Deadline Games was a Danish video game developer founded in 1996 under the name Deadline Multimedia. Their début title was the somewhat unusual PsychologicalHorror AdventureGame, ''VideoGame/{{Blackout}}'' from 1997.

Their next project was a series collectively named ''Crosstown'', which was supposed to be a trilogy, but production problems led to the second installment being cancelled, causing the development team to instead skip straight to the third game.

The company filed for bankruptcy in 2009 after releasing the ''Film/{{Watchmen}}'' {{prequel}} game ''Watchmen: The End Is Nigh''. At the time, the company had been struggling to find new projects, and a publisher for its Bonnie and Clyde inspired co-op shooter, ''Faith and a .45''.
