Kazue Ikura (伊倉 一恵 Ikura Kazue?, born March 23, 1959 in Nagano, Japan) is a Japanese voice actress who works for Aoni Production. She was previously affiliated with theater groups/production companies Gekisharin, Haikyo, Production Baobab and NABEYA.

If there's an AdorablyPrecociousChild on sight, or maybe a ActionGirl or a BadassAdorable boy or girl, or even a RidiculouslyCuteCritter, Mrs. Ikura is your lady! She is most known for the roles of Kaori Makimura (''Manga/CityHunter''), Toraoh (''Anime/MashinHeroWataruSeries''), Ryuunosuke Natsume (''Anime/AllPurposeCulturalCatGirlNukuNuku''), Pokota (''Manga/HimechansRibbon''), and Leni Milchstrasse (''VideoGame/SakuraWars''). She has even taken her voice acting skills on stage to perform, in costume, Leni Milchstrasse during several events from 1998 to the present.

She used to work under the stage name: ''Kazu Ikura'' for the duration between April 1991, to February of 1995.
