Kae Araki (born November 6, 1966) is a Japanese voice actress most famous as Miaka in ''Manga/FushigiYuugi'' and infamous as Chibi-Usa in ''Manga/SailorMoon'', where she first became TheOtherDarrin for Creator/KotonoMitsuishi because the latter had appendicitis. She is a sempai to Creator/KonamiYoshida and are friends. Her roles are similar to Creator/KotonoMitsuishi in that they originally both voiced {{Genki Girl}}s but later voiced mothers. No relation to Creator/HirohikoAraki.
