Feel free to add an Manga/Eyeshield 21 fanfic of your own to the list, but remember to use the template found here. Do warn when a fanfic may head into sexualplease note this includes all sexual activity, not just homosexual or bisexual, including het. or non-canon territory. Some people just don't like it, and as we all know, Shipping is SeriousBusiness.

Reviews of fics are encouraged, but if you choose to write one, please make it substantive, and give specific details about what you liked / disliked in the fic. If you want to give a fic a thumbs-up without writing a full review, you can add your troper handle to the Recommendations Line. Please refrain from posting "Comments" or Administrivia/ConversationInTheMainPage though; that goes in the discussion page.

* Recommended by Zephyr7
* Status: Complete
* Synopsis: Apollo meets Sena and is forced to give hard work another chance.
* Comments: An AU where Panther and Eyeshield 21 play for the NASA Aliens and utterly destroys the Ojou Knights in the exhibition match. Everyone's despairing reaction at how utterly and naturally superior an American team is compared to them is bittersweet. But when , it was proven otherwise in an awesome WhamLine.

* Status: Complete
* Synopsis: Hiruma had, under no circumstances, doubted they would win the Christmas Bowl at some point.
* Comments: Just a lovely insight on our favourite devilish quarterback.

* Synopsis: The joke would have gone to rest there, as neither Musashi or Kurita were bulletproof, but two nights later Musashi invited them to his house: "Dad said he'd like to know more about the club."
* Comments: A great bromatic fic about the original Deimon trio. Characterization is great and it feels like it would fit right in with the manga.

* Synopsis: Sena is a perfectly normal,if shy,young girl. Until one day she wakes up from a dream: a dream where she was male, and fast, and went by the name Eyeshield 21. But Sena isn't even in High School yet. It was just a dream...right? FemSena time travel sort of

* Status: Dead; last updated December 2019
* Synopsis: In her haste to be on time for her high school entrance exam, Kobayakawa Sena unknowingly sealed her fate when she ran past a certain demonic quarterback. Now with an early start to the American Football world, things are sure gonna be a lot crazier from here on out. May kami-sama help her.
* Pairings: Hiruma x Sena; other pairings appear as well.
* Comments: An AU where Sena is a girl rather than a boy. The story starts off at an earlier point than the canon did, and it takes the tale of the team’s journey to the Christmas Bowl and fleshes it out in a beautiful way as it follows both Sena’s struggles as a woman in a male-dominated sport and the struggles of the Devil Bats as a whole to see their dreams come to fruition in a sport that originated in a foreign country. It deals with heavy topics such as bullying, racism, bigotry, depression, responsibly, forgiveness, falling in love and the hardships that come with growing up and looking to the future, all the while keeping true to the feel of the original canon. The writer also incorporates minor background faces from the canon into the tale, fleshing them out into characters the reader can fall in love with, and the way the romances are portrayed - the good and the bad - make them feel painstakingly real. It’s a fantastic story, and definitely worth the read!

* Recommended by Zephyr7
* Status: Complete
* Pairing: Mamori x Hiruma
* Synopsis: Anezaki Mamori knows all the rules good girls follow.
* Comments: Definitely one of my favourite drabbles on how Mamori slowly decides to no longer be a good girl with the influence of Hiruma. The author has an amazing way of stringing words together and they used a nice repetitive flow to get the insight of Mamori across.

* Status: Complete
* Pairing: Multiple
* Synopsis: "A BL webcomic/novel about the ace quarterbacks of the Saikyo University Wizards and other college league football teams. This work does not depict real situations and is entirely fan-made." (Eyeshield 21 isn't Karin's only project.)
* Comments: This was fucking fantastic. A really cool point of view-- it swaps between Karin and Sanzo, we don't ever really hear from/ of either of them in the manga or in fanfics-- and while this is technically a shipping fanfic, it's really more of a General one. It's just-- Karin and Sanzo are writing RPF. It's glorious.
