Even by the standards of {{Disney}}, ''Frozen'' is one incredibly humorous film. See [[Funny/FrozenFever here]] for ''Disney/FrozenFever''.
!!The Disney film

[[folder:Princess Anna]]
* Anna is.... [[{{Adorkable}} pretty damn funny and cute when she's acting awkward]].
** In the middle of "For the First Time In Forever", while she's singing about how excited she is for the gates to open: "Don't know if I'm elated or [[ToiletHumor gassy]], but I'm somewhere in that zone!"
** In the second verse, she dances around with a bust, then loses her grip. It flies and lands face-up on top of a cake. The way the cake squashes, freeze-framing the image makes it look like a very gruff man [[http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/frozen_cake_bust_6979.jpg wearing a dress]].
** Anna going back to the room of paintings and imitating the positions of all the women in them. While singing about her being "the picture of sophisticated grace", to boot. She even drapes herself up in a curtain at one point, saying "Tonight imagine me gowned and all, fetchingly draped against the wall!" And whacks herself in the face with a cord while doing so. Even better, it looks like she's trying to imitate Elsa by doing that.
*** If you listen carefully, she's also doing a brief imitation of Elsa's dark-toned vocal style!
** Right after talking about sophisticated grace: "I wanna stuff some chocolate in my face!"
* Anna falls into a creek, and is muttering "Cold-cold-cold-cold!" as her dress gets frozen stiff, and her staggering in that frozen dress the rest of the way to Wandering Oaken's Trading Post and Sauna.
** ''(large amount of snow falls on top of her)'' "Really!?" ([[MissingTrailerScene only shown in the trailer]], it's a frustrated "ugh..." in the movie)
* When Anna orders Kristoff to take her up the mountain right away. It's funny because you can tell she's trying to channel Elsa and not doing a very good job at it.
-->'''Anna:''' Nice duet. [''Kristoff is startled'']\\
'''Kristoff:''' Ah! Oh, it's just you. What do you want?\\
'''Anna:''' I want you to take me up the North Mountain. [''Kristoff sighs and falls back on a hay bale, putting his scarf over his eyes to use as a sleep mask'']\\
'''Kristoff:''' I don't take people places.\\
'''Anna:''' Let me rephrase that. [''throws a sack at Kristoff''] Take me up the North Mountain...please. [''Kristoff finds Anna has purchased the rope and axe he was trying to buy earlier''] Look, I know how to stop this winter. [''Kristoff sighs in defeat'']\\
'''Kristoff:''' We leave at dawn. And you forgot the carrots for Sven. [''Anna throws a bag containing the carrots at his face'']\\
'''Anna:''' Oh, sorry! Sorry! I'm sorry! I didn't...[''she clears her throat, and puts her arms on her hips''] We leave ''now''. Right now.
* Anna trying to help Kristoff fight off the wolves that try to ambush the sled:
-->'''Anna:''' But I wanna help!
-->'''Kristoff:''' No!
-->'''Anna:''' Why not?!
-->'''Kristoff:''' Because I don't trust your judgement!
-->'''Anna:''' Excuse me?!
-->'''Kristoff:''' ''[kicks away a wolf]'' Who marries a man she just met?! ''[Anna brandishes Kristoff's lute]''
-->'''Anna:''' ''[with a crazed look on her face]'' IT'S '''TRUE LOVE!!'''
-->'''Kristoff:''' Whoa! ''[Anna swings the lute like it's a baseball bat at the next wolf to attack]'' Whoa! ''[Another wolf grabs Kristoff and yanks him off the sled]''
-->'''Anna:''' Christopher! ''[Kristoff is now being dragged behind the sled]''
-->'''Kristoff:''' It's KRISTOFF! ''[Anna uses the lantern to light up a bedroll and tosses it at the two wolves trying to maul Kristoff]''
-->'''Anna:''' Duck! ''[Kristoff pulls himself back onto the sled]''
-->'''Kristoff:''' [[SkewedPriorities You almost set me on fire]]!
-->'''Anna:''' But I didn't!
* The first meeting between Anna and Hans after she ends up on top of him in a rowboat.
-->'''Hans:''' Oh, boy! Uh...
-->'''Anna:''' This is awkward. Not ''you're'' awkward, but just because ''we're''...''I'm'' awkward-- you're gorgeous. [[DidIJustSayThatOutLoud Wait, what?]]
-->'''Hans:''' I'd like to formally apologize for hitting the Princess of Arendelle with my horse...and for every moment after.
-->'''Anna:''' No. No, no. It's fine. I'm not ''that'' princess. I mean, if you'd hit my sister Elsa, it would be like... yeesh! 'Cause, you know... ''[she turns and pats Hans's horse]'' Hello. ''[to Hans]'' But, lucky you, it's...it's just me.
-->'''Hans:''' ''[chuckles]'' Just you?
** Also the CallBack to it at the end of the movie.
--->[[spoiler:'''Kristoff:''' Like it? I ''love'' it! [''he picks her up and twirls her''] I could kiss you! I could. I mean, I'd like to. I - may I? We me? I mean, may we?]] Wait, what?\\
[[spoiler:'''Anna:''' [''kisses him on the cheek''] We may.]]
* The scene near the end when [[spoiler: Anna is excitedly dragging Kristoff along blindfolded, but she runs him into a pole.]]
--> '''Anna:''' Sorry!
* When Hans and Anna are talking during the party, there's a point where Anna gestures, and she accidentally slaps Hans in the face.
** And then [[http://kaen-daughter-of-loki.tumblr.com/post/76773802898/ging-ler-sisterbutters-i-paused-frozen-and-i someone paused it at just the right time.]]
* "For The First Time In Forever" is mostly a big inspiring Disney "I Want" song... except for this bit.
-->'''Anna:''' [''slightly muffled by the chocolate she's eating''] I wanna stuff some chocolate in my FACE!
* During "Do You Want to Build a Snowman?" when young Anna is so bored that she says she started talking to the paintings.
-->'''Anna:''' Hang in there, [[JoanOfArc Joan]].
** The fact that they actually reference Joan of Arc, who was ''burned'' at the stake, in a film about coldness and snow is kinda funny in a darkly ironic way. Added irony/pun because she told a picture to hang in there.
