When coming to voice badass, {{Large Ham}}s, or HotBlooded characters, Hochu Otsuka (born May 19, 1954 in Tsuyama, Japan) is a name not to miss. His former actor name is Yoshitada Otsuka, which is also his real name (and [[AlternateCharacterReading uses the same kanji]]).

He is instantly recognizable for his distinctive smooth, deep voice.
