Ryūzaburō Ōtomo (born May 18, 1952) is a veteran Japanese voice actor most famous for voicing for the roles in ''Bakusō Kyōdai Let's & Go!!'' (as Doctor Ōgami), ''Anime/DigimonAdventure'' (as Vamdemon), ''Manga/MagicalCircleGuruGuru'' (as the second voice of Lord Giri), ''Anime/DragonBallZ'' (as Dabura), ''Series/MiraiSentaiTimeranger'' (as Don Dolnero) and ''Manga/OnePiece'' (as Sir Crocodile).

He usually had a low voice and a trademark EvilLaugh, and that's fine for him, for he favors SmugSnake or AxCrazy characters. He can play SupportingLeader roles, however.

He is also not related to Creator/KatsuhiroOtomo.