** And in another moment, when she sings about watching the hours tick by, ''she starts making tick tock noises with her mouth.'' While her eyes are following the clock's pendulum, [[HypnoPendulum almost like]] [[HypnotizeThePrincess she's getting hypnotized.]]
** Doubles as Awesome because if both sisters grew up looking at and identifying with a picture of Joan of Arc, it's likely they would have seen her as a role model, and thus both picked up her virtues of courage and self-sacrifice.
* When Anna is telling Kristoff about Elsa's reaction to her engagement, Kristoff is in disbelief that Anna got engaged to a guy she just met and they have this exchange:
-->'''Kristoff:''' Didn't your parents ever warn you about strangers?\\
'''Anna:''' Yyyeeeeess, they did. [''scoots away to her side of the seat'']
* Anna attempting to climb the cliff without any climbing skills:
-->'''Kristoff:''' What are you doing?
-->'''Anna:''' ''[climbs up a steep rock]'' I'm....going....to see...my sister!
-->'''Kristoff:''' You're gonna kill yourself. ''[Anna continues climbing]'' I wouldn't put my foot there...or there.
-->'''Anna:''' ''[slips]'' You're distracting me!
-->'''Kristoff:''' Or there. How do you know Elsa even wants to see you?
-->'''Anna:''' All right, I'm just blocking you out 'cause I've got to concentrate here. ''[Anna slips again]''
-->'''Kristoff:''' You know, most people who disappear into the mountains want to be alone.
-->'''Anna:''' Nobody wants to be alone! ''[slips grabbing another rock]'' Except maybe ''you''.
-->'''Kristoff:''' I'm not alone! I have friends, remember?
-->'''Anna:''' Ugh! You mean the "love experts"?
-->'''Kristoff:''' Yes. The love experts. ''[Anna finally finds a foothold for her left foot]''
-->'''Anna:''' Ugh! Please tell me I'm almost there! [''The camera cuts to a wide shot to reveal that Anna is barely four feet off the ground]'' Does the air seem a bit thin to you up here?
* Early on, during the coronation day prep...Princess Anna, [[SarcasmMode a picture perfect]] [[NotAMorningPerson morning person.]]
** To elaborate: at the end of the lengthy tracking shot through Arendelle (during which we see Kristoff share a carrot with Sven; and the Duke of Weselton boasts of seeking to exploit Arendelle's riches, then asks his bodyguards "[[DidIJustSayThatOutLoud Did I say that out loud?]]"), two foreign noblemen are seen walking towards the castle. They talk about how beautiful they think the princesses must be. [[DescriptionCut Cuts to a snoring Anna, fast asleep, with fantastically bad bedhead, drooling, and with a lock of hair in her mouth.]]
--->'''Kai:''' [''knocking''] Princess Anna?\\
'''Anna:''' [''snorts''] Huh? ''[sits up]''\\
'''Kai:''' Princess Anna?\\
'''Anna:''' Yeah...?\\
'''Kai:''' Sorry to wake you, but-\\
'''Anna:''' No, no, no, no! You didn't! [''yawns''] [[BlatantLies I've been up for hours!]] [''She promptly dozes off, then snaps herself awake''] Who is it?\\
'''Kai:''' ...It's still me, ma'am. The gates will open soon. Time to get ready.\\
'''Anna:''' [''rubs her eyes''] Of course! Ahem.....Ready for what?\\
'''Kai:''' Your sister's coronation, ma'am.\\
'''Anna:''' My sister's... corneration... [''she sees her coronation ballgown; her eyes bolt wide open''] It's coronation day! [''she jumps out of bed'']
* At the end, when [[spoiler:Hans]] expresses disbelief that Anna survived, citing her frozen heart, Anna coolly retorts that "[[CrowningMomentOfAwesome The only frozen heart around here is]] ''[[CrowningMomentOfAwesome yours]]''!" and turns around with dignity... and then one second later turns ''back'' and punches him in the face so hard he tumbles off the ship they're currently standing on. Someone paused that scene [[http://balconyscene.tumblr.com/post/74106557932 at exactly the right time]]. [[CrowningMomentOfAwesome Extra points for actually pulling him closer first, feisty pants.]]
** The split second [[http://disney.wikia.com/wiki/File:Tumblr_n0pu6mdbm91r2wefoo1_500.png before]] her fist connects with [[spoiler:Hans's]] face is pretty funny too: you can see in [[spoiler:Hans']] eyes he's thinking [[OhCrap "Not in the face!"]].
* Before entering Elsa's ice castle, Anna suggests Kristoff and Olaf wait outside, saying, "The last time I introduced her to a guy, she froze everything." It's funny out of context because it sounds like Anna is telling Kristoff that Elsa is an [[MySisterIsOffLimits overprotective sibling who doesn't want anyone dating her sister]].
** Kristoff's response of "Oh, ''come on!'' It's a palace made of ''ice!'' Ice is my ''life!''" sells it.
* As a child, when Anna wakes up in the middle of the night and begs Elsa to play with her. Just the way she dramatically rolls around in mock angst when Elsa tells her to go back to sleep and protests, "I just can't! The sky's awake, so ''I'm'' awake, so we ''have'' to ''play''!"
* When Elsa and Anna are being formally announced to all the bowing dignitaries, Anna walks in with a big smile and a little wave. [[FunnyBackgroundEvent And one of the ladies in the front waves back.]]
* Anna's reaction after Elsa creates Marshmallow to send her packing is to angrily exclaim, "IT IS NOT NICE TO ''THROW PEOPLE!''"
** And Kristoff's response of, "Whoa, feistypants, let the snowman be!"
* While it happens at a very crucial moment, there's something hilarious about Hans and the servants' collective reactions when they see that the first thing Anna does upon returning is cry out desperately for Hans to kiss her. Especially how one of the servants just smiles and says "[[LeaveTheTwoLovebirdsAlone We'll leave you two alone...]]" Expecting intimate healing, were they?
