Howard Michael Mandel (born November 29, 1955) is a Canadian comedian, actor, and TV host.

He is famous for hosting the American Creator/{{NBC}} game show ''Series/DealOrNoDeal'' (including both its daytime and Canadian versions), voicing Gizmo in ''Film/{{Gremlins}}'' and its sequel, and playing Dr. Wayne Fiscus on the medical drama ''Series/StElsewhere''. He's also been a judge on ''Series/AmericasGotTalent'' since 2010, created the Creator/FoxKids cartoon ''WesternAnimation/BobbysWorld'' (where he voiced the title character), and for doing plenty of observational and improvisational stand-up comedy usually involving everyday life and self-deprecation.

He is married to Terry Soil, and they have three children.

Mandel has OCD and ADHD, which he frequently discusses.
