Incognito Entertainment was a development studio made up of employees from Singletrac, the developers of the original ''VideoGame/{{Warhawk}}'' and ''VideoGame/TwistedMetal''. It was founded in 1999 and acquired by Creator/SonyInteractiveEntertainment in 2002.

As of 2009, Incognito Entertainment is inactive, as most of its developers have moved on to Lightbox Interactive (makers of ''VideoGame/{{Starhawk}}'') and Creator/EatSleepPlay (makers of the 2012 online-only ''Twisted Metal'').
