Keiichi Noda is a Japanese voice actor who was born September 16, 1943. His real name is Seiji Yamane and is affiliated under Aoni Productions. While he often portrays the Narrator, he is most famous for his role as Tetsuya Tsurugi from ''Anime/GreatMazinger''.