* Anna trudges through knee deep snow and gripes about how she wishes Elsa had the ability to turn the country into a tropic oasis instead of a winter wasteland:
-->'''Anna:''' [[WhyCouldntYouBeDifferent Snow!]] [[WhyDidItHaveToBeSnakes It had to be snow!]] She couldn't have had tropical magic that covered the f-fjords in white sand and warm...[''sees the smoke coming from the chimney of Wandering Oaken's Trading Post and Sauna'']...[[AstonishinglyAppropriateInterruption fire]]! ''[slips and falls into the creek]'' Cold! Cold-cold-cold-cold-cold-cold! ''[staggers the rest of the way to Oaken's front porch with her skirt frozen stiff]''

[[folder:Queen Elsa]]
While Elsa doesn't have as many moments as Anna, she does have her [=CMoF=]s sprinkled throughout her scenes:
* Doubles as a TearJerker due to the fact that it was just after Elsa refuses Anna's blessing, but her reaction to Hans asking to calm her is priceless.
-->'''Hans:''' Your Majesty, if I may ease your-.\\
'''Elsa:''' No, you may not, and I think you should go.
* Elsa gets another one too at the end: "no longer do business with Weasel Town." She may not be writing it, but ''she'' gave the declaration meaning that she deliberately called it Weasel Town (WESELTON! It's WESELTON!!)... just to piss off the Duke a little more!
* As a child, the voice she uses to "speak" for a non-animated Olaf when she says, "Hi, I'm Olaf and I like warm hugs!"
* Elsa's reconciliation conversation with Anna being interrupted by Olaf barging in:
-->'''Elsa:''' You belong down in Arendelle.\\
'''Anna:''' So do you!\\
'''Elsa:''' No, Anna, I belong ''here'', alone. Where I can be who I am... without hurting anybody.\\
'''Anna:''' [''grimaces''] Actually, about that-\\
'''Olaf:''' ''[off-camera]''....58, 59, 60!\\
'''Elsa:''' Wait. What is ''that''?\\
'''Olaf:''' HI! I'm Olaf and I like warm hugs!\\
'''Elsa:''' ''Olaf?''\\
'''Olaf:''' You built me. Remember that?\\
'''Elsa:''' And you're ''alive''?\\
'''Olaf:''' Yeah. Um, I ''think'' so?\\
[''Elsa looks at her hands, looking somewhat surprised'']\\
'''Anna:''' [''kneels down beside Olaf''] He's just like the one we built as kids.\\
'''Elsa:''' [''smiles''] Yeah.
* The fact that even [[TheStoic Elsa]] [[ActuallyPrettyFunny can't resist laughing]] at the Duke of Weasel Town (Weselton)'s [[DodgyToupee toupee coming off]] when he bows.
* Elsa foists Anna onto the Duke of Weselton when he asks to dance with her. With that smile she gives to Anna, she's an even worse {{Troll}} than the [[IncrediblyLamePun trolls]]!
-->'''Elsa:''' Ahem. Uh, thank you. Only, I don't dance.
-->'''Duke of Weselton:''' Ah.
-->'''Elsa:''' ''[smiles mischievously]'' But my sister does!
-->'''Anna:''' Oh. Wait, what?
-->'''Duke of Weselton:''' Ohǃ Lucky you!
-->'''Anna:''' Oh, I don't think--! ''[The Duke takes Anna by the arm and leads her away to the dance floor]''
-->'''Duke of Weselton:''' If you swoon, let me know! I'll catch you!
-->'''Elsa:''' [''snickers just a little''] ...Sorry!
** The looks that Anna and Elsa exchange from across the room while Anna's dancing with the Duke. Especially Anna's end of it, since she's giving Elsa this cheeky little grin that pretty much says "I'm going to kill you for this later."
* Though the scene itself is serious, there are some from "For the First Time in Forever (Reprise)":
-->'''Anna:''' ''Actually, we're not.''\\
'''Elsa:''' ''What do you mean, "you're not?"''\\
'''Anna:''' ''I get the feeling you don't know.''\\
'''Elsa:''' ''[[DeadpanSnarker What do I not know?]]''\\
'''Anna:''' ''Arendelle's in deep, deep, deep, deep...[[LastSecondWordSwap snow]].''
** Look closely and you'll notice that Elsa rolls her eyes right before she says, "What do I not know?" as if she's thinking "Oh, what ''now'' is there that I need to be aware of?"
*** The whole exchange, although heartbreaking in some ways, actually comes across as quite amusing as every time Elsa starts telling her to leave, Anna starts up the happy duet again, seemingly not getting Elsa's sober mood. It comes across almost exactly like her badgering Elsa to play with her at the beginning of the movie.
** While Elsa is already kind of upset after finding out about the freeze, Anna certainly doesn't make things better:
--->'''Anna:''' ''We'll reverse the storm you've made.''\\
'''Elsa:''' ''Ohhhh, Anna, please, [[UnwantedAssistance you'll only make it worse]]!''

* Most moments with Olaf tend to end up as these.
** "Whoa, headrush!"
** "So cute, it's like a little baby unicorn! ''(Anna pushes his carrot through his head. He likes it even better that way though)'' Oh, I love it even more."
** When Olaf starts to melt by the fireplace.
--->"Some people are worth melting for. [''holds drooping snow up''] Just maybe not right this second."
** (''after accidentally walking straight into an icicle'') [[MajorInjuryUnderreaction "Oh, look at that. I've been impaled."]]
** The entirety of "In Summer", Olaf's song about wanting to experience the summers he has always heard about. It is pretty much a send-up of a [[BusbyBerkeleyNumber Busby-Berkeley]], Rankin-Bass TV special dance number, with cartoon-ish seagulls as backup dancers. We see Olaf in shades, in a hot tub, playing on the beach, dancing around sand people, and relaxing on a picnic blanket! It's also hilarious because Olaf is ''completely unaware he'll melt in this weather'', yet he's so happy and enthusiastic about how much fun he thinks he'll have! When he gets to the line "Winter's a good time to stay home and cuddle, but put me in summer and I'll be a--", he skirts around the mention of the word "puddle" as he approaches one, and instead jumps over it and belts out "[[SubvertedRhymeEveryOccasion HAPPY SNOWMAN]]!"
*** "And I'll do ''whatever snow does''... in SUMMEERRRRR!"
*** "My ''snow'' up against the ''burning sand''!"
*** Really, the selling point of the entire sequence is not merely the sheer BlackComedy of having a snowman dancing around on a sunny day, but the fact that literally every single thing Olaf does during the song is something ''that is only going to make him melt faster''.
