cut to commercial break and even pointing to Stu while he's at it.
* At [=WrestleMania=]] XL, Truth once again asks Miz to tag him in. During the midst of a ''ladder match''. A ladder match he and Miz suggested! He also pins Finn Balor and he ''himself'' acts as referee giving the 3-count (the referee could be seen ''outside'' the ring watching in confusion).
* On the 4/8/24 RAW, Damien Priest asks everyone to rise for the Judgement Day while he and Rhea Ripley show off their belts...and then R-Truth appears in the ring brandishing his Tag Team Championship belt from underneath the ring. Damien Priest immediately screams, "OH HELL NO!" as Truth '''again''' states that he's brought the Raw Tag Team Championship back to The Judgement Day. Miz has to come out into the ring and literally drag Truth to his side as Truth insists he's in the Judgement Day with the crowd chanting "Yes he is!" When Finn suggests that Awesome Truth puts the belts on the line, Truth replies that they can't because there's "only three of us" and suggests a 6-man Tag Team Match. Miz questions if it's Lil' Jimmy but Truth says that the partner is "the guy you can't see". But before Truth can reveal this mystery person, Judgment Day begins the 3-on-2 handicap match. But just as JD [=McDonaugh=] is about to pin Miz near the end, [[BigDamnHeroes who comes out]] but ''John Cena''. Truth was being honest all along!
** Also the fact that John took his sweet time getting to the ring to help Truth and Miz, since he presumably was always in the building, so he just wanted to be dramatic.
* 4/15/24: When Triple H shows off the new World Tag Team Championship belts, Truth is excited and runs around in glee...because he thinks Triple H is a magician pulling the belts out of thin air. As Miz explains how the belts are important and why Adam Pierce and Triple H are here to introduce them, Truth interrupts Miz because he doesn't believe Triple H is who he says he is and assume it's Tommaso Ciampa. Poor Miz has to act like Truth's babysitter and finally gets it in his head by speaking in French (as they're in Montreal and the audience is chanting for Sami Zayn). After R-Truth and the audience shout "We"/"Oui", Triple H decides it's time to skedaddle and leaves Adam Pierce to deal with them. Pierce then asks why Truth made the boss leave...and Truth immediately forgot Triple H was in the ring.
* 5/6/24: Truth has decided that Awesome Truth is going to be fighting another team and brings in the [=UConn=] HeadCoach Dan Hurley to Miz and Adam Pearce's frustration. Reason being? There's no way Awesome Truth can fight off the Huskies, ''a basketball team''. Pierce looks ready to snap as he mutters how he needs a drink when it comes to dealing with R-Truth.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Other]]
* RAW 18/4/11 - R-Truth turns heel and grabs a pack of cigarettes from an audience member. He then lights up. This episode was in the UK where smoking indoors in public places is illegal[[note]]Well, for Johnny Q. Public anyway. Truth could, of course, claim it was part of a performance and get away with it.[[/note]] and [[https://youtu.be/7Sf078_n5D0?t=5m47s the smarky audience reminded him with enthusiasm]].
* At the Raw after the Capitol Punishment PPV, R-Truth, Wrestling/TheMiz, and Wrestling/{{Christian}} have a discussion over who got screwed the most during said PPV, and said discussion devolves into [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EpWKnTK_bno this.]]
* From his backstage promo at the 2011 Survivor Series PPV: "I was out there, I was outside Madison Square Garden. I saw all those pigeons staring up at The Rock and Cena (billboard). I screamed at those pigeons. I said 'Hey pigeons! The Rock and Cena are gonna lose tonight!' You know what those pigeons said to me? *{{Beat}}* [[AntiHumor Nothing. They're pigeons. Pigeons don't talk]], all they do is crap."
** That beat was actually Matt Striker cooing as a response to Truth's presumably hypothetical question.
** How funny was it? The MSG crowd gave him an ovation as he finished his promo out of sheer appreciation of the hilarity.
* R-Truth's confrontation with Wrestling/JimmyHart, where he accuses him for being a "Little Jimmy".
* When John Cena was mentioning the fact that they used to be cool before feuding. R-Truth's response?
** [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8_dTqga2VM ''USEDTA IS A ROOSTA FROM BREWSTA!!'']] This makes Wrestling/JohnCena start {{Corpsing}}.
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xhtrJ7KD6Ao Confederate soldier R-Truth]]. It made Wrestling/StoneColdSteveAustin [[ScrewThisImOuttaHere drop everything and leave the skit]].
* R-Truth's short promo before MITB 2011, where he expresses his fear of heights and spiders. Aswell as this little gem: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GRmHNqmaMWw&feature=related "THAT BRIEFCASE IS GON GET GOT!"]]
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QQly3eoMxOk "I GOT OKIE DOKE'D BY LITTLE JIMMY!!!"]]
* R-Truth getting interviewed by Josh Matthews. [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B1WmmIOJ7R0 Insanity at its finest!]]
