* One defining characteristic of Patty, the thief you chase around for the first third or so of the game, is her pair of bat wings. However, it might be a bit more accurate to say [[spoiler: she has ''dragon'' wings]], which especially savvy players might pick up on before it is revealed that she is actually [[spoiler: Ryu's long-lost sister, Yua, and therefore a member of the Dragon Clan]].
* Ryu not being able to shaman-fuse makes sense outside of gameplay restrictions. The shamans are probably meant to allow characters to boost back up to the level of strength their clan would’ve been during the first game, as intermingling between the clans caused some strength loss there. However, since the Dragon Clan seems to have isolated itself under Gate, there wouldn’t have been as much ability lost in the interim, so the resulting fusion would’ve been too strong.

* Interesting how every toilet has plumbing that's bigger than the house itself.
* How does Mina know that Nina is her sister? Her parents wouldn’t have clued her in without also saying “by the way, keep that to yourself”.

* Why doesn't Nina ever return to the magic school after seeing her sister home? She got expelled for using her magic outside of its doors!
* Trout has Patty chained up in a pretty compromising position. Was he getting ready to rape her?
* Deathevan is sealed away in either the Sad or GoldenEnding, sure, but then we see in the [[VideoGame/BreathOfFireIII sequel]] that there's still demons out in the world, still wishing for their god to return. No one is aware of it, and the knowledge of his sealing is likely long lost - meaning that in the main continuity of the games, the end of the world is still one broken seal away and not even Myria is likely aware of it.
