Its plot is kicked off when Tsunade notes that Konoha has a low population, and decides to take some initiative about that. However, things quickly go out of hand, as what she originally hoped to be an increase in sexual activity turns into a near [[EverybodyHasLotsOfSex village-wide orgy.]]

Though the premise makes it sound like PornWithoutPlot, it's actually a brilliant CrackFic that at moments CrossesTheLineTwice, especially with the [[BlackComedyRape reaction]] of the female ANBU members to being given vacation time. Notable for the large amount of [[CrackPairing crack pairings]]; and for [[AvertedTrope refusing]] to [[{{Lemon}} vividly describe sex scenes]], despite its premise.
