!! The Chairs
* Therapeudic Chair: One glance at this thing and it's obvious that it's an ''electric chair'', and sitting in it sends a ton of electricity all over the place. Its description? "Low Frequency waves sooth away your stiffness. This low price includes delivery and handling! Order now!" Thankfully, it's completely harmless to sit in, and you couldn't be blamed if you thought you accidentally stumbled upon an [[HighVoltageDeath instant death trap]].
* Pachinko: Hector will actually sit down and play a Pachinko machine, and the description describes it as hailing from "the distant holy land of Nagoya".
* Comedian's Chair: Hector sits in a lawn chair and a [[DropTheWashtub giant metal pan/washtub will come out of nowhere and fall on his head]].
** The washtubs also get bigger each time Hector sits in it. The last one is HUGE and shakes the screen with a resounding "CLANG!!!"... but Hector is perfectly fine!
* Leather Chair: If Hector sits in this inside the Chair Room, it's in front of a desk with a phone and a laptop on it.
* Woodman's Chair: It's a wooden man in the form of a chair. The game even notes that it can look inappropriate depending on how you sit in it.
* Bench: Hector will actually lay down on the entire thing in a relaxing pose. Its location? [[MoodWhiplash The broken wasteland in Cordova Town]].
* Coffee Cup: It's an oversized cup that you'd find in a theme park, and you can even have Hector spin it around while you're in it. The description notes that its sicking spinning is not for the faint of heart.
* Hilarious Cushion: It's a chair with a WhoopeeCushion on it.
* Western Toilet: Hector will sit on it in an embarrassing position, and the [[SceneryCensor view is blocked out by a piece of broken wall]]. His feet will go into the slippers on the ground, and the toilet will flush once he leaves.
* Director's Chair: Hector will hunch and observe when sitting in it, and there's even a director's megaphone sitting next to him.
* Dracula's Throne: One of the last chairs in the game to be obtained, you can only get this during the fight with Dracula's first form, meaning that you have to ignore him and take his chair for yourself during his fight. It gets even funnier when you consider that Hector has betrayed Dracula and just got off of killing Death, capping up his list of crimes against Dracula by ''sitting in his own throne''.
* The Complete Chair, which is only obtained after the others are collected, plays a fanfare whenever you sit in it. Hector even does a BadassArmFold when sitting in it, cementing his place in the series' history as the boss of chair collecting.

!! Innocent Devils
* The Probiscis Fairy has the appearance of an overweight middle-aged man with tape on its wings. The bio says it's merely a disguise, but who knows if that claim is believable.
* The Probiscis Fairy is needed to press a certain switch in the Aiolon Ruins. Doing so drops a bomb with a cartoon skull on it into the room, which destroys the wall and turns [[AshFace Hector completely black]] for a moment. Fortunately, it doesn't do any damage to Hector, but briefly knocks out the fairy.
* Cursed Pumpkin wears a hockey mask over his face during battle. The problem is that it covers a small fraction of his large head.
* One puzzle in the Cave of Jigramunt requires charging an Iyeti ID into a bunch of statues to reach a blocked-off room, and the first few have the same formation as bowling pins.
* One of the Golem ID's regular physical attacks consists of repeatedly kicking the enemy by doing ThatRussianSquatDance, complete with crossed arms.

!!Items, Weapons and Steals
* Stealing from the Wyvern gets you a Shortcake.
* You can steal Sushi from the Skeleton Diver. In this case, you're stealing flesh straight off of his undead mount!
* Stealing from Trevor in his 2nd fight nets you some delicious Curry. TrademarkFavoriteFood perhaps?
* During Isaac's second fight, you're rewarded with Cheese by stealing from him.
* What do you get when you steal from Legion and Nuculais? Pizza and Napoletana respectively.
* You get a can of Tomato Juice from ol' Drac himself.
* With a Mace and a Miracle Egg, Hector can craft a Piko Piko Hammer, which makes funny noises and creates stars when it strikes an enemy. It's classified as an Axe Weapon.
* Another weapon is an actual [[FryingPanOfDoom Frying Pan]], which actually has eggs cooking inside of it.
* Combining the Pumpkin Head and Piko Piko Hammer grants you the Pumpkin Mace, which is required to obtain the Pumpkin I.D. Using it against enemies sends candy flying everywhere.
* The Deck Brush is pretty much a janitor's broom. Hector will even end a combo by sweeping the floor as long as the player mashes the strong attack button, before [[MundaneMadeAwesome tossing it in the air and catching it]].
* The Champion Gloves are actually bright red boxing gloves. Who needs weapons when you can take down the forces of darkness by punching them out?
* The Electric Guitar. While not very powerful, Hector can get go all out and use ThePowerOfRock to stun enemies.
* The description of the Corinthian Helmet mentions that its ear coverage may make orders difficult to hear.

!!Other
* St. Germain is a rather enigmatic character who apparently sees the future...and is designed like someone from Ringling Brothers. That's right... the one who appears at random and gives vague warnings looks like he belongs more in a circus than a gothic horror game.
* Hector's describing Isaac having LEFT INSTRUCTIONS about how to devil forge. Apparently, just in case Hector was in a VERY sorry state and forgot everything, his arch-nemesis included diagrams of the trickiest bits of the ceremony.
* After seeing the fight between Trevor and Isaac, Hector and Zead trade words with each other before Hector ends it off with saying "Saint Germain sends his regards". Zead ''immediately'' gets flustered and mentions tying up loose ends before excusing himself to leave again. How is this funny? Well, considering we learn later that Zead is ''Death'', this scene becomes hilarious when you realize Death is having an OhCrap moment because Germain leaving means he ''knows'' a good ending will come about and Death is trying to ensure that doesn't happen whatsoever.
* While Isaac's appearance in backstabbing Trevor is one of horror, there's something funny in how Trevor saying that Hector should have no idea how to break the seal except with a torrent of demonic energy, Isaac is just rolling his eyes and having an aside glance like he's going "Seriously?", before he shoves the knife in further and the seriouness of the situation settles in again.