*** Anna's and Kristoff's reactions during the song are priceless.
---->'''Kristoff:''' I'm gonna tell him.\\
'''Anna:''' Don't you dare!
** And the [[FridgeHorror horrified look]] on Kristoff's face at the end:
--->'''Kristoff:''' Somebody's gotta tell him!
** At Olaf's line "And you guys will be there, too!" Anna and Kristoff are seen having a picnic lunch, holding [[DagwoodSandwich ridiculously large sandwiches]] (though they are still wearing their winter clothing). Both of them look incredibly confused as to ''what'' exactly they are even doing here. Sven, however, pays no mind and just eats away.
** The gang is sledding back into Arendelle and Kristoff tells Olaf not to expose himself to others. Olaf says he won't, but then he slides behind a house and this happens:
--->'''Olaf:''' Hello! ''[a woman screams]''\\
'''Woman:''' ''IT'S ALIVE!!!''
** "I don't have a skull... Or bones." It's the delivery that makes it. Even better is the fact that Anna and Kristoff completely ignore this comment. The implication being that they've gotten used by now to Olaf delivering strange non-sequiturs.
** When Elsa reverses the winter:
--->'''Olaf:''' Hands down, this is the ''best'' day of my life...[''his twig arm falls off, [[VisualPun hands down, indeed]]'']...and quite possibly the last.\\
'''Elsa:''' Oh, Olaf! Hang on, little guy. [''uses her magic to recreate Olaf and gives him a personal storm cloud'']\\
'''Olaf:''' [''gasps''] My own personal FLURRY! [''giggles'']
** When he's cooing to Sven after the gang falls down a cliff to escape Marshmallow, Kristoff separates them with an extremely creeped out look.
--->'''Kristoff:''' Don't talk to him that way.
** When he ''finally'' realizes that he's been calling Kristoff the wrong name all this time.
** [[CrowningMomentOfHeartwarming "Love is putting someone else's needs before yours!]] Like [[spoiler: [[IWantMyBelovedToBeHappy Kristoff bringing you all the way back to Hans]] [[MoodWhiplash and then leaving forever!"]]]]
** "Never mind, Anna, [[spoiler: he doesn't love you enough to leave you forever."]]
** And he falls off the window. And, while using an icicle as a telescope to watch Kristoff: "There's your [[spoiler: act of love right there! Riding across the fjords like a valiant, pungent reindeer king!"]]
** When Anna hesitates before knocking on Elsa's door: "Knock? Knock? Just knock. Why isn't she knocking? Do you think she doesn't know how to knock?"
* When Anna tells the guys they can't come into Elsa's castle with her, she specifically tells them to give her a minute. Dejectedly, Olaf starts quietly counting. Made even funnier when Olaf sits down besides Kristoff, and Kristoff starts sadly counting with him from four. The joke pays off exactly one minute of film time later, in the middle of Anna's attempt to convince Elsa to return to Arendelle:
-->'''Elsa:''' You belong down in Arendelle.\\
'''Anna:''' So do you!\\
'''Elsa:''' No, Anna, I belong ''here'', alone. Where I can be who I am... without hurting anybody.\\
'''Anna:''' [''grimaces''] Actually, about that-\\
'''Olaf:''' ''[off-camera]''....58, 59, 60!\\
'''Elsa:''' Wait. What is ''that''? [''Olaf comes running across the entry room'']\\
'''Olaf:''' Hi! I'm Olaf and I like warm hugs!\\
'''Elsa:''' ''Olaf?''\\
'''Olaf:''' You built me. Remember that?\\
'''Elsa:''' And you're alive?\\
'''Olaf:''' Yeah, um, I ''think'' so?\\
[''Elsa looks at her hands, surprised to learn that she could do such a thing as create life'']\\
'''Anna:''' [''kneels down beside Olaf''] He's just like the one we built as kids.\\
'''Elsa:''' [''amazed''] Yeah.
** It's even funnier when you notice how Elsa's initial reaction to seeing Olaf is mild confusion and disbelief, in comparison with Anna's initial response of kicking Olaf's head off.
* While Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven are fleeing from Marshmallow, Olaf emerges from the trees looking like a complete mess since his body fled without his head.
-->'''Olaf:''' Man, am I out of shape! ''[he stops to take a breather and get himself reassembled properly]'' There we go. Hey, Anna! Sven! Where'd you guys go?ǃ We totally lost Marshmallow back there! ''[[[RightBehindMe On cue, Marshmallow emerges through the trees and comes up behind Olaf]]]'' Hey! We were just talking about you! [[BlatantLies All good things, all good things]]... ''[Marshmallow roars and takes a step forward]'' NO! ''[Marshmallow stomps forward and Olaf jumps onto his leg to stop him]'' This is not making much of a difference, is it?!
* This line when they land after Marshmallow drops them off the cliff:
--> '''Olaf:''' I can't feel my legs! I CAN'T FEEL MY LEGS! [''He's actually wiggling Kristoff's boots'']\\
'''Kristoff:''' Those are ''my'' legs! [''Kristoff bursts out of the big pile of snow beneath Olaf'']\\
'''Olaf:''' [''sees his lower body runs by''] Ooh, do me a favor and grab my butt. [''Kristoff grabs Olaf's lower body and puts the rest of him on top''] Ah, that feels better.
* When Kristoff sees Anna's hair turning white.
-->'''Anna:''' Does it look bad?\\
'''Kristoff:''' [''beat''] No.\\
'''Olaf:''' You hesitated.\\
'''Kristoff:''' No, I...I didn't.
** Coupled with Olaf ''lifting up his head'' just so he can be in the frame when he says his line.
* When Anna, Kristoff and Sven meet Olaf for the first time.
-->'''Olaf:''' And who's the funky-looking donkey over there? [''pointing to Kristoff'']\\
'''Anna:''' That's Sven.\\
'''Olaf:''' Uh-huh, [[BaitAndSwitchComment and who's the reindeer?]] [''pointing to Sven'']\\
'''Anna:''' ...Sven...?\\
'''Olaf:''' Oh, OK, makes things easier for me.
* Olaf's reaction to Kristoff's "family" of trolls, who at first appear to be moss covered rocks. He thinks Kristoff is insane and tells Anna to make a break for it, ''repeatedly'', and gets more and more agitated when Anna is ''completely and utterly motionless''.
