Rie Kugimiya (born May 30, 1979 in Osaka, Japan) is a Japanese voice actress.

In the 2000s, she became the ''de facto'' voice for {{Tsundere}} characters, Thanks to her role as Shana in ''Literature/ShakuganNoShana''. Since then, she has been typecasted as short, hot-tempered ladies like [[Literature/TheFamiliarOfZero Louise]], [[Literature/{{Toradora}} Taiga]] and [[Literature/AriaTheScarletAmmo Aria]]. She has sinced moved from the typecast and since the mid-2010s started voicing a variety of character types, but her aforementioned roles earned her the nicknames "Queen of {{Tsundere}}" and [=TsundeRie=].
