Samuel Vincent Khouth (born October 5, 1971 in North Vancouver, British Columbia) is a Canadian voice actor who works with Creator/TheOceanGroup based in UsefulNotes/{{Vancouver}}, British Columbia, UsefulNotes/{{Canada}}. He was born in North Vancouver, British Columbia, and is the older brother of late voice actor Creator/GabeKhouth.

Samuel started voice-acting in 1990. He was also born in the same place as Creator/MattHill. The two are often cast together as friends, most famously as Edd (Vincent) and Ed (Hill) from ''Ed, Edd, n Eddy'' and as the two protagonists of ''Gundam SEED''; Athrun Zala (Vincent) and Kira Yamato (Hill). He tends to be typecast as TheSmartGuy, though not always.