** Their ''faces'' during that scene.
** When the trolls shout "Kristoff's home!" and Olaf responds "Kristoff's home! Wait, ''[[BrickJoke 'Kristoff'?]]''"
* "Let's go kiss Hans! [[LockedOutOfTheLoop Who ''is'' this Hans?]]" The second line is delivered somewhat dramatic and slow, as Olaf is vanishing into the distance, combines with the fact that he's [[AsideGlance staring at the camera]] to make you [[NoFourthWall think he's asking the audience.]] Cuts immediately to this Hans leading a raid on Elsa's ice castle.
* Kristoff's reaction when he and Anna first meet Olaf.
-->'''Kristoff:''' [''he's just caught Olaf's head, and replies in deadpan''] You're creepy. *toss*\\
'''Anna:''' I don't want him! *toss back*
** Just the fact that the first thing Anna does upon seeing him is to scream and ''kick his head off''. After she and Kristoff play HotPotato with the head for a few rounds, it ends up back on Olaf upside down. The camera then cuts to Olaf's point of view, and to him, it looks like Anna and Kristoff are dangling off the earth like bats.
* Anna has been trying to climb the cliff to get to Elsa's ice castle when Olaf comes back and says, "Not sure if this solves the problem, but I found a staircase that leads exactly where you want to go."
* The way Olaf pushes his carrot nose up the same way someone might push up their glasses when he starts to melt and says "You really don't know what love is, do you?" Much like his under-reaction to being impaled, it's subtle yet humorous.
* He hangs on to Marshmallow's massive leg to no effect and says frustratedly:
-->'''Olaf:''' This is ''not'' making much of a difference, is it?
* When Olaf offers to distract Marshmallow, his torso and legs flee without his head.
-->'''Olaf:''' *thump* This just got a whole lot harder!

[[folder:Kristoff and Sven]]
* During "Frozen Heart", Kristoff and Sven as children try to emulate the adult ice harvesters… with a single block of ice smaller than a cubic foot, the sort of sled children slide down hills on, and a much slower pace.
* Kristoff chides Anna for putting her legs on top of his sleigh's "dashboard" and [[HypocriticalHumor then uses his spit to clean off her foot marks]], and some of it gets in her face!
* When Anna takes the jump ''before'' Kristoff finishes counting down, she yanks him off the cliff with her so fast that a perfect snow outline of him is seen for about a second before falling.
--> '''Kristoff:''' ...[[DeadpanSnarker that happened.]]
** Before that scene you see Anna saying she is raring to go as Kristoff counts down.
---> '''Anna:''' ''I was BORN ready!''\\
'''Kristoff:''' [''completely deadpan''] Calm down.
** Then there's the fact that she seems to take the tree that Marshmallow launches at them as the cue to jump while yelling, "TREE!"...
* His shock when Anna told him about her being engaged to Hans.
-->'''Kristoff:''' Hang on! You mean to tell me you got engaged to someone you ''just met that DAY''?!\\
'''Anna:''' Yes. Pay attention!
* Having heard about Anna's whirlwind engagement to Hans, Kristoff seems to share Elsa's sentiments about the relationship. So he decides to quiz Anna on how well she knows him. The result:
-->'''Kristoff:''' Didn't your parents ever warn you about strangers?\\
'''Anna:''' .....Yyyyyyyyyessss, they did. ''[She scoots a little ways to the edge of the seat]'' But Hans is ''not'' a stranger\\
'''Kristoff:''' Oh, yeah? What's his last name?\\
'''Anna:''' [''scoffs''] Of-The-Southern-Isles!\\
'''Kristoff:''' Favorite food?\\
'''Anna:''' Sandwiches.\\
'''Kristoff:''' Best friend's name?\\
'''Anna:''' Probably John.\\
'''Kristoff:''' Eye color?\\
'''Anna:''' ''Dreamy.''\\
'''Kristoff:''' Foot size?\\
'''Anna:''' [[GettingCrapPastTheRadar Foot size doesn't matter!]]\\
'''Kristoff:''' Have you had a meal with him yet? What if you hate the way he eats? What if you hate the way he [[NoseNuggets picks his nose]]?\\
'''Anna:''' ''[disgusted]'' Picks his nose?!\\
'''Kristoff:''' And ''eats'' it.\\
'''Anna:''' ''[annoyed]'' Excuse me sir, he is a ''prince''!\\
'''Kristoff:''' [''beat''] All men do it.[[note]][[BrickJoke The views and opinions expressed by Kristoff in the film]] [[CreditsGag that all men eat their own boogers are solely his own and do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of The Walt Disney Company or the filmmakers.]] Neither The Walt Disney Company nor the filmmakers make any representation of the accuracy of any such views and opinions.[[/note]]\\
'''Anna:''' Ew! [''scoffs''] Look, it doesn't matter; it's true love!\\
'''Kristoff:''' Doesn't sound like true love.\\
'''Anna:''' Are you some sort of love expert?\\
'''Kristoff:''' No, but... I have friends who are.\\
'''Anna:''' ''You'' have friends who are love experts? I'm not buying it.
* Whenever Kristoff does his goofy "Sven voice", for example, after he and Anna escape the wolves:
-->'''Anna:''' I'll replace your sled, and--and everything in it. And I understand if you don't want to help me anymore.
-->[[[FunnyBackgroundEvent Anna glances one time and slowly walks around while mumbling]], while Sven nudges Kristoff awake]''
-->'''Kristoff:''' Ugh, of course I don't want to help her anymore. In fact, this whole thing has ruined me for helping anyone ever again!
-->'''Anna:''' Is it this way or....
-->'''Kristoff:''' ''[as Sven]'' She'll die on her own!
-->'''Kristoff:''' ''[as himself]'' I can live with that.
-->'''Kristoff:''' ''[as Sven]'' But you won't get your new sled if she's dead!
-->'''Kristoff:''' ''[as himself]'' Sometimes I really don't like you. ''[to Anna]'' Hold up! We're coming!
-->'''Anna:''' You are?! I mean, sure! I'll let you tag along!
** The best part is that every time Kristoff has to "argue" with him, Sven ''always'' "wins". Which is kind of endearing, since Sven also represents Kristoff's conscience, which means that he's doing what he believes is right.
* Kristoff seeing Elsa's ice palace.