* After being betrayed by Miz in November 2011 (right after they lost to [[Wrestling/JohnCena Cena]]/[[Wrestling/DwayneJohnson Rock]] at ''Wrestling/SurvivorSeries''), Truth made his HeelFaceReturn the last week of the year - naturally, interrupting a Miz promo and [[NoHoldsBarredBeatdown beating the hell out of him.]] The following week (1/2/12), Miz appeals to [[CorruptCorporateExecutive John Laurinaitis]] - [[CatchPhrase the Executive Vice President of Talent Relations and the interim GM of RAW]] - for help because Miz feels, in his words, like ''a sitting duck.'' Miz, dissatisfied with Laurinaitis' efforts, storms off. Enter R-Truth from another angle, staring at the camera [[EyeTake with his eyes popping out off his skull.]] Suddenly, he tucks his arms and starts flapping...and ''quacking.'' [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O1DejCXA4mY Seriously.]]
* On the Raw show before the Elimination Chamber, the Raw Superstars who where gonna be in the Chamber had a debate on whether or not they win. When it gets to Truth, he in his own little world, thinks it's a Presidential debate... or perhaps a sports press conference (he mentions trading Dolph Ziggler and Vickie Guerrero at one point), or maybe a trial.
-->'''R-Truth''': Oh, really? ''(BigWhat from the crowd)'' Well if I'm elected...\\
'''Wrestling/DolphZiggler''': ''(in step with the BigWhat from the crowd)'' [[FlatWhat What]].
** At one point, Dolph finally has enough and calls the entire debate a joke, only to be shut down by R-Truth's patented brand of InsaneTrollLogic. "I WILL NOT BE TALKED DOWN TO BY A MAN NAMED AFTER Series/{{FLIPPER}}! KIKI! KIKI! KIKIKIKI!" Dolph's face of utter disbelief is classic.
* A blink-and-you'll-miss-it one: "I asked myself, I said '[[ExactWords Self]]...who do you think is trying to get you?'"
* WWE showing a pre-taped picture-in-picture R-Truth interview as he makes his way to the ring in real time; R-Truth starts cutting a promo like everyone has done in a PIP interview since the 80s before Truth stops himself, peers into the camera, and asks: "Wait...[[LeaningOnTheFourthWall who am I talking to?]]"
* R-Truth's [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rBTkMoGWrAA&feature=g-vrec&context=G249af2fRVAAAAAAAACw Disneyland trip.]] The last line kills it.
-->'''R-Truth''': I don't even know if that's PG!
* The entire Milwaukee incident. Bonus points for Wrestling/MichaelCole chanting with the crowd, only for them to IMMEDIATELY stop.
** This was paid off with one HELL of a BrickJoke, several years later, when R-Truth was featured in a match in Milwaukee on an episode of Smackdown. R-Truth opens his promo with, "Where am I?"
* [[http://www.wwe.com/videos/an-extended-look-at-the-2014-royal-rumble-commercial-26171286 "R-Truth! That's R dash Truth!"]]
* His short-lived stint as "R Ziggler", serving as Dolph's stunt-double and tag partner in a hilarious TakeThat to Wrestling/TheMiz and [[Wrestling/DamienSandow Damien Mizdow]].
* His participation in the Intercontinental Title hijinks leading up to Wrestlemania. Basically, a bunch of midcarders fighting over the belt. Not the actual title of IC Champion, mind you (although most of them have their own storyline claim to a match with the current champion, which is eventually meant to be resolved [[spoiler:in a ladder match at Wrestlemania]]), the Intercontinental ''Title [[{{MacGuffin}} Belt.]]'' (Mostly, this consists mostly of a bunch of guys physically stealing the belt from one another.)
** The 3/2/15 RAW during this stretch saw R-Truth on guest commentary. He and the regular commentary team call back to one of his funnier promos. Apparently he's still afraid of heights ''and'' spiders, and ''still'' has a hard time differentiating between "acrophobia" (heights) and ''"arachnophobia"'' (spiders).
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-7BtG4FUXc His try to cut a Money in the Bank promo, only to be told he's not in the match much to his embarrassment]]. He even won a Slammy for it.
* Speaking of the Slammy, when Wrestling/SantinoMarella tried to accept the Slammy on his behalf, R-Truth came out to get it. Santino uses LookADistraction, and R-Truth ''falls for it.''
* Then there was [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VuAN9PkRXaM the time]] he [[BigLippedAlligatorMoment inexplicably got caught up in]] Wrestling/TheWyattFamily's entrance to their match against Wrestling/TheDudleyBoyz and Wrestling/TommyDreamer.
-->'''Wrestling/JerryLawler''': I think R-Truth took a wrong turn, guys! ''(Truth waves at crowd, Wyatt Family SmashCut happens)'' You might wanna get out of there, Truth!
* Wrestling/RoyalRumble 2016: R-Truth runs out, pulls a ladder out from underneath the ring, tosses it in and, [[ATruceWhileWeGawk with the ref and the other wrestlers stopping to watch in bewilderment]], climbs the ladder and reaches up to get a suitcase ''that isn't there''. He promptly jumps down and gets tossed out by Kane.
