Hiroaki Hirata, born August 7, 1963, is best known for voicing ChivalrousPervert characters like Sanji in ''Manga/OnePiece'' and Gojyo in ''Manga/{{Saiyuki}}'', as well as his more recent TheRival forte, including Vergil from the ''VideoGame/DevilMayCry'' series and Jetstream Sam from ''VideoGame/MetalGearRisingRevengeance''. Also as TheNarrator and Leomon in ''Anime/DigimonAdventure''. He's also the official dub artist for Creator/JohnnyDepp and Creator/MattDamon.