-->'''Kristoff:''' Now ''that's'' ice. I might cry.\\
'''Anna:''' Go ahead. I won't judge.
** And then he pouts like a small child when Anna makes him wait outside.
--->'''Anna:''' It opened! That's a first. ''[to Kristoff and Olaf]'' Oh, you should probably wait out here.
--->'''Kristoff:''' What?ǃ\\
'''Anna:''' The last time I introduced her to a guy, she froze everything...\\
'''Kristoff:''' But--but-- Oh, ''come on''! It's a palace made of ''ice''! Ice is my ''life''!
** As mentioned, he starts reluctantly counting along with Olaf after he's told to wait as well.
** The fact that they're both counting to 60 after ''[[ExactWords Anna told them to give her a minute first]]''.
* Kristoff's sleigh is destroyed when he and Anna must scale a chasm to escape a pack of hungry wolves:
-->'''Kristoff:''' [''lip wobbling''] No! [[ActionInsuranceGag But I just paid it off!]]
** And then it [[MadeOfExplodium bursts into flames]], in a snow drift.
** At the end of the movie, Elsa actually gets Kristoff a much needed replacement sled for the one he just lost. Anna delivers her dialogue like she's a car salesman of some kind:
--->'''Anna:''' I owe you a sled.\\
'''Kristoff:''' [''surprised''] Are you serious?\\
'''Anna:''' YES! And it's the latest model.\\
'''Kristoff:''' No, I can't accept this.\\
'''Anna:''' You have to. No returns, no exchanges; Queen's orders. She's named you the official Arendelle Ice Master and Deliverer.\\
'''Kristoff:''' What? That's not a thing!\\
'''Anna:''' Oh, sure it is. And it even has a {{cup holder|s}}. Do you like it?
* "Reindeers are Better Than People"- it's just Kristoff being his goofy self in private. Especially when he does Sven's "part".
* When Anna and Kristoff are tossed out of Elsa's castle by Marshmallow, Sven is seen with his tongue stuck to the ice staircase. And ''wagging his tail'' like a big, dumb, friendly, happy dog.
* [[spoiler:When Elsa ends the eternal winter and the snow begins to rise, Sven tries to catch a rising snowflake with his tongue.]]
* The way Sven looks and acts when [[spoiler: Anna gives Kristoff his new sleigh]].
* Near the end, Sven is encouraging Kristoff to go back and tell Anna he loves her and Kristoff protests that Hans is Anna's true love. Sven just looks at him like "Really?"
* Blink-and-you'll-miss-it, but when Olaf first shows up, Anna and Kristoff can't see him but they can hear him. They both look at Sven in confusion as if for a moment they think ''he's'' the one talking. Sven just grins at them happily with his antlers covered in jingly weeping willow vines. Their expressions of mutual confusion are priceless.
* Kristoff [[FunnyBackgroundEvent examines Olaf's twig hand while the latter is talking to Anna, and it slaps him.]]
** Kristoff's reaction during the introduction with Olaf. The little smirk when he thinks Olaf doesn't recognize a reindeer is amusing on its own, but it's his silent reaction to realizing that he was the "funny looking donkey" that really sells the scene.

[[folder: The trolls]]
* "Fixer Upper". All of it. Kristoff doesn't have two embarrassing parents. He has an embarrassing ''tribe'' of trolls, whose goal is to make him look bad while simultaneously and blatantly shipping him with Anna.
** Shippers! Behold, your anthem!
** The trolls' queries that ''all'' embarrass Kristoff beyond belief as they ask Anna what is turning her off from dating him, like his smell or "unmanly blondness", until finally Kristoff breaks:
--->'''Kristoff:''' ENOUGH!! She is engaged to someone else! Okay?!?!!
** [[ShipperOnDeck The trolls don't care. They just want to wed him to Anna as fast as possible.]]
--->'''Troll Kid:''' I don't see no ring!
*** Did that troll just reference [[http://www.elyricsworld.com/single_ladies_(put_a_ring_on_it)_lyrics_beyonce.html Beyoncé]]?
** Immediately before the shot at his unmanly blondness:
--->'''Troll Kid:''' Or that he only likes to tinkle in the woods?\\
'''Anna:''' [[TooMuchInformation I did not need to know that.]]
** If you look closely, that particular kid seems to have an actual, ''literal'' [[MemeticMutation troll face]] after saying that. Which adds an extra layer of comedy; she likely said that deliberately to ''troll'' Kristoff.
** And then there's the fact that even the ''trolls'' think Kristoff's relationship with Sven is "outside of nature's laws." Heh.
** Some even cheerily seem to suggest Kristoff MurderTheHypotenuse. "Get the fiance out of the way and the whole thing will be fixed!" Anna's laughing at half the song, but Kristoff is kind of panicking by that point at the idea of committing outright murder.
** It's even more hilarious if you look into the brilliance of it; there are many of these sort of "you belong with each other" numbers in the Disney Princess canon, quite a few of them even preceding some pretty potent MoodWhiplash. This might be the ''first time'' the title characters involved are ''aware'' of this, and makes the whole number appear like some kind of TakeThat at the whole idea (like the film acknowledging this is a BigLippedAlligatorMoment); you can see the panic in Kristoff particularly as he is desperately trying to get the whole situation under control claiming, yes, he may have indeed brought a girl home, ''but'' she's engaged and more importantly she's injured. Pretty blunt BlackComedy there laced throughout that jaunty number.
** Just before the song, several trolls demonstrate their accomplishments:
--->'''Young Troll 1:''' I grew a mushroom!\\
'''Young Troll 2:''' I got my fire crystal!\\
'''Gruff Troll:''' [[BreadEggsMilkSquick I passed a kidney stone.]] [''produces a kidney stone about the size of one of his fingers'']
*** There's a truly fantastic StealthPun in that last line: the fact that a ''rock troll'' passed a kidney ''stone'' . Ooh, here's another one! Of all the prizes, ''[[IGotARock he got a rock]]''.
* When Bulda rolls up to Anna, [[https://www.pinterest.com/pin/461196818065253696/ "Bright eyes, working nose, strong teeth!" Almost like she's a horse.]] Remember we've already had a couple of jokes about Kristoff's unshakable smell (WordOfGod is that he smells of reindeer) - even the Trolls have noticed it. So this means the Trolls are checking that Anna actually has a sense of smell!