-->'''Wrestling/MichaelCole''': ''(as R-Truth pulls out the ladder from underneath the canvas)'' John, do you have any idea what R-Truth is doing here?\\
'''Wrestling/JohnBradshawLayfield''': I-I know what he's doing, but I don't know why...
* His "selfie stick" while he was hanging out with Wrestling/TylerBreeze, it's a tree branch, leaves and all, with a cell phone duct-taped to the end.
* On the August 7th, 2018 edition of Smackdown, Truth confronted US Champion Wrestling/ShinsukeNakamura and said he was going to get a match against him at Wrestling/SummerSlam. When asked how, he replied, "Same way everyone else does: by pinning Carmella."[[note]]this in reference to the previous week, when Charlotte Flair earned her way into the Smackdown Women's Championship match at Wrestling/SummerSlam by doing just that.[[/note]] Tye Dellinger attempted to correct him by pointing out who he should be fighting at. Truth believed he is talking about Renee Young who is standing next to Nakamura.
* Two days after Summerslam, Truth confronted Carmella at Paige's office, still wanting to pin Carmella in order to have his title shot.
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xo3QY9DddfM Truth TV]]. That's all.
** His work with Carmella in the Mixed Tag Team Challenge has created a beautiful banter. This includes calling Maryse "the other Carmella" and he's glad Carmella dyed her hair as "you were confusing people," ignoring how she and Maryse look nothing alike.
** This leads to another "Truth TV" with the ultimate "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ua-e3B-7tW0 Dance Break!]]"
* Upon winning the U.S. title, Truth does a promo talking of how, as a little kid, he always wanted to be like his hero...John Cena. Note how [[OlderThanTheyLook Truth began wrestling a good five years before Cena ever debuted.]]
** Truth issues a "U.S. Open Challenge" that's answered by Cien Almas and Rey Mysterio. Carmella says Truth should do what Cena would and defend the belt against both men at once. Truth's reply: "He would? Damn, he brave!"
** The next week, Truth talks of how he had no idea Cena did this every week and "I'm already tired!" When Lacey Evans does her usual odd walk-on, Truth calls out "Come back, Ms. Sexy Lady Gloves!" He then tries to claim she counts as the challenge but Carmella says no.
-->'''Truth''': Damn you, John Cena!
* ''Somehow'', during the WWE Live tour of Europe in 2019, [[https://twitter.com/blahliadack/status/1128015839570157569?s=19 R-Truth found himself facing]] Wrestling/{{WALTER}} for the WWE UK title. The sheer randomness of the pairing puts it in this category all by itself.
* Truth is the neighborhood [[TheDitz ditz]] of WWE, so he often gets confused about his fellow wrestlers and even non-wrestling guest stars. He thought music superstar Bad Bunny was a [[WesternAnimation/BugsBunny Looney Tunes character]] and wondered why Wrestling/MattRiddle has such a [[ComicBook/TheRiddler problem]] with ComicBook/{{Batman}}. Also, when he heard that ''[=SmackDown=]'' was known as "The House That Wrestling/AJStyles Built," he asked Styles if he also built condominiums and duplexes ([[{{kayfabe}} in complete seriousness]]).
* On the Friday before the 2024 Royal Rumble, he gets a look at his number and asks if he has to be quarantined first.
* R-Truth got a few moments in Wrestling/RoyalRumble 2024:
** For starters, he ended up mistakenly entering the Women's Rumble again, during Valhalla's entrance, no less (both of them shooting confused looks at each other as Truth comes in blitzing down the ramp). It's not until he enters the ring that he realizes something's wrong, which leads to him getting tossed out by Wrestling/NiaJax. ''[[BrickJoke Again]]''.
** Come the actual Men's Rumble, [[ComicallyMissingThePoint Truth still had yet to get the memo of what kind of match it's supposed to be]] by waiting outside the ropes, urgently cuing for Wrestling/DominikMysterio to ''[[TagTeam tag him in]]'' as [[ShutUpAndSaveMe Dom starts getting headlocked by]] [[Wrestling/{{Walter}} Gunther]]. It takes a bit for Dom to free himself Gunther's stranglehold and actually reciprocate the hot tag just to escape, leading to Truth ''hitting Cena's FiveMovesOfDoom'' before getting brutalised by the Austrian meat slab himself.
* On the 2/9/24 Smackdown, he goes to Kevin Owens (thinking he's Miz) to warn him to not let Nick find out he's not on Raw. When Owens asks, "Nick Mysterio?" Truth corrects him about Nick ''Aldis''. Kevin Owens is about to make a retort, but then stops since he knows arguing with R-Truth ends badly.
* He planned to head to watch the 2024 ''Wrestling/EliminationChamber'' in Perth, Australia... [[https://twitter.com/RonKillings/status/1761042442386641245 he instead flew all the way to Austria]].
