Machiko Toyoshima (born December 28, 1971) (豊嶋 真千子) is a Japanese voice actress that hails from Ibaraki. She's most likely found voicing the GirlNextDoor or some {{Nice Girl}}ish role though she is perfectly capable of playing the EnfanteTerrible.
