This causes the entirety of Scarlet City, which had fairly bad relations with a neighboring city in another country, to be blown off the map. The country takes Scarlet City's demise as a declaration of war, bombing said neighboring country. This sets off the full-blown nuclear war seen in DarthWiki/MiseryLovesCompany, and, by proxy, everything that happens there.]]