* A lot of Kristoff's expressions during that song. He's so ''embarrassed'' he can't even muster up a word to protest. This song might be partly a BigLippedAlligatorMoment, but it also showcases his personality and informs us that Kristoff is genuinely adorkable (as opposed to [[spoiler:Hans']] faux-adorkableness).

[[folder:...and Everyone Else]]
* Pretty much the whole first encounter with Marshmallow:
** "It is not nice to THROW PEOPLE!"
** "Heads Up!" *beat* "Watch out for mah butt!"
** "Let the snowman be!"
** If you look closely when Elsa first creates Marshmallow, you'll see that Olaf has a big, happy ''smile'' on his face while Anna and Kristoff react with appropriate [[OhCrap "Let's get out of here before Elsa sets him out on us"]] looks.
* [[spoiler: As evil as he turns out to be,]] you can't deny that Hans' intro was pretty funny, especially the part where he fell into the water when his horse waves at Anna.
-->'''Hans:''' ...Oh, no. Ah! *splash*
** It's also pretty funny that his first act on arrival in Arendelle is to end up [[NotWhatItLooksLike on top of her in a rowboat]]. Naturally, it would be embarrassing for Hans to be caught in a seriously compromising position with Arandelle's princess, and he's briefly under the impression this could be taken very badly. Fortunately for him Anna sees the funny side.
** Later, during the coronation, there's a brief shot, just before the bishop places the tiara on Elsa's head, in which Hans makes a small wave to Anna while apparently doing his best to ignore the fact that the man seated on his left has fallen asleep and is using his shoulder as a pillow.
* Prior to Hans handing out blankets to the residents, two men are seen arguing over the proper way to stack firewood (bark up or bark down). A clever reference to the Norwegian bark stacking debates.
* "Your majesty? The Duke Of ''[[RunningGag Weaseltown]]''." "[[ItIsPronouncedTroPAY WESTLETON!]] Duke of Weselton, your majesty."
* TheStinger. [[spoiler: Marshmallow finds Elsa's discarded tiara and puts it on his head.]]
* Hans's horse being charmed by Anna.
* This bit early on while the camera tracks through Arendelle. We see a boy annoyed that [[ForcedIntoTheirSundayBest he has been forced to dress up for Elsa's coronation]]:
--> '''Son:''' ''Why'' do I have to wear this?\\
'''Mother:''' Because the queen has come of age! It's coronation day!\\
'''Son:''' That's not my fault!
* The Duke of Weasel Town (WESELTON!)'s hilariously ''bad'' dancing with Anna. He struts around her like a peacock while his [[DodgyToupee very loose toupee]] flops up and down.
-->'''The Duke:''' Like a chicken with the face of a monkey, I fly!
** Watch closely. If you are a fan of ''Series/ArrestedDevelopment'', you'll notice that one of the Duke's dance moves is Lindsay Funke's "chicken dance". By the time he twirls Anna around (and badly at that), there's at least seven people staring at him like they're thinking, "Who taught you how to dance?"
* "Love is an Open Door" is practically a send up of love duets. Of course, even when knowing that [[spoiler:Hans's lines in the song are an outright lie]], there are still some parts that come off as outright funny, like:
--> '''Hans:''' ''I mean it's crazy''\\
'''Anna:''' What?\\
'''Hans:''' ''We finish each other's...''\\
'''Anna:''' Sandwiches!\\
'''Hans:''' That's what I was gonna say!
** What makes it funnier is that it's an unintentional ''Series/ArrestedDevelopment'' joke that only happened because Kristen-Anderson Lopez happened to be eating a sandwich when she wrote this lyric, and didn't know it was an AD joke until her husband Robert Lopez asked her about it.
* This bit from after Elsa runs away.
-->'''The Duke of Weselton:''' She almost ''killed'' me!\\
'''Hans:''' [''deadpan''] You slipped on ice.\\
'''The Duke of Weselton:''' HER ice!
* The entire Wandering Oaken's Trading Post & Sauna scene. Sure, it only exists so we can introduce Kristoff properly, but it's a full three minutes of laughs at minimum.
** Anna knocks snow off the sign over the front porch:
--->'''Anna:''' "Wandering Oaken's Trading Post". ''[snow comes off the little sign below it, revealing the second establishment]'' Ooh! "And Sauna!"
*** Given that Anna has just momentarily got her legs soaked in freezing cold water, she almost sounds like she'd like to spend time in the sauna before looking for Elsa.
** Anna first comes in, and she asks if Elsa's been by, and Oaken tells her she's the only person crazy enough to be out there in a storm like this. As if on cue, Kristoff comes in, completely covered in snow.
--->'''Oaken:''' ...You and this fellow? Hoo-hoo! Big summer blowout!
** Oaken immediately tries doing his "big summer blowout" offer, while Anna just stares at him like she's thinking, "Whoa, what happened to you?" After that, Kristoff steps up to Anna because she's standing in front of the carrots he's purchasing for Sven.
--->'''Kristoff:''' Carrots.
--->'''Anna:''' Huh? ''[Kristoff leans in, pretty much getting in Anna's face. Anna turns her head away, apparently disgusted by how Kristoff smells]''
--->'''Kristoff:''' Behind you! ''[Anna sees Kristoff is gesturing to some carrots on a shelf below the counter]'
--->'''Anna:''' ''[smiles]'' Oh! Right! Excuse me. ''[She steps to the side. Kristoff grabs a bundle of carrots and places them on the counter]''
** Kristoff's response to Oaken justifying his outrageous price gouging as "supply and demand", plus Anna's awkward attempts to defuse the tension. The entire time, Anna is acting like another customer and clearly is thinking, "Are you going to be long? Because I've got a sister I need to go apologize to by tomorrow about this whole eternal winter thing and I don't have time to wait."
--->'''Kristoff:''' You wanna talk about a supply and demand problem? I sell ''ice'' for a living! [''points out the window at his sled, loaded with ice blocks'']\\
'''Anna:''' [[DeadpanSnarker Ooh, that's a rough business to be in right now!]] I mean, that is really...''[She notices that Kristoff is glaring at her; Anna clears her throat]'' Ahem, that's unfortunate.
