Elisabeth Singleton Moss (born July 24, 1982 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actress.

She's best known as Peggy Olsen on ''Series/MadMen'', and before that as Zoey Bartlet (the President's daughter) on ''Series/TheWestWing'', and can also be seen in ''Film/GirlInterrupted'', ''Film/DidYouHearAboutTheMorgans'', ''Film/GetHimToTheGreek'', and the adaptation of Creator/JackKerouac's ''Literature/OnTheRoad''. You can hear her as a child in the animated film ''WesternAnimation/OnceUponAForest'', where she voiced Michelle. She also voiced Holly in ''[[WesternAnimation/FrostyTheSnowman Frosty Returns]]''. She starred in both seasons of ''Series/TopOfTheLake''. Moss is also starring in the Hulu series ''Series/TheHandmaidsTale'' in 2017, for which she won the Emmy Award for Best Actress.
