Kumiko Nishihara, born April 27 1965, is a Japanese voice actress from Kanagawa who works for Aoni Production. She's most likely to play the NaiveEverygirl, but isn't above playing a {{Yandere}} or a FemmeFatale here and there.

Not to be confused with the other lady that we all know as Creator/KumikoWatanabe.