** Watch closely. When Oaken points out the family in the sauna, the family waves at him. Notice that Anna waves back at the family.
** The conclusion of the scene: Thinking Elsa is on the North Mountain, Anna tries asking Kristoff more about the unusual storm, while Kristoff is still busy arguing with Oaken about the ridiculous price gouging:
-->'''Anna:''' ''[to Kristoff]'' OK, just tell me one thing: What was happening on the North Mountain? Did it seem... magical?
-->'''Kristoff:''' ''[removes his scarf, exasperated]'' YES! Now back up... while I deal with this ''crook'' here! ''[Oaken [[BerserkButton promptly stands up]], very much offended]''
-->'''Oaken''': ''[[TranquilFury Vhat]]'' [[TranquilFury did you call me?]]
-->''[Cuts to Oaken walking out the front door with Kristoff slung over his shoulder]''
-->'''Kristoff''': Okay, okay, I'm out! ''[Oaken throws him about ten feet through the air]'' WHOOOOA!!! ''[Kristoff lands face first in the snow]''
-->'''Oaken:''' Bye-bye! ''[Oaken goes back inside and slams the door shut. Sven bolts up to Kristoff, begging for carrots]''
-->'''Kristoff:''' No, Sven, I didn't get your carrots. [''Sven gives a groan that translates as something like "Awww, man!"''] But I did find us a place to sleep. And it's free! [''the camera pans to the stable immediately adjacent to the store that's covered by windblown snow. Meanwhile, Oaken returns to his desk to attend to Anna'']
-->'''Oaken:''' ''[cheerfully]'' [[ApologeticAttacker I'm sorry about this violence!]] I vill add a quart of lutefisk so we have good feelings. ''[He gives Anna a jar of pickled lutefisk]'' Just the outfit and the boots, ''ja''?
-->'''Anna:''' Uh....
** Just hearing Oaken talking is funny enough with his accent. "HOO HOOOO! Big summer blowout!"
* If you look very carefully, one of the Duke's guards (the beardless one to be precise) appears to momentarily attracted to Elsa after he sees her abilities.
* It's a blink-and-you-miss-it moment, but the credits have someone being recognized for ''caffeination''.
* Hans saying some of his brothers pretended he was invisible when he was younger. That's kind of how [[{{Troll}} older brothers are]], but the fact that they did it for ''years...'' [[spoiler:Though WordOfGod makes it inherently less funny when revealing that Hans' brothers' bullying was part of why he turned out to be such a sociopath in the first place]].
* In the credits, you'd most commonly expect a little section at the end stating that the story is completely fictional and that any resemblance to certain things in real life are entirely coincidental. In ''Frozen'', you get [[CreditsGag this instead]]:
-->"''The views and opinions expressed by Kristoff in the film that [[SeriousBusiness all men]] [[NoseNuggets eat their own boogers]] are solely his own and do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of The Walt Disney Company or the filmmakers. ** The lyrics to "[[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5G21o_Jgpf8 We Know Better]]" Two examples are when Elsa sings about freezing her nanny's big behind as well as the same fate for her tutor's tea.
** "More Than Just the Spare", the song that later became "For the First Time In Forever," has Anna struggle to properly express her frustrations with being held in lower regard than then-future queen, Elsa. First, she calls herself "the extra button on a coat" which "[[{{Metaphorgotten}} ...wants to fly]]," before [[LampshadeHanging she remembers that buttons can't fly.]] Next, she compares herself to "a rusty horseshoe" that never gets tried on by the horse. Finally, she refers to herself as, "[[SelfDeprecation a girl who's bad at metaphors.]]"
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ssVnSg2jwUw This bumper ad]]: Anna hits Elsa with a palm-sized snowball when her back is turned. Elsa thinks for a moment, then suddenly conjures up a large basketball sized-snowball over her head and chases Anna offscreen.
* And deleted scenes. Watch them [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZNg-7KPFDo here]].
** One of which is a sequence where Anna chases a runaway pig. It's supposed to highlight how Anna tends to act too much on her own impulses. The way she shouts "HALT, YOU SWINE!" is outright hilarious. She knocks down an apple cart and a pie table during the chase, and rides on a daddy-long-legs performer.
** "The Dressing Room," which comes from a period where Anna and Elsa were still sharing a room even in their late teens/early twenties, before it was decided that the siblings would be isolated after the trolls erased Anna's memory. It has Anna trying out several different dresses before settling on the green one she wears in the final film.

* The "Making of Frozen" bonus feature from the Blu-ray release, where [[ArtifactTitle instead of going behind the scenes]], we see Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad going on a musical tour of the Disney studio, and bringing the entire animation staff into a highly-chorographed romp through the studio. * Everything in this HitlerRants YouTube video entitled [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c1ASJKzEnwU "Let It Go" Hitler Parody]] is extremely humorous. However, an especially funny gem comes from the final moment in the video in which [[Film/{{Downfall}} Hitler's]] men ask him on whether or not he would like for them to hook Anna up with him. His response?

** "Hitler's Icy Plan", [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lMZvX6WHq1E Part 1]] and [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxBn4J2UcFM Part 2]], which involves Hitler seeking out Elsa so the Nazi regime can acquire her ice powers, as research shows that one shot of icy power through the heart is a guaranteed one-shot one-kill, which he plans to use on Fegelein.

The "Let It Go" section starts with lyrics about global warming, but then they shift tone as Elsa becomes a fascist tyrant who builds a horde of evil snowmen to take over the world and stop pollution.

* One Tumblr post or other had a very well-done edit of "Let it Go" where it showed Elsa with fire powers, which led to the usual discussion of how the movie's events would change if that were the case:
-->you realize if this went along the same way as the movie did she would basically have burned Anna alive\\
would Kristoff be a collier rather than an ice harvester?\\
And Olaf would have been a fire demon thingy like Calcifer from Anime/HowlsMovingCastle.\\
Regardless, Hans would still have been a dick.\\
Hans is just a dick by default. Maybe that’s his last name. Hans Dick.

* Whilst it might not be as screwy as "Elsa Lets Her Sanity Go", "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jWVBvAtSk8I Elsa Ranger: Let Gos of Almia]]" still manages to produce a good few laughs by combining Elsa with the character of the same name from ''Power Rangers Dino Thunder''.
